Abstract
The invention discloses a water rubber roller cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof. The glue roller cleaning agent comprises the following components: an ether compound; an alcohol compound; an amine compound; an anionic surfactant; a phosphate salt; a chelating agent; the amine compounds include N, N-dimethylformamide and diethanolamine. The cleaning agent for the glue roller has good stability and strong dirt-removing capability, can quickly and thoroughly clean the dirt on the glue roller, and prolongs the service life of the glue roller.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field related to printing, in particular to a water rubber roller cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the printing industry, the surface of a water rubber roller on a printing machine can generate some oil film substances due to the fact that the water rubber roller contacts with printing ink for a long time, and the water retention property and the dampening of the water rubber roller are unbalanced.
In order to keep the normal state of the printing machine and the quality of printed matters, a cleaning agent is needed to clean the water rubber roller of the printing machine. However, most of the traditional cleaning agents in the printing industry still adopt solvent-based cleaning agents such as gasoline, kerosene and the like, and because the solvents have strong volatility, the cleaning agents have the risks of flammability and explosiveness in the storage and use processes, and cause pollution to the production environment and the atmosphere, and the cleaning effect is not ideal.
Therefore, an environmentally-friendly water rubber roller cleaning agent with a powerful cleaning function is urgently needed.

According to the embodiment of the invention, one of the technical solutions has at least one of the following advantages or beneficial effects:
1. after the water roller is used, the surface is inevitably adhered with some stains, such as residual ink and fibers. In the glue roller cleaning agent, the ether compound can swell the surface of the glue roller, so that stains in a surface crack are exposed, and the cleaning speed of the glue roller is accelerated.
2. The diethanol amine is organic alkali, and when the solidified ink remains on the surface of the water rubber roller, the diethanol amine can penetrate the solidified ink more easily and enters the water rubber roller for cleaning.
3. After the surface crack of the glue roller is exposed, the amide in the N, N-dimethylformamide has stronger complexing ability and can form a complex with metal ions contained in the ink in the crack, so that the ink is further cleaned.
4. The anionic surfactant has an adsorption effect on an interface and a micellization effect in a solution, and the stains on the water rubber roller are peeled off through the interaction between the micelles and the stains, so that the effect of removing the stains is achieved.
5. The cleaning agent for the glue roller has good stability and strong dirt-removing capability, can quickly and thoroughly clean the dirt on the glue roller, and prolongs the service life of the glue roller.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the glue roller cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5-25 parts by weight of an ether compound;
10-20 parts by weight of an alcohol compound;
5-10 parts by weight of an amine compound;
2 to 15 parts by weight of an anionic surfactant;
1-5 parts by weight of a phosphate;
2-5 parts by weight of a chelating agent.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ether compound includes at least one of octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the alcohol compound includes at least one of isodecanol, neopentyl glycol, and ethanol.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the amine compound further includes at least one of hexamethylenetetramine and triethanolamine.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the anionic surfactant comprises at least one of alkyl benzene sulfonates, fatty acid sulfonates, ethoxylated fatty alcohol sulfates and ethoxylated fatty alcohol ether carboxylates.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the phosphate comprises at least one of potassium phosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the chelating agent comprises at least one of sodium citrate, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, sodium gluconate, and nitrilotriacetic acid.
In order to solve the second technical problem, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a method for preparing the water rubber roller cleaning agent comprises the following steps:
mixing the ether compound, the alcohol compound, the amine compound, the anionic surfactant, the phosphate and the chelating agent, heating for 10-50min at 60-80 ℃, and cooling to obtain the water rubber roller cleaning agent.
The invention also relates to application of the cleaning agent for the water rubber roller in printing. Comprising the above-described aqueous adhesive roll cleaning agent according to the embodiment of the aspect 1. The application adopts all the technical schemes of the glue roller cleaning agent of the embodiment, so that the cleaning agent at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiment.

And (3) testing the high-temperature stability: the glue roller cleaning agent prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2 is placed in a thermostat at 60 ℃ for 2h, after the glue roller cleaning agent is cooled to room temperature, whether precipitation or layering and precipitation occur is observed, if no precipitation or layering and precipitation occur, the high-temperature stability is recorded as qualified, otherwise, the glue roller cleaning agent is not qualified.
And (3) low-temperature stability test: the water rubber roll cleaning agent prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2 is placed in a thermostat at 0 ℃ for 24 hours, and if no precipitation, layering and precipitation phenomena exist, the low-temperature stability is recorded as qualified, otherwise, the water rubber roll cleaning agent is not qualified.

5. The cleaning agent for the glue roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the amine compound also comprises at least one of hexamethylene tetramine and triethanolamine.
6. The cleaning agent for the glue roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the anionic surfactant comprises at least one of alkyl benzene sulfonate, fatty acid sulfonate, ethoxylated fatty alcohol sulfate and ethoxylated fatty alcohol ether carboxylate.
7. The cleaning agent for the glue roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the phosphate comprises at least one of potassium phosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate.
8. The cleaning agent for the glue roll as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the chelating agent comprises at least one of sodium citrate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, sodium gluconate and nitrilotriacetic acid.
9. A method for preparing a pastel roll cleaning agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
mixing the ether compound, the alcohol compound, the amine compound, the anionic surfactant, the phosphate and the chelating agent, heating for 10-50min at 60-80 ℃, and cooling to obtain the water rubber roller cleaning agent.
10. Use of a pastel roll cleaner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 in printing.
