Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building wall surface treatment materials and preparation thereof, and particularly relates to an external veneering wall-based waterproof interface treatment agent, and a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
As known to those skilled in the art, the painting construction of the inner and outer walls to be faced before facing is generally divided into two times, the first time is to paint the surface of the original wall with the priming mortar, and the second time is to paint a layer of surface mortar on the surface of the priming mortar every other day. This type of construction is intended to reduce cracking in the cement, but the actual situation is: if the mortar for the primer layer is not sufficiently dried and the mortar for the surface layer is applied again the next day, the above-mentioned cracking of the cement is noted. In particular, the cracking, hollowing and shelling of cement cannot be exposed in a short time and is difficult to even be discovered, but the appearance of the facing and the appearance of the facing of the inner wall and the outer wall are damaged after a long time.
The addition of the interface treating agent into the mortar can relieve the cracking, hollowing and shelling of the cement to a certain extent, and technical information related to the outer veneering wall-based interface treating agent can be disclosed in the published Chinese patent documents, for example, CN101265066B recommends a "high-bonding-strength dry powder interface treating agent", and the components of the formula are as follows by mass percent: 45-40% of silicon micro powder, 5-40% of cement, 20-50% of sand, 1.5-4% of redispersible latex powder, 0.1-0.4% of water-retaining agent and 0.05-0.2% of defoaming agent. The silicon powder with extremely strong activity is adopted, so that the water reducing performance is achieved, the slurry consistency is increased, the viscosity of the interface treating agent is greatly increased, the easiness and the construction performance of the interface treating agent are improved, the problems that a wall base body and a wall surface material are easy to hollowly drop, crack, leak and the like are overcome, and the interface treating agent can be used for replacing the artificial roughening of the concrete surface. For another example, CN10183151a provides "an interfacial agent and its application", the formulation is (by weight portion): 350-550 parts of cement, 40-60 parts of ash calcium, 500-600 parts of quartz sand, 1-2 parts of rubber powder and 1-3 parts of cellulose, and the beneficial effects of the patent are as follows: the interface agent has good bonding performance with a concrete matrix and plastering mortar, ensures that materials have good bonding performance, the bonding strength of the interface agent after being coated on the concrete matrix for 7d (7 days) can reach 1.5MPa, the bonding strength can still be kept to 1.4MPa after 98d (98 days), and the roughness and the friction force of the concrete surface can be enhanced. For example, CN112142384a introduces "modified concrete interface agent for veneering inner and outer wall surfaces and preparation method thereof", the formula is: the component A comprises 1-5 parts of an interfacial agent, 1-5 parts of quartz sand and 1-5 parts of lime slurry according to parts by weight, and the component B is cement. The mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 1-3, and the patent has the advantages that: the concentration of the mortar enhances the degree of adhesion and water absorption, makes the tile of the exterior wall easy to handle and enhances the adhesion of the tile to the wall. Further, as disclosed in CN113980503A, "a concrete interface treating agent and a preparation method thereof", the patent comprises the following raw materials by mass percent: 20-30% of epoxy resin, 10-20% of acrylic acid, 5-8% of silane coupling agent, 5-10% of quartz sand, 5-10% of heavy calcium carbonate powder, 2-6% of auxiliary additive (mixture of sodium alginate, guar gum and glucomannan), and the balance of water.
Although the above-mentioned patents are not limited to the technical effects described in the technical effect column of the specification, there are general disadvantages that the above-mentioned patents cannot combine the advantages such as good water absorption, excellent adhesion to the wall, and prevention of cracks and small holes after construction, which are desired as the exterior wall-based water repellent interface treatment agent, and therefore, improvements are required, and the technical means to be described below are made under such circumstances.
