辅助流动路径221和222中的每一个的一端利用位于主缸120的壳体中的辅助流动路径端口220连接到储液器110。辅助流动路径221和222中的每一个的另一端连接到液压块210。结果,辅助流动路径221和222将储液器110和容纳在液压块210中的泵231和232直接连接,以将制动油从储液器110引导到泵231和232。
液压块210可以具有长方体形状。液压块210可以设置有第一侧面210a、第二侧面210b和第三侧面210c,连接到流动路径的多个端口位于该第一侧面中,辅助制动马达230附接到该第二侧面,第二控制器20附接到该第三侧面。第二侧面210b从第一侧面210a延伸。第三侧面210c位于第二侧面210b的相对侧,并从第一侧面210a延伸。
在根据本公开的实施方式的电动液压制动器1中,主缸120和液压块210的一个或多个侧面可以彼此联接。主缸120可以包括一个或多个连接构件120a,该一个或多个连接构件将主缸120和液压块210液压地联接。也就是说,通过联接主缸120和液压块210,主制动单元100和液压控制器200可以不经由制动管联接,而是可以直接物理地彼此联接。在另一实施方式中,液压回路以及主制动单元100和液压控制器200的部件可以容纳在一个壳体中以形成一个箱体。由于电动液压制动器被构造成一个箱体的形状,所以可以减少阀的数量,并且可以消除蓄压器和止回阀,从而节省成本。此外,能够简化制动管路布局。
参照图1,在本公开的实施方式中,主缸120和液压块210可以利用连接构件120a彼此直接联接。主缸120可以联接到液压块210的第二侧面210b。主缸120和液压块210之间的联接关系可以为了设计方便而以各种方式改变,而不必限于图1的布局。在将主缸120和液压块210联接的情况下,主缸120的纵向中心轴线a(见图1)和辅助制动马达230的纵向中心轴线b(见图1)布置成彼此垂直。
第一控制器10被构造成根据制动输入来控制主制动马达122。第二控制器20被构造成根据制动输入来控制辅助制动马达230。第一控制器10和第二控制器20可以被构造成向电子驻车制动器(EPB)发送电信号。然而,本公开不限于这种构造。例如,第一控制器10可以被构造成根据制动输入来控制主制动马达122和辅助制动马达230。在此,制动输入可以被理解为电子信号、例如踏板感测信号(PSS),该踏板感测信号是基于从用户的踏板输入或单独的自主驱动装置提供的制动信号而产生的。第一控制器10和第二控制器20中的每一者可以是电子控制单元(ECU)。第二控制器20可以包括连接器20a。在将主缸120和液压块210彼此联接的情况下,辅助制动马达230的纵向中心轴线b(见图1)和第二控制器20的连接器20a的方向c(见图1)布置成彼此平行。

参照图2和图3,根据本公开的实施方式的电动液压制动器1可以包括连接块215。连接块215位于主缸120与液压块210之间以将主缸120与液压块210间接地联接。连接块215可以具有引导制动油的一个或多个流动路径和该一个或多个流动路径中的一个或多个阀。连接块215用于将主缸120和液压块210液压地连接。连接块215可以具有长方体形状。
参照图2和图3,连接块215的一个侧面联接到主缸120。在除了联接到主缸120的侧面之外的侧面中,一个或多个侧面可以联接到液压块210。连接块215可以联接到液压块210的第一侧面210a或第二侧面210b。主缸120、连接块215和液压块210之间的联接关系可以为了设计方便而以各种方式改变,而不必限于图2或图3的布局。
即使在利用主缸120、连接块215和液压块210形成布局的情况下,主缸120的纵向中心轴线b(见图2和图3)和辅助制动马达230的纵向中心轴线b(见图2和图3)也布置成彼此垂直。另外,辅助制动马达230的纵向中心轴线b(见图2和图3)与第二控制器20的连接器20a的方向c(见图2和图3)被布置成彼此平行。
图4是根据本公开的实施方式的电动液压制动器的液压回路图。
参照图4,根据本公开的实施方式的电动液压制动器1可以包括向车辆的车轮供应制动力的多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4、主制动单元100、液压控制器200、第一控制器10和第二控制器20中的全部或一些。
主制动单元100可以包括主制动马达122、被构造成与主制动马达122协同地改变制动油的压力的主缸120、存储制动油的储液器110、以及将制动油从储液器110供应到主缸120的多个供应流动路径131和132。在本公开的实施方式中,主制动马达122可以是电动助力器。
液压控制器200可以包括辅助制动马达230、被构造成与辅助制动马达230协同地改变制动油的压力的多个泵231和232、被构造成将制动油的液压压力从主缸120传递到多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4的一个或多个主流动路径211和212、将储液器110与泵231和232直接连接以传输制动油的一个或多个辅助流动路径221和222、以及被构造成将制动油的形成在主缸120或泵231和232中的压力选择性地传递到多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4的一个或多个阀。
液压控制器200与储液器110、主缸120、泵231和232、多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4流体连通,并响应第一控制器或第二控制器的信号。液压控制器200被构造成改变内部流动路径、即液压压力作用于其上的路径或制动油在储液器110、主缸120、泵231和232以及多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4之间流动所沿的路径。
多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4被构造成利用液压压力将制动力施加到车辆的车轮。车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4中的每一个可以是卡钳式制动器。多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4可以利用液压控制器200选择性地与储液器110、主缸120以及泵231和232中的至少一者流体连通。例如,可以利用液压控制器200将在主缸120或泵231和232中产生的液压压力施加到多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4。多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4可以将与液压压力相对应的制动力施加到车辆的车轮。
主缸120被构造成响应于第一控制器10的信号而改变制动油的压力。主缸120中具有中空结构。主缸120包括设置在其中的活塞和由活塞分隔的两个液压腔室。活塞被构造成随着主制动马达122旋转向一侧移动,即,在液压腔室之间往复运动和平移。当主制动马达响应于第一控制器10的信号而顺时针或逆时针移动时,活塞可以向一侧或另一侧移动以按压填充在两个液压腔室中的制动油。
泵231和232被构造成响应于第二控制器20的信号而改变制动油的压力。泵231和232可以具有油泵的结构。例如,泵可以被构造成随着辅助制动马达230响应于第二控制器20的信号操作而与辅助制动马达230的旋转协同地泵送制动油。穿过泵231和232的制动油的流动路径可以利用液压控制器200通向多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4。
根据本公开的实施方式的电动液压制动器1的液压控制器200包括与主缸120以及泵231和232的操作相关的多个牵引控制阀241和242、多个入口阀251至254以及多个出口阀261至264中的全部或一些。牵引控制阀241和242以及入口阀251至254可以是常开式电磁阀,而出口阀261至264可以是常闭式电磁阀。
液压控制器200包括设置在制动流动路径上的四对入口阀251至254和出口阀261至264,穿过该制动流动路径制动油被直接供应到车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4中的每一个或从车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4中的每一个排出。此外,液压控制器200包括第一牵引控制阀241和第二牵引控制阀242,以用于将从主缸120产生的液压压力分配到每个制动流动路径上。牵引控制阀241和242被构造成打开或关闭主缸120与多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4之间的主流动路径211和212,并且调节被传递到多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4的液压压力。
多个阀被构造成分别独立地控制多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4的制动力。例如,阀被构造成实现ABS(防抱死制动系统)、TCS(牵引控制系统)和ESC(电子稳定性控制)的功能。
根据本公开的实施方式的电动液压制动器1的液压控制器200包括多个辅助流动路径221和222,该多个辅助流动路径将从储液器110供应的制动油直接引导到泵231和232而不穿过主缸120。液压控制器200可以包括多个返回流动路径271和272,当电动液压制动器1减压时,该多个返回流动路径将制动油直接引导到储液器110而不穿过主缸120。
当主缸120或第一控制器10发生故障时,泵231和232的辅助制动马达230响应于第二控制器20的信号而操作。与辅助制动马达230协同操作的泵231和232利用辅助流动路径221和222将制动油从储液器110传输到多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4。制动油被传输到多个车轮制动器w1、w2、w3和w4,使得在辅助制动情况下可以通过电子控制实现有效的辅助制动。
此外,当在制动踏板被释放的情况下主缸120或第一控制器10发生故障时,响应于第二控制器20的信号控制出口阀261至264,并且利用返回流动路径271和272制动油被传输到储液器110而不穿过主缸120。
考虑到执行电动液压制动器的功能的装置可能发生故障的可能性,可以通过还包括具有类似功能的附加装置来消除由于电动液压制动器的故障而发生问题的可能性。换句话说,能够实现确保冗余的制动装置。例如,即使在驾驶员的驾驶被排除或驾驶注意力降低的情况下、例如在智能巡航控制或自主驾驶的情况下发生主制动单元的故障,也可以适当地提供辅助制动力。
根据本公开的实施方式的电动液压制动器还可以包括安装在一个或多个车轮上的电子驻车制动器(EPB)31和32。在本公开的实施方式中,电子驻车制动器31和32被例示为一体地安装在后车轮的两个车轮制动器w1和w2上。两个电子驻车制动器31和32可以被构造成由第一控制器10和第二控制器20的电信号控制。
例如,当主制动单元100发生故障时,液压控制器200以及EPB 31和32执行制动。当液压控制器200发生故障时,主制动单元100以及EPB 31和32执行制动。当EPB 31和32发生故障时,主制动单元100、液压控制器200以及EPB 31和32可以被液压地和电气地构造成使得主制动单元100和液压控制器200可以执行冗余功能。
根据实施方式,电动液压制动器的优点在于,制动系统形成为一个箱体,从而简化制动管路布局,减少部件的数量,并由此降低成本。

Claims (14)
1.一种电动液压制动器,所述电动液压制动器包括:
多个车轮制动器,所述多个车轮制动器被构造成向车辆的车轮供应制动力;
储液器,所述储液器存储制动油;
主缸,所述主缸连接到所述储液器,并且与主制动马达协同操作以产生所述制动油的压力;
第一控制器,所述第一控制器被构造成根据制动输入来控制所述主制动马达;
液压控制器,所述液压控制器包括泵和液压块,所述泵被构造成与辅助制动马达协同地形成所述制动油的压力,所述液压块被构造成将所述制动油的形成在所述主缸或所述泵中的压力选择性地传递到所述多个车轮制动器;以及
第二控制器,所述第二控制器被构造成当所述主缸或所述第一控制器发生故障时控制所述辅助制动马达,
其中,所述液压控制器设置有至少一个辅助流动路径,以穿过所述至少一个辅助流动路径将所述制动油从所述储液器直接传输到所述泵,并且
其中,所述液压块设置有第一侧面和第二侧面,连接到所述辅助流动路径的多个端口位于所述第一侧面中,所述辅助制动马达附接到所述第二侧面,并且所述液压块的至少一个侧面联接到所述主缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述主缸的纵向中心轴线和所述辅助制动马达的纵向中心轴线被布置成彼此垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述第二控制器附接到位于所述液压块的所述第二侧面的相对侧的第三侧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述液压控制器还包括连接器,并且
其中,所述连接器垂直地联接到所述第二控制器,并且所述连接器的方向平行于所述辅助制动马达的纵向中心轴线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述主缸还包括:
至少一个连接构件,所述至少一个连接构件将所述主缸与所述液压块的侧面液压地连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述辅助流动路径还包括至少一个辅助流动路径端口,所述至少一个辅助流动路径端口被构造成连接到所述储液器而不穿过所述主缸,并且
其中,所述辅助流动路径端口与所述主缸位于同一壳体中,并且被构造成与所述主缸平行。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述主缸固定地联接到所述液压块的所述第一侧面或所述第二侧面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述液压块包括引导所述制动油的多个流动路径和所述多个流动路径中的多个阀。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,所述电动液压制动器还包括:
连接块,所述连接块位于所述主缸与所述液压块之间,并且被构造成将所述主缸与所述液压块间接地联接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述连接块将所述主缸与所述液压块液压地连接。
11.根据权利要求9所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述连接块包括引导所述制动油的多个流动路径和所述多个流动路径中的多个阀。
12.根据权利要求9所述的电动液压制动器,其中,所述连接块固定地联接到所述液压块的所述第一侧面或所述第二侧面。
13.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,所述电动液压制动器还包括:
电子驻车制动器EPB,
其中,所述第一控制器被构造成当所述主缸或所述第一控制器发生故障时,向所述电子驻车制动器EPB发送电信号。
14.根据权利要求1所述的电动液压制动器,所述电动液压制动器还包括:
电子驻车制动器EPB,
其中,所述第二控制器被构造成当所述液压控制器或所述第二控制器发生故障时,向所述电子驻车制动器EPB发送电信号。
