The circular truncated cone 31 has another important function, that is, when the spraying plug 3 is in an open state for fire extinguishing, water flow from the water inlet pipe 81 will impact on the circumferential outer surface of the circular truncated cone 31 and splash to the periphery by taking an impact point as a reflection point, so that the fire extinguishing area can be greatly enlarged.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, a splash plate 35 is further fixedly arranged on the other side of the abutting block 37 away from the water outlet 84 of the water inlet pipe 81, the splash plate 35 can slide in the inner cavity 66 of the fire nozzle 6, an eccentric limiting convex ring 30 which limits the moving range of the upper end of the screw 22 is arranged in the middle of the splash plate 35, the splash plate 35 can increase the splashing area when the shower plug 3 is separated from the water outlet 84 of the water inlet pipe 81, at least one guide rod 36 is fixedly arranged on the edge of the splash plate 35 and penetrates through the polygonal limiting boss 61, the number of the guide rods 36 is two, the guide rods 36 can play a role of guiding the shower plug 3 to fall off, a limiting block 38 which limits the moving stroke of the guide rods 36 is arranged at the other end of the guide rods 36, ten splash plates 34 are further arranged on the splash plate 35 at intervals along the circumferential direction, wherein two blades 39 which connect the guide rods 36 on the splash plate 35 are in clearance fit with the inner cavity 66 of the fire nozzle 6. As shown in fig. 7, the outer surface of the water inlet 83 side of the water inlet pipe 81 is provided with a threaded joint 82 which is in threaded connection with an external pipeline, the polygonal limiting boss 61 can be rotated by an external tool to connect or disconnect the threaded joint 82 with the external pipeline, and the bottom surface of the fire sprinkler head can be flush with the bottom surface of the decorative mounting plate 1 by the adjusting action of the threaded joint 82 during installation. The cross-sectional area of the internal communication channel 85 of the water inlet pipe 81 from the water inlet 83 to the water outlet 84 gradually decreases, and as the cross-sectional area decreases, the static pressure of the water flow at the water outlet 84 is smaller than that at the water inlet 83, but the dynamic pressure increases, the water impulse increases, and the water impulse impacts the splash plate 35 to further contribute to the increase of the fire extinguishing area.
Example 2: based on the above technical solution of embodiment 1, the decorative cover 5 may also be composed of a single decorative sheet 53 meltable when being heated, notches 51 movably connected to the back-type supporting frames 4 are respectively provided on both side edges of the decorative sheet 53, the other end of each back-type supporting frame 4 penetrates through the notch 51 of the decorative sheet 53, and the melting point of the single decorative sheet 53 meltable when being heated is: 68. and the temperature is 93-93 ℃.
The basic principle of the invention is as follows:
1. installation process of the fire sprinkler: the state shown in fig. 1 is the initial state of each element, the fire sprinkler is firstly placed upside down for assembly during installation, and the distraction positioning device 9 is prevented from falling off at any time due to instability to influence the assembly. When the water inlet pipe 81 is placed upside down, under the combined action of the guide rod 36 and the circular truncated cone 31, the axis of the circular truncated cone 31 is superposed with the axis of the internal communication channel 85 of the water inlet pipe 81. Due to the gravity, the abutting block 37 of the spray plug 3 abuts the sealing member 33 on the abutting end face of the second mounting groove 67, at this time, an internal hexagonal wrench is used to extend from the middle through hole 52 of the decorative cover 5 into the internal hexagonal groove 23 of the screw 22 to rotate the screw 22, the screw 22 abuts the sealing member 33 on the abutting end face of the second mounting groove 67 more tightly through the splash plate 34 and the abutting block 37, but is not locked yet, since the positioning plate 2 cannot rotate in the cavity 66 of the fire-fighting spray pipe 6 due to the engagement of the back-type support frame 4 provided on the positioning plate 2 with the engaging groove 63 provided on the cavity 66 of the fire-fighting spray pipe 6, the rotation of the screw 22 will cause the positioning plate 2 to slide along the cavity 66 of the fire-fighting spray pipe 6 in a direction away from the spray plug 3, the positioning plate 2 will abut against the first support rod 41 of the back-type support frame 4 through the first mounting groove 21 provided on the positioning plate 2 to cause the first support rod 41 of the back-type support frame 4 to cause the first support rod 41 to rotate so as to cause the decorative cover 5 to be connected with the decorative cover 5 and the second mounting plate 42. According to the principle of acting force and reacting force, the reacting force from the buckling grooves 63 on the decorative cover 5 and the fire-fighting nozzle 6 transmits force to act on the screw rod 22 through the back-type supporting frame 4 and the positioning plate 2, so that the screw rod 22 can better lock and seal the sealing element 33 on the water outlet 84 of the water inlet pipe 81 through the water splashing plate 34 and the abutting block 37, and finally, the fire-fighting sprinkler is inverted and is installed with an external water pipe through the threaded connector 82 on the water inlet pipe 81, and finally, the state shown in fig. 2 is formed.
2. The fire extinguishing principle of the fire-fighting sprinkler is as follows: after the installation is completed, because the decoration cover 5 is flush with the roof of the house, when the house is in a fire and high-temperature gas melts the decoration cover 5 or the connection welding points on the decoration cover 5, the decoration cover 5 will be fused or the two decoration sheets forming the decoration cover 5 will be disconnected, the back-type support frame 4 and the positioning plate 2 will both drop due to instability, the spray plugs 3 will slide downward due to self weight and water pressure from the water inlet pipe 81, the guide rods 36 on both sides of the splash plate 35 will also slide downward until the limiting blocks 38 arranged at the upper end of the guide rods 36 contact with the upper end surface 68 of the polygonal limiting boss 61, the spray plugs 3 and the splash plate 35 stop sliding downward, and the water flow from the water inlet pipe 81 will impact the round table 31 and the splash plate 35 on the spray plugs 3 to increase the water splashing area of the water flow, thereby achieving a better fire extinguishing effect.
While there have been shown and described what are at present considered to be the fundamental principles of the invention and its essential features and advantages, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited by the embodiments described above, which are included to illustrate the principles of the invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. A flush type fire-fighting sprinkler comprises a fire-fighting sprinkler body, wherein the fire-fighting sprinkler body comprises a water inlet pipe communicated with a water source and a fire-fighting spray pipe arranged below the water inlet pipe, and is characterized in that a spray plug capable of sliding in an inner cavity of the fire-fighting spray pipe to plug or open the water outlet is further arranged at a water outlet of the water inlet pipe, a spreading positioning device capable of abutting the spray plug against the water outlet of the water inlet pipe is further arranged below the spray plug in the inner cavity of the fire-fighting spray pipe, the spreading positioning device is movably connected with the inner wall of the fire-fighting spray pipe, and a decoration cover capable of sensing surrounding fire conditions and being melted or separated when the temperature reaches a self melting point or a melting point of a fusible welding point on the spreading positioning device and driving the whole spreading positioning device to fall off from the lower part of the spray plug is arranged at the lower part of the spreading positioning device.
2. A flush fire sprinkler as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the strutting and positioning device further comprises a positioning disc, the positioning disc is arranged in the fire-fighting spray pipe and used for propping a spraying plug of a fire-fighting spray head against the water outlet of the water inlet pipe, the inner wall of the fire-fighting spray pipe is positioned between the decorative cover and the positioning disc, the positioning disc can be positioned in the fire-fighting spray pipe, and the decorative cover can be outwards opposite to the strutting and positioning structure which applies external force to accelerate the decorative cover to fuse or separate due to self fusion or fusion of an easily-fusible welding spot on the decorative cover.

A flush fire sprinkler according to claim 2, wherein: the spreading positioning structure comprises at least two back type supporting frames, buckling grooves used for preventing the positioning disc from rotating and falling on the inner wall of the fire-fighting spray pipe are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the fire-fighting spray pipe, one end of each back type supporting frame is movably connected with the buckling grooves on the inner wall of the fire-fighting spray pipe and positions the positioning disc in the fire-fighting spray pipe, and the other end of each back type supporting frame is movably connected with the side edge of the decorative cover.
4. A flush fire sprinkler according to claim 3, wherein: the decorative cover is formed by welding two decorative sheets by adopting fusible welding points, and the other end of each back-shaped support frame is movably connected with the side edge of each decorative sheet.

A flush fire sprinkler according to claim 4, wherein: the side edges of the decorative sheets are respectively provided with a notch which is movably connected with each back-facing type supporting frame, and the other end of each back-facing type supporting frame penetrates out of the notch of the corresponding decorative sheet.

A flush fire sprinkler according to claim 3, wherein: first mounting grooves for movably mounting the back-type supporting frames are uniformly distributed on the positioning disc, and the back-type supporting frames are correspondingly arranged on the first mounting grooves of the positioning disc respectively and used for clamping and positioning the positioning disc in the blowout control pipe.
7. A flush fire sprinkler according to claim 2, wherein: the strutting positioning device further comprises a screw rod, the screw rod is arranged on the positioning disk and used for driving the positioning disk to slide in the inner cavity of the fire-fighting spray pipe, and the decorative cover is further provided with a through hole for an external tool to extend into and drive the screw rod of the positioning disk.
8. A flush fire sprinkler according to claim 3, wherein: the back type support frame is two.
9. A flush fire sprinkler according to claim 2 or 3, wherein: the decorative cover may also be comprised of a single decorative sheet that is meltable upon heating.
10. A flush fire sprinkler according to claim 9, wherein: the two side edges of the decorative sheet are respectively provided with a notch which is movably connected with each back-facing support frame, and the other end of each back-facing support frame penetrates out of the notch of the decorative sheet.
