Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for managing group levels according to an embodiment of the present application, the method comprising steps S11, S12, S13. In step S11, in response to a group update event, the device 1 detects whether a first group corresponding to the group update event satisfies a guidance trigger condition for performing a promotion guidance operation on the first group; in step S12, if the first group meets the guidance trigger condition, the device 1 determines promotion guidance information corresponding to the first group; in step S13, the device 1 may send the promotion guidance information to a relevant group of users in the first group.
In step S11, in response to a group update event, the device 1 detects whether a first group corresponding to the group update event satisfies a guidance trigger condition for performing a promotion guidance operation on the first group.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 1 is a server corresponding to a platform capable of providing group services for users. At the platform, users can establish, join, or exit groups. The group may bring users with the same hobbies, features or goals together and provide them with group services of chatting, communicating or moving. The administrative user of the group may also set group functions for the group that match the group through which participating users joining the group can interact with other participating users of the group. For example, a group a can be established in the platform by a user a in order to facilitate group purchase organization, and the user a can add a group component or an applet with the functions of order composition, shopping live broadcast and the like to the group a, so that the group a can provide a personalized group service adapted to the group theme or the group attribute of the user in addition to a general group service of instant messaging, topic discussion or live broadcast and the like for the user joining the group a. The user B who joins the group A can initiate a group buying activity in the group A through the group-building component or the applet, and the user B who has the same shopping requirement in the group A can join the group buying activity initiated by the user B in the group A through the group-building component or the applet. The user B can also initiate the live broadcast activity of the group purchase products in the group A through the shopping live broadcast component or the small program so as to attract the users in the group to participate in the order sharing group purchase activity.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above group functions are only examples, and other existing or future group functions may be included within the scope of the embodiments as applicable, and are herein incorporated by reference.
In some embodiments, the group update event includes, but is not limited to: and establishing the first group, wherein new group activities, group members or group messages added in the first group in a preset time period are greater than or equal to a preset threshold value of the number of the new group activities, group members or group chat messages, or the group activity information corresponding to the first group in the preset time period is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value of the group activity information. The device 1 may identify a newly established group or a currently active group by monitoring a group update event, so as to detect whether a promotion booting operation needs to be performed on the group in time, so as to help the group promote the group level as soon as possible.
In some embodiments, the device 1 detects whether the related group information corresponding to the first group satisfies the guidance trigger condition. The related group information includes, but is not limited to, group activity information, group member number information, or group activity number information corresponding to the first group. The guidance triggering condition includes, but is not limited to, that a difference between group activity information corresponding to the first group and group activity information required by a promotion is less than or equal to a group activity information difference threshold, a difference between a number of group members corresponding to the first group and a number of group members required by the promotion is less than or equal to a group member number difference threshold, or a difference between a number of group activities corresponding to the first group and a number of group activities required by the promotion is less than or equal to a group activity number difference threshold. In some embodiments, device 1 may query a respective group ranking information table based on a current group ranking corresponding to a first group to determine promotion-related group information corresponding to a promotion of the first group. The promotion-related group information may include, but is not limited to, group activity information, group membership information, or group activity amount information desired for the first group promotion. Apparatus 1 determines whether the first group satisfies a bootstrapping trigger condition based on the promotion-related group information and the related group information corresponding to the first group. For example, if the current group level of the first group is level 1, the device 1 may query and determine promotion-related group information corresponding to level 2 of the first group promotion, and then determine whether the first group meets the corresponding guidance trigger condition based on a difference between the promotion-related group information and the related group information corresponding to the first group, so as to screen out a group to be promoted, thereby helping the group to complete group promotion more quickly and improving group service experience.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the related group information, promotion related group information, and guidance trigger conditions are only examples, and other existing or subsequent related group information, promotion related group information, and guidance trigger conditions may be included in the scope of the embodiments, and are incorporated herein by reference.
In step S12, if the first group meets the guidance trigger condition, the device 1 determines promotion guidance information corresponding to the first group.
In some embodiments, if the first group meets the guidance triggering condition, the device 1 may determine corresponding promotion guidance information according to the related group information corresponding to the first group, so that a group user corresponding to the first group may complete promotion guidance according to the promotion guidance information, so that the related group information corresponding to the first group matches with the promotion related group information, thereby promoting the first group. In some embodiments, apparatus 1 may determine a respective promotion guide information based on a difference between the promotion-related group information and the related group information corresponding to the first group. For example, if the promotion-related group information includes a number of group members required for a promotion 80 and a corresponding number of group members for a first group is 78, the promotions directions identified by device 1 may include inviting users to join the first group, a number of users joining the first group ≧ 2, and thereby may be targeted to guide the first group of users through a group promotion.
In step S13, the device 1 may send the promotion guidance information to a relevant group of users in the first group.
In some embodiments, the related group of users may be group users in a first group that match the promotional guidance information. For example, if the promotional guidance information includes an inviting user to join the first group, the associated group user may be a group user within the first group having an invitation user to group permission, or a group user within the first group for which the inviting user is most active in the group. In some embodiments, the device 1 may also send secondary guidance information matching the promotional guidance information to the relevant group of users in the first group. The secondary guidance information includes, but is not limited to, user information of a recommended user, recommended group activity information, or recommended group chat topic information. For example, if the promotion guidance information includes inviting users to join the first group, the apparatus 1 may determine one or more recommended users that match the first group and have not joined the first group according to the promotion guidance information query, and send user information of at least one of the recommended users as the auxiliary guidance information to the related group users. The related group users may send group invitations to the corresponding recommended users based on the secondary guidance information to complete promotion guidance as soon as possible. In this embodiment, the auxiliary guidance information may facilitate related group users in the first group to complete promotion guidance as soon as possible, thereby achieving group level promotion.
In some embodiments, the step S12 includes: if the first group meets the guidance trigger condition, the device 1 determines promotion guidance information corresponding to the first group according to the guidance trigger condition met by the first group. For example, if a difference between group activity information corresponding to the first group and group activity information required for promotion is less than or equal to a group activity information difference threshold, the promotion guidance information includes promotion group activity information; if the difference between the number of group members corresponding to the first group and the number of group members required for promotion is less than or equal to a group member number difference threshold, the promotion guidance information comprises inviting the user to join the first group; if the difference between the group activity quantity corresponding to the first group and the group activity quantity required by promotion is smaller than or equal to the group activity quantity difference threshold value, the promotion guide information comprises initiation group activity. Based on the guidance-trigger condition satisfied by the first group, the device 1 may determine a condition that the first group needs to satisfy from a promotion, and then determine the matching promotion guidance information to provide targeted guidance to related group users receiving the promotion guidance information to help the first group quickly implement group promotion.
In some embodiments, a flowchart of a method for managing a group level is shown in accordance with fig. 2, the promotional guidance information comprising a plurality of child guidance information; the step S13 includes: the device 1 sends each piece of sub-pilot information in the plurality of pieces of sub-pilot information to a first subgroup corresponding to the sub-pilot information, where the first subgroup is a subset of users of the first group.
In some embodiments, the first group satisfies one or more of the guidance-trigger conditions, and accordingly, the promotional guidance information determined by device 1 based on the guidance-trigger conditions satisfied by the first group also includes one or more child guidance information. In order to facilitate sending the corresponding sub-guidance information to the related group users, the device 1 may first determine a related group user set in the first group that matches with each sub-guidance information, and send the corresponding sub-guidance information to the first sub-group corresponding to the related group user set. The associated group users may also communicate within the first subgroup, for example, if the sub-homing information includes inviting users to join the first subgroup, the associated group users may discuss the inviting users or arrange for homing work within the first subgroup, thereby reducing interference to other users within the first subgroup.
In some embodiments, a flow chart of a method for managing group levels is shown in accordance with fig. 2, the method further comprising: step S14, the device 1 determines, for each sub-guidance information of the promotional guidance information, a first subgroup of the first group to receive the sub-guidance information, wherein the first subgroup is a subset of users of the first group and each user of the first subgroup is to receive the sub-guidance information.
In some embodiments, the device 1 may determine, according to the subranging information, a first subgroup matching the subranging information, where subgroup information corresponding to the first subgroup matches the subranging information, or user information corresponding to a first subgroup of users in the first subgroup matches the subranging information. For example, the management user in the first group may establish one or more subgroups for different events or with different functions based on the management user himself or a first group development requirement, and may set corresponding subgroup information for each subgroup based on the characteristics of the subgroup to distinguish. For example, if subgroup a is used for group activity planning or initiation within a first group, subgroup information corresponding to subgroup a may be associated with group activity. If the subranging information comprises initiating group activity, the device 1 may determine subgroup a as the first subgroup matching the subranging information. For another example, the device 1 may also determine a first subgroup matching the subranging information based on the user information of each user in the subgroups. If the number of users or the percentage of users in a subgroup matching the sub-guidance information is higher than a predetermined threshold, the device 1 may determine that the subgroup is capable of performing a corresponding promotional guidance and may use the subgroup as the first subgroup for receiving the sub-guidance information.
In some embodiments, the first subgroup comprises a temporary subgroup created in real time in the first group or an existing subgroup that is predetermined.
In some embodiments, the temporary subgroup is a subgroup temporarily established based on the sub-pilot information, the temporary subgroup including one or more first subgroup users, the first subgroup users being matched with the sub-pilot information. With the provisional subgroup, device 1 may group together users in the first group who have the ability to complete the promotional guide corresponding to the child guide message so that the users cooperate more efficiently to complete the present promotional guide. The temporary subgroup may be dismissed upon promotion of the first group, upon expiration of the child guidance message, or upon instruction by an administrative user of the first group. In some embodiments, the existing subgroup is a subgroup currently existing in the first group. The existing subgroup may be a subgroup established based on a certain group activity or event, or a subgroup set by a management user. These subgroups may be long-lived or may be temporarily established based on group activities or events and disbanded after group activities or events have ended. The device 1 may set an existing sub-group matching the subranging information as a first sub-group corresponding to the subranging information.
In some embodiments, a flow chart of a method for managing group level is shown according to fig. 2, said step S14 comprising: step S141, the device 1 detects whether the first group includes an existing subgroup; step S142, if the first group includes a plurality of existing subgroups, for each sub-guiding message in the promotion guiding message, the device 1 selects a first subgroup from the plurality of existing subgroups to receive the sub-guiding message, wherein the sub-group information corresponding to the first subgroup matches the sub-guiding message.
In some embodiments, if there is an existing subgroup in the first subgroup, the device 1 may first detect whether there is a first subgroup matching the sub-pilot information in the existing subgroup, and select the existing subgroup whose subgroup information matches the sub-pilot information as the first subgroup corresponding to the sub-pilot information. In this embodiment, by directly detecting the existing subgroup, the computing resource overhead of the device 1 for searching the first subgroup of users can be reduced, and the retrieval efficiency can be improved. In some embodiments, the subgroup information includes, but is not limited to, subgroup activity information, subgroup authority information, or subgroup contribution information corresponding to the existing subgroup. The sub group information corresponding to the first sub group is matched with the sub leading information, including but not limited to matching of sub group activity information, sub group authority information or sub group contribution information corresponding to the existing sub group with the sub leading information.
In some embodiments, the step S142 further includes: if the first group does not include an existing subgroup, the device 1 selects a first subgroup of users from the first group for each piece of sub-guidance information in the promotional guidance information, wherein the user information corresponding to the first subgroup of users matches the sub-guidance information; and determining a first subgroup based on the first subgroup of users, wherein the first subgroup is a temporary subgroup, and the first subgroup of users is included in the first subgroup.
In some embodiments, if the first group does not include an existing subgroup or the device 1 does not detect an existing subgroup matching the sub-pilot information in the first group, the device 1 searches for a first subgroup of users from the first group based on the sub-pilot information, and may establish a temporary subgroup corresponding to the sub-pilot information, add the first subgroup of users matching the sub-pilot information to the temporary subgroup, and use the temporary subgroup as the first subgroup matching the sub-pilot information. In this embodiment, the sequence of searching for the first subgroup of users and establishing the temporary subgroup by the device 1 is not limited, and the device 1 may determine the first subgroup of users first and then establish the temporary subgroup, and add the first subgroup of users to the temporary subgroup; or a temporary subgroup can be established first and then added to the temporary subgroup when the corresponding first subgroup user is inquired; it is also possible to determine the first subgroup of users and establish the temporary subgroup at the same time.
In some embodiments, matching the user information corresponding to the first subgroup of users with the sub-navigation information comprises at least any one of: the in-group identity information corresponding to the first subgroup of users is matched with the sub-guiding information; the intra-group contribution information corresponding to the first subgroup user is matched with the sub-guiding information; the intra-group active information corresponding to the first subgroup of users is matched with the sub-boot information.
In some embodiments, the intra-group identity information includes, but is not limited to, rights information or tag information of the first subgroup of users within the first group. The device 1 may determine which operations the user may perform or is willing to perform within the group by the user's group identity information, thereby ensuring that the first subgroup of users may perform promotional guidance operations in a smooth manner. For example, if the sub guidance information includes an inviter that invites the user to join the first group, the device 1 may use a user having an inviter that invites the user to join the group or whose tag information corresponds to being active as a first sub group user corresponding to the sub guidance information.
In some embodiments, the intra-group contribution information includes, but is not limited to, contribution type information of the first subgroup of users within a first group or contribution value information of the first subgroup of users within a first group. The device 1 may determine which operations the user prefers to perform based on the contribution information within the group, thereby ensuring that the first subgroup of users may actively perform corresponding promotion guidance operations, and ensuring the efficiency of implementation of the promotion guidance operations. For example, if the sub-guidance information includes the inviting user to join the first group, the device 1 may determine the user with the highest contribution or higher than the contribution threshold value to join the group as the first sub-group of users corresponding to the sub-guidance information.
In some embodiments, the intra-group activity information includes, but is not limited to, activity time information of the first subgroup of users within the first group or cumulative or current activity value information of the first subgroup of users within the first group. Through the active information in the group, the device 1 may determine a user that can receive the sub guidance information in time and perform corresponding promotion guidance operation, thereby ensuring implementation efficiency of promotion guidance operation. For example, the device 1 may determine the users whose active time information differs from the current time by less than a time threshold or whose active value information is higher than an active value threshold as the first subgroup of users to which the sub-guidance information corresponds.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the user information corresponding to the first subgroup of users and the corresponding matching rule are only examples, and other existing or subsequent user information corresponding to the first subgroup of users or the corresponding matching rule may also be included in the scope of the embodiment as applicable, and are included herein by reference.
In some embodiments, the step S11 includes: in response to a group update event, the device 1 detects whether a first group corresponding to the group update event meets promotion trigger conditions for performing promotion operations on the first group; if the first group meets the promotion triggering condition, performing promotion operation on the first group; otherwise; detecting whether the first group satisfies a boot trigger condition for performing a promoted boot operation on the first group.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 1 may determine promotion-related group information corresponding to a promotion of a first group by querying a corresponding group ranking information table based on a current group ranking corresponding to the first group. The promotion-related group information may include, but is not limited to, group activity information, group membership information, or group activity quantity information required for the first group promotion. The device 1 detects whether a first group corresponding to the group update event meets promotion triggering conditions for performing promotion operations on the first group according to the promotion related group information. The promotion triggering condition includes, but is not limited to, group activity information, group membership information, or group activity quantity information corresponding to the first group being greater than or equal to promotion desired group activity information, group membership information, or group activity quantity information. In this embodiment, when the apparatus 1 cannot advance a group, it detects a guidance trigger condition, guides a group that satisfies the condition, and helps a group that cannot advance to complete a level increase as soon as possible.
In some embodiments, the guidance-triggering condition includes at least any one of: the difference value between the group activity information corresponding to the first group and the group activity information required by promotion is smaller than or equal to a group activity information difference value threshold value; the difference between the number of group members corresponding to the first group and the number of group members required for promotion is less than or equal to a group member number difference threshold value; the difference between the number of group activities corresponding to the first group and the number of group activities required by the promotion is less than or equal to a group activity number difference threshold. For example, device 1 may determine, based on promotion-related group information, to provide promotion guidance information for a first group having a distance from the promotion-related group information that is less than or equal to a threshold value to assist the first group in promoting group activity, a number of group members, or a number of group activities as soon as possible to complete a group promotion as soon as possible.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: step S15 (not shown), the device 1 obtains promotion guidance feedback information corresponding to the first group; performing a promotional operation on the first group if the promotional guidance feedback information includes a promotional guidance for completion.
In some embodiments, if the difference between the current time and the time of transmission of the advance guidance message is greater than or equal to a predetermined time difference, the device 1 may obtain advance guidance feedback corresponding to the advance guidance message to determine whether the first group has completed the corresponding advance guidance operation. The promotion guidance feedback information may be determined based on updated information of related group information corresponding to the first group after the promotion guidance information is sent. For example, if the promotion guidance information includes the number of users inviting the user to join the first group, which is greater than or equal to 2, the device 1 queries update information of related group information corresponding to the first group, and determines that the update information includes an increase of 3 in the number of group members after the promotion guidance information is transmitted, it may be determined that the promotion guidance feedback information is the promotion guidance. If the update message includes a group member number increase of 1, the promotional guidance feedback message may be determined to be an incomplete promotional guidance.
In some embodiments, if the difference between the current time and the time for sending the promotion guidance information is greater than or equal to a predetermined time difference, the apparatus 1 may send a promotion guidance feedback information obtaining request to a user apparatus corresponding to a related group of users, and receive promotion guidance progress information of the related group of users sent by the user apparatus based on the promotion guidance feedback information obtaining request. Or after the related group of users complete the promotion guidance corresponding to the promotion guidance information received by the related group of users, the user devices of the related group of users may actively send the promotion guidance progress information of the related group of users to the device 1. The device 1 may determine promotional guidance feedback information corresponding to the first group based on the received promotional guidance progress information. And if the sum of the promotion guiding progress information of each related group of users is greater than or equal to a preset progress threshold, the promotion guiding feedback information is promotion guiding completion, otherwise, the promotion guiding feedback information is promotion guiding incompletion.
In some embodiments, the first group performs promotional operations including, but not limited to, updating rating information corresponding to the first group or updating group service information corresponding to the first group based on the rating information corresponding to the first group. For example, an upper limit of the number of group members is increased for the first group after the level is raised, an upper limit of group activities that can be performed simultaneously is increased, or a new group service is provided. In some embodiments, the first group of primary levels may be maintained if the promotional guidance feedback information includes an incomplete promotional guidance.
In some embodiments, the performing a promotional operation on the first group further comprises: determining promotion contribution information of users in the first group; and sending the promotion contribution information to corresponding users in the first group.
In some embodiments, the device 1 may obtain promotional related information for each user in the first group and may determine promotional contribution information for each user based on the promotional related information.
