The invention can improve the efficiency of task access and task creation by directly accessing the task information of a plurality of sources based on basic level data interconnection and intercommunication capability, for example, when in specific implementation, event tasks, early warning tasks, emergency tasks and the like can be directly accessed into a task center by means of API service interfaces, ETL conversion, data docking and the like; meanwhile, because the task information of different sources is various and has no uniform standard format, the accessed task information needs to be converted into a standardized format by combining the task item list, so that the task is automatically created and the task list is formed.
In a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3, in which the automatically distributing task information in a task list according to a task item list and a task distribution manner specifically includes:
in the automatic task distribution mode, according to task item lists and task attributes of task information in the task lists, an AI artificial intelligence model is used for reasoning and RPA automatic robot processing, an automatic task distribution rule is set in combination with a task flow template, the task information in the task lists is automatically distributed based on the automatic task distribution rule, and second-level automatic task distribution can be realized in the mode; the task automatic distribution rule is used for matching items corresponding to the task in combination with the task item list in the process of determining and issuing according to the created task information, so that the task is automatically distributed according to the sponsoring department or sponsoring personnel and the disposal process in the task item list. When the task is automatically distributed, the task attribute of the task information needs to be identified, and after the task attribution unit is identified, the task item list is combined to automatically match the items corresponding to the task, so that the task is automatically distributed according to the matched items.
In the task fixed distribution mode, according to task item lists and task attributes of task information in the task lists, a task fixed distribution rule is set by combining a task flow template, and the task information in the task lists is fixedly distributed based on the task fixed distribution rule; the task fixed distribution rule is used for setting a corresponding processing unit, a processing person, a processing role, a processing post and a corresponding task processing flow for the task type, the task level and the task execution standard, so that the fixed distribution configuration of the task is realized. When the task is specifically fixed and distributed, the task attribute of the task information needs to be identified, and after the attributes such as the task type, the task level and the like are identified, the task item list and the task fixed distribution rule are combined to intelligently distribute the task information.
The task flow template is a standard task flow of each industry created according to the business attributes, and when the task flow template is specifically implemented, the standard task flow of each industry needs to be created according to the business attributes of the digital government business department and the like, and the standard task flow is stored as the task flow template; the task flow template comprises a flow name, an industry type, a service attribute, a service description and the like, and is mainly used for realizing reusability of the flow.
In the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, because in the actual use process, tasks that cannot match the item right and duty list for automatic distribution and fixed distribution inevitably occur, for this reason, the task distribution method set by the present invention further includes task manual distribution;
in the manual task distribution mode, tasks which cannot be automatically distributed through the automatic task distribution mode and the fixed task distribution mode are identified by using a semantic analysis technology (namely NLP technology) and a knowledge base or compared with historical task information in a historical task base according to task information (the task information comprises information such as task titles, task descriptions, task types and task grades) in a task list, and task allocation suggestions are generated according to an identification result or a comparison result; and pushing the task allocation suggestions to task allocation workers, and manually distributing the task information in the task list by the task allocation workers. The knowledge base is obtained by combing according to the industry attributes of a digital government service system and comprises a task type knowledge base, a task level knowledge base, a task item list knowledge base and the like, wherein the knowledge base is mainly used for automatically and quickly identifying task information so as to facilitate manual distribution of the task information according to an identification result; various historical task information is stored in the historical task library, and the task information can be identified by comparing the task information in the task list with the historical task information in the historical task library, so that the task information can be conveniently and manually distributed.
In a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the supervising the distributed task information according to the task automatic supervising rule specifically includes:
for distributed task information, monitoring node information of a task flow in real time according to an automatic task supervision rule, and supervising task execution progress in modes of short message prompt, APP push, public number push, AI phone, platform reminding and the like; the task automatic supervision rules include, but are not limited to, supervision reminding before the task is started, supervision reminding before the task is ended, and supervision reminding without feedback when the task is overtime.
In a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tracking, in real time, each flow handling node of the task information according to the task automatic tracking rule specifically includes:
automatically generating a task flow chart according to each flow handling node of the task flow in the task information, setting a task automatic tracking rule for each flow handling node on the basis of the task flow chart, and tracking each flow handling node in the task flow in real time based on the task automatic tracking rule; the task automatic tracking rules comprise the rules of reminding, urging and supervising of each flow handling node, and the main flow node configuration of the task flow chart comprises the steps of task to be distributed, task to be handled, task execution, task feedback, any verified early warning time setting and the like. The task information is tracked by matching a task flow chart with a task automatic tracking rule, so that the task execution progress can be well visually managed.
Meanwhile, real-time tracking information is pushed by the task center, the state of each process handling node in the task process is changed, and the task execution condition is reported. When the method is implemented specifically, after receiving the task information, the task executive personnel can select to confirm and receive the task and execute the task, and can also circulate the task; the task center can perform state change operation on each flow handling node of the task information, perform real-time tracking and recording on the task flow information, push the real-time tracking information and perform feedback reporting on the task execution condition; and aiming at the task information for executing feedback, the task initiator automatically matches whether the audit is completed or not through the task item list, returns to the executor to execute again if the audit is not passed, and performs operations such as task evaluation, task transaction, task filing and the like if the audit is passed.
Referring to fig. 4, the whole process of task treatment in the present invention includes: task creation (daily tasks, event tasks, early warning tasks, emergency tasks, business systems, other tasks, etc.), task distribution (automatic distribution, fixed distribution, manual distribution), task supervision (short message prompt, APP push, public number, AI phone, etc.), task tracking (tracking rule configuration), task feedback (feedback verification, task evaluation, task completion, task archiving), task statistics (statistical rule setting). The key points of the invention are as follows: the method has the advantages that the technology of SaaS multi-tenancy is used, and the NLP semantic analysis technology and the flow automation technology are combined, so that the effectiveness and the accuracy of task information in the processes of task creation, task automatic distribution, task supervision and tracking and task feedback are guaranteed; meanwhile, the use characteristics of multiple tenants are combined with the rule configuration and the flow automatic configuration of automatic distribution and automatic supervision and tracking, the reasonability and the accuracy of task distribution are guaranteed, and the task execution efficiency is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application provides an electronic device embodiment corresponding to the first embodiment, and the detailed description is given to the third embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, any implementation manner of the first embodiment may be implemented.
Since the electronic device described in this embodiment is a device used for implementing the method in the first embodiment of the present application, based on the method described in the first embodiment of the present application, a specific implementation of the electronic device in this embodiment and various variations thereof can be understood by those skilled in the art, and therefore, how to implement the method in the first embodiment of the present application by the electronic device is not described in detail herein. The equipment used by those skilled in the art to implement the methods in the embodiments of the present application is within the scope of the present application.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application provides a storage medium corresponding to the fourth embodiment, which is described in detail in the fourth embodiment.

The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium, as shown in fig. 7, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, any one of the embodiments can be implemented.

1. A method of task handling, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
combing a task item list, automatically creating a task according to the task item list and forming a task list, wherein the task in the task list has task attributes;
setting a task distribution mode, and automatically distributing task information in the task list according to the task item list and the task distribution mode; the task distribution mode at least comprises automatic task distribution and fixed task distribution;
setting a task automatic supervision rule and a task automatic tracking rule, supervising the distributed task information according to the task automatic supervision rule, and tracking each flow handling node of the task information in real time according to the task automatic tracking rule.
2. A task handling method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the task item list comprises item names, service types, item classifications, compiling bases, reporting standards, processing requirements, processing periods, processing time, item levels, handling standards, sponsors or processing flows.
3. A task handling method according to claim 2, characterized in that: the automatically creating the task and forming the task list according to the task item list specifically comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps that a daily task is automatically created according to a periodic task automatic creation rule, an execution unit and an executive staff, and a task list is formed;
and docking the task information of the external platform, converting the docked task information into a standardized format by combining the task item list, and forming the task list.
4. A task handling method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the automatically distributing the task information in the task list according to the task item list and the task distribution mode specifically comprises:
in the automatic task distribution mode, according to task items list and task attributes of task information in the task list, an AI artificial intelligence model is used for reasoning and RPA automatic robot processing, an automatic task distribution rule is set by combining a task flow template, and the task information in the task list is automatically distributed based on the automatic task distribution rule;
in a task fixed distribution mode, according to task item lists and task attributes of task information in the task lists, setting task fixed distribution rules by combining task flow templates, and performing fixed distribution on the task information in the task lists based on the task fixed distribution rules;
the task flow template is a standard task flow of each industry created according to the business attributes.
5. A task handling method according to claim 4, characterized in that: the task distribution mode also comprises manual task distribution;
in the manual task distribution mode, identifying tasks which cannot be automatically distributed through an automatic task distribution mode and a fixed task distribution mode by utilizing a semantic analysis technology and a knowledge base according to task information in a task list or comparing the task information in the task list with historical task information in a historical task base, and generating a task allocation suggestion according to an identification result or a comparison result; and pushing the task allocation suggestions to task allocation workers, and manually distributing the task information in the task list by the task allocation workers.
6. A task handling method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the real-time tracking of each process handling node of the task information according to the task automatic tracking rule specifically comprises the following steps:
automatically generating a task flow chart according to each flow handling node of the task flow in the task information, setting a task automatic tracking rule for each flow handling node on the basis of the task flow chart, and tracking each flow handling node in the task flow in real time based on the task automatic tracking rule; meanwhile, real-time tracking information is pushed by the task center, the state of each process handling node in the task process is changed, and the task execution condition is reported.
7. A task handling apparatus, characterized by: the system comprises a task creating module, a task distributing module and a task tracking module;
the task creating module is used for combing the task item list, automatically creating the task according to the task item list and forming the task list, wherein the task in the task list has task attributes;
the task distribution module is used for setting a task distribution mode and automatically distributing task information in the task list according to the task item list and the task distribution mode; the task distribution mode at least comprises automatic task distribution and fixed task distribution;
the task tracking module is used for setting an automatic task supervision rule and an automatic task tracking rule, supervising the distributed task information according to the automatic task supervision rule, and tracking each flow handling node of the task information in real time according to the automatic task tracking rule.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 6 when executing the program.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
