In the whole braking process of the brake pad 70, the brake pad limiting surface 21 is always in abutting fit with the upper end surface 71 of the brake pad 70, so that the brake pad 70 can be prevented from being displaced upwards in the braking process.

Claims (10)
1. Elastic element (1) for a brake (2), characterized in that it comprises:
a main body (10);
the brake pad returning parts (30) are respectively connected to two sides of the main body (10), and the brake pad returning parts (30) are arranged in a bending mode relative to the main body (10) and are provided with brake pad returning surfaces (31) so as to provide returning force for the external brake pad (70).

Spring element (1) for a brake (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that the brake pad return portion (30) comprises: the brake pad comprises a first bending section (32) and a return section (33), one end of the first bending section (32) is connected to the main body (10) and is arranged in a bending mode, the return section (33) is connected to the other end of the first bending section (32), and the return section (33) is provided with the brake pad return surface (31).

Spring (1) for a brake (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises: and a plurality of brake pad stopper portions (20), wherein the plurality of brake pad stopper portions (20) are connected to both sides of the main body (10), and the brake pad returning portion (30) and the brake pad stopper portions (20) located on one side of the main body (10) are provided at intervals.

Spring (1) for a brake (2) according to claim 3, characterized in that the brake pad limiter (20) comprises: the brake pad comprises a second bending section (22) and a limiting section (23), the second bending section (22) is connected to one side of the main body (10) and is arranged in a bending mode relative to the main body (10), and the limiting section (23) is connected to the second bending section (22) and is arranged in a bending mode relative to the second bending section (22) and is used for providing limiting force for the external brake pad (70).

Spring (1) for a brake (2) according to claim 3, characterized in that at least two brake pad stops (20) and at least two brake pad returns (30) are provided on one side of the body (10) in correspondence, at least two brake pad stops (20) being located between at least two brake pad returns (30).

Spring (1) for a brake (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that said body (10) comprises: the brake pad comprises a first straight section (11), a third bent section (12) and a second straight section (13), wherein the third bent section (12) is arc-shaped and is connected between the first straight section (11) and the second straight section (13), and a plurality of brake pad limiting parts (20) and a plurality of brake pad returning parts (30) are connected to the two transverse sides of the first straight section (11) and the second straight section (13).
8. Spring (1) for a brake (2) according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises: and the mounting shaft fixing parts (40) are respectively connected to two ends of the main body (10).

The elastic member (1) for a brake (2) according to claim 8, wherein the mounting shaft fixing portion (40) is formed with a limiting groove (41), one end of the mounting shaft fixing portion (40) away from the main body (10) is provided with a ratchet hook (42), and the ratchet hook (42) extends into a notch of the limiting groove (41) and is bent to form a C-shaped space with the limiting groove (41).
10. A brake (2), characterized by comprising:
a caliper body (50);
a piston (60), wherein the piston (60) is arranged on the caliper body (50);
the brake block (70) is arranged in the caliper body (50) and is in transmission fit with the piston (60);
spring (1) for a brake (2) according to any of claims 1-9, the brake pad return portion (41) abutting the brake pad (70) when the brake (2) is in the braking state.
