Abstract
本发明公开了适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液,具体按重量份数包括自来水100份,钻井液用膨润土3~5份,碳酸钠0.15~0.25份,钻井液用包被剂0.3~0.5份,钻井液用降滤失剂0.3~0.5份,钻井液用固体润滑剂0.7份,钻井液用液体润滑剂0.3份,钻井液用无荧光防塌剂0.5~1.5份;本发明还公开了适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液的制备方法,本发明的钻井液处理剂加量少,钻井液体系成本低;有良好的润滑性能,降低摩阻;对环境污染小,有良好的流变性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于钻井液技术领域,涉及适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻 井液。
本发明还涉及适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液的制备方法。
背景技术
浅层水平井垂深小,直井段短,造斜段全角变化率大,水平位移大,直 井段钻柱质量轻,尤其是在水平井段钻进中,钻具平躺在下井壁,与井壁的 接触面积大,施工过程中摩阻扭矩大,下钻阻力大,机械钻速低;同时浅层 水平井钻井过程中钻井液处理剂添加多,存在钻井液成本较高的问题。
因此,开发适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液技术具有极其重要 的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液,为了克 服浅层水平井在使用水基钻井液钻井过程中摩阻扭矩大的问题,以及钻井液 中各种处理剂添加多导致钻井液成本高的问题。
本发明的另一个目的是提供适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液 的制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井 液,具体按重量份数包括自来水100份,钻井液用膨润土3~5份,碳酸钠 0.15~0.25份,钻井液用包被剂0.3~0.5份,钻井液用降滤失剂0.3~0.5份, 钻井液用固体润滑剂0.7份,钻井液用液体润滑剂0.3份,钻井液用无荧光 防塌剂0.5~1.5份。
本发明的第二个技术方案是,适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液 的制备方法,具体按以下步骤实施:
步骤1,按重量份数称取自来水100份,钻井液用膨润土3~5份,碳酸 钠0.15~0.25份,钻井液用包被剂0.3~0.5份,钻井液用降滤失剂0.3~0.5份, 钻井液用固体润滑剂0.7份,钻井液用液体润滑剂0.3份,钻井液用无荧光 防塌剂0.5~1.5份;
步骤2,将称取的自来水在搅拌下加入钻井液用膨润土,然后加入碳酸 钠再继续搅拌;
步骤3,在搅拌下钻井液用包被剂KPAM,然后加入钻井液用降滤失剂 继续搅拌,再加入钻井液用润滑剂搅拌,最后加入钻井液用防塌剂搅拌;
步骤4,调整经步骤3处理后的混合液的pH,得到本申请钻井液。
本发明第二个技术方案的特点还在于:
其中步骤2中将称取的自来水在低速500r/min电动搅拌下加入钻井液用 膨润土,搅拌10min加入碳酸钠再搅拌30min,常温常压下预水化24h;
其中步骤3中,经步骤2混合之后,在低速500r/min电动搅拌下加入钻 井液用包被剂搅拌10min,加入钻井液用降滤失剂搅拌20min,加入钻井液 用润滑剂搅拌10min,然后加入钻井液用防塌剂搅拌10min;
其中步骤4中,用NaOH混合水配制成碱溶液,调整体系pH为9, 11000r/min高速搅拌30min,制得本申请钻井液。
本发明的有益效果是:
发明提供的适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液与现有所使用的 浅层水平井钻井液体系相比有如下优点:处理剂加量少,钻井液体系成本低; 有良好的润滑性能,降低摩阻;对环境污染小,有良好的流变性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明提供适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液,制备该钻井液所 用组分及其含量如下表1,其单位为重量份:

本发明还提供了适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液的制备方法, 具体按以下步骤实施:
步骤1,先量取100重量份的自来水,在低速500r/min电动搅拌下加入 3~5重量份的的钻井液用膨润土,搅拌10min加入0.15~0.25重量份的Na2CO3再搅拌30min,常温常压下预水化24h;
步骤2,再在低速500r/min电动搅拌下加入0.3~0.5重量份的钻井液用 包被剂KPAM搅拌10min,加入0.3~0.5重量份钻井液用降滤失剂HV-CMC 搅拌20min,加入1重量份的钻井液用润滑剂(固体润滑剂:液体润滑剂=7:3) 搅拌10min,然后加入0.5~1.5重量份的钻井液用防塌剂MHP搅拌10min;
步骤3,最后用NaOH加水配制成碱溶液,调整体系pH为9,11000r/min 高速搅拌30min,制得本钻井液。
实施例1
先量取100重量份的自来水,按照上述制备方法依次加入3重量份的的 钻井液用膨润土,0.15重量份的Na2CO3,0.3重量份的钻井液用包被剂 KPAM,0.3重量份钻井液用降滤失剂HV-CMC,1重量份的钻井液用润滑 剂(固体润滑剂:液体润滑剂=7:3),0.5重量份的钻井液用防塌剂MHP;最 后用NaOH加水配制成碱溶液,调整体系pH为9,制得本钻井液。
实施例2
先量取100重量份的自来水,按照上述制备方法依次加入5重量份的的 钻井液用膨润土,0.25重量份的Na2CO3,0.5重量份的钻井液用包被剂 KPAM,0.5重量份钻井液用降滤失剂HV-CMC,1重量份的钻井液用润滑 剂(固体润滑剂:液体润滑剂=7:3),1.5重量份的钻井液用防塌剂MHP;最 后用NaOH加水配制成碱溶液,调整体系pH为9,制得本钻井液。
钻井液体系的性能测试
钻井液流变性、润滑性、中压失水、高温高压滤失量采用GB/T 16783.1-2014标准执行;钻井液80℃/16h热滚后冷却至室温,从老化罐取出 后11000r/min高速搅拌20min测流变性能。
表2钻井液流变性能
由表2可知,该发明提供的钻井液体系老化前后流变性能稳定,具有良 好的流变性和降滤失性;
表3钻井液润滑性能
由表3可知,实施例1和实施例2老化前极压润滑系数分别为0.209和 0.215,老化后为0.194和0.185,实施例1和实施例2老化前后的泥饼粘滞 系数较小且变化范围小,表明该钻井液体系具有较好的润滑性能。
Claims (5)
1.适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液,其特征在于,具体按重量份数包括自来水100份,钻井液用膨润土3~5份,碳酸钠0.15~0.25份,钻井液用包被剂0.3~0.5份,钻井液用降滤失剂0.3~0.5份,钻井液用固体润滑剂0.7份,钻井液用液体润滑剂0.3份,钻井液用无荧光防塌剂0.5~1.5份。
2.适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体按以下步骤实施:
步骤1,按重量份数称取自来水100份,钻井液用膨润土3~5份,碳酸钠0.15~0.25份,钻井液用包被剂0.3~0.5份,钻井液用降滤失剂0.3~0.5份,钻井液用固体润滑剂0.7份,钻井液用液体润滑剂0.3份,钻井液用无荧光防塌剂0.5~1.5份;
步骤2,将称取的自来水在搅拌下加入钻井液用膨润土,然后加入碳酸钠再继续搅拌;
步骤3,在搅拌下钻井液用包被剂KPAM,然后加入钻井液用降滤失剂继续搅拌,再加入钻井液用润滑剂搅拌,最后加入钻井液用防塌剂搅拌;
步骤4,调整经步骤3处理后的混合液的pH,得到本申请钻井液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中将称取的自来水在低速500r/min电动搅拌下加入钻井液用膨润土,搅拌10min加入碳酸钠再搅拌30min,常温常压下预水化24h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中,经步骤2混合之后,在低速500r/min电动搅拌下加入钻井液用包被剂搅拌10min,加入钻井液用降滤失剂搅拌20min,加入钻井液用润滑剂搅拌10min,然后加入钻井液用防塌剂搅拌10min。
5.根据权利要求2所述的适用于浅层水平井的低成本低摩阻钻井液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4中,用NaOH混合水配制成碱溶液,调整体系pH为9,11000r/min高速搅拌30min,制得本申请钻井液。
