Comparative example 1
The amount of blowing agent was chosen to be 20 parts compared to example one, the other parameters and preparation steps remaining the same. The product of example one has a stronger three-dimensional effect, while the foam pigment prepared in comparative example 1 hardly shows a three-dimensional effect after being extruded into foam. The foaming agent is used in an excessively small amount, and it is difficult to produce a dense foam effect.
Comparative example 2
In contrast to the two phases of the example, no thickener was added and the other parameters and preparation steps were kept consistent. The product of comparative example 2, which did not use a thickener, resulted in a very low viscosity liquid and difficulty in forming a stable foam during use. The foam pigment prepared in example two can continuously and stably extrude foam.
Comparative example 3
Compared with the three phases of the embodiment, no foam stabilizer is added, and other parameters and preparation steps are kept consistent. The foam pigment prepared in comparative example 3 tended to crack within 15 seconds after the foam was extruded and could not be maintained for a long period of time. The foam pigment prepared in the third embodiment can maintain the extruded foam for more than 1 minute, can not be quickly broken and collapsed along with the time, and has a more durable shape to increase creative interest.
Comparative example 4
Compared with the four examples, 15 parts of thickener are used, and other parameters and preparation steps are kept consistent. Comparative example 4 used a higher amount of thickener resulting in too high a liquid viscosity and difficulty in extruding the foam.
It should be noted that the above description is not intended to limit the present invention, and any obvious alternative is within the scope of the present invention without departing from the inventive concept thereof.
