Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bubble liquid, in particular to safe and non-toxic bubble liquid for children and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The bubble liquid is a liquid required in the children bubble-blowing game, and can be blown into circular bubbles. Bubbles are formed by the surface tension of water, which is the mutual traction force existing in the interior of the object perpendicular to the contact surface of two adjacent parts when the object is subjected to a tensile force. The water surface has stronger attraction between water molecules than between water molecules and air, and the water molecules are adhered together. The bubble liquid "breaks" the surface tension, which reduces the surface tension to 1/3, which is the only normal condition for blowing bubbles, and the bubble disappears as soon as the bubble surface breaks as the water evaporates. While light passing through the bubble film is refracted at both the top and bottom of the film, the soap film can contain up to about 150 different layers. The messy color combinations we see are caused by unbalanced film layers. The thickest film layer reflects red light, the thinnest reflects purple light, and the middle reflects seven colors of light.
The bubble water is one of important toys of children, the safety of bubble water solution should be specially paid attention to when the bubble water is purchased, bubble water manufacturers on the market can look like cow hair, various bubble water is full of bubbles, the common defect is that bubbles are easy to break, and alkaline ingredients in the bubble water solution can corrode the skin of children.
Considering the safety problem of bubble water, the bubble water is worthy of being updated by related technicians, and under the trend that health consciousness and environmental consciousness are increasingly improved, the bubble water which is natural and environment-friendly and not easy to break can be popular with parents and children, so that the bubble water has great significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a safe and non-toxic children bubble liquid and a preparation method thereof.
A safe and nontoxic bubble liquid for children comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15-40% of alkyl glycoside, 1-2% of plant extract active agent, 0.5-2.5% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1-8% of glycerol, 0.05-0.3% of plant extract essential oil, 1-5% of edible sugar, 0.5-2% of preservative, 0.1-1% of spherical nano silicon dioxide and the balance of purified water.
The plant extraction active agent is prepared by the following specific operations: crushing 10-20 parts of resveratrol according to parts by weight, adding 20-50 parts of water, mixing, freezing at-10 to-20 ℃ for 1-2h, thawing to room temperature, adding 0.1-0.2 part of cellulase for enzymolysis for 5-10h, adding 1-2 parts of sodium stearate, stirring at 40-60 ℃ for 5-10h, squeezing, filtering, concentrating and drying to obtain the plant extraction active agent.
Wherein, the plant extract active agent is obtained by crushing resveratrol, freezing and thawing and then carrying out enzymolysis.
Preferably, the plant extract essential oil is at least one of orange essential oil, rose essential oil, rosemary essential oil, lavender essential oil, lemon essential oil, clove essential oil, peppermint essential oil, and thyme essential oil.
Preferably, the edible sugar is at least one of sucrose, maltose and glucose.
Preferably, the preservative is citric acid and/or potassium sorbate.
Preferably, the spherical nano-silica has a particle size of 40-200nm and a specific surface area of 1050-1170m2Per g, pore volume of 0.81-0.93cm3/g。
Preferably, the apparent density of the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is from 0.52 to 0.6g/cm3The surface tension of the 2% aqueous solution is 50 to 54 dyne/cm.
The preparation method of the safe and nontoxic children bubble liquid comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the spherical nano-silica into water, stirring for 1-2h at the speed of 1200r/min of 1000-;
s2, adding alkyl glycoside, plant extract activator, glycerol, plant extract essential oil, edible sugar and preservative into the premix, and uniformly stirring to obtain the safe and nontoxic children bubble liquid.
The spherical nano silicon dioxide has a unique structure, so that the spherical nano silicon dioxide has very strong reflection performance in ultraviolet and visible light wave bands, but the spherical nano silicon dioxide is easy to agglomerate, easily causes poor bubble uniformity and is very easy to crack. The nano-silicon dioxide is uniformly dispersed into the aqueous solution under the action of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, can generate hydrogen bond adsorption with the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, is not easy to generate agglomeration and sedimentation even standing for a long time, and has high stability.
The technical effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the components of the invention are harmless to human body, and the invention is nontoxic, non-irritant and safe, and is verified by tests on human skin, so that the children playing with the bubble can not be harmed by contact, thus the baby can play the bubble safely and happily, parents can not worry about chemical components to corrode the skin of the children, and toxic substances can hurt eyes of the children;
2. the components are reasonably adjusted and matched, and the resveratrol is formed by scientifically matching pure plant extraction components, wherein the internal fiber structure of the resveratrol is damaged after being frozen, the solubility of a hydroxyl-containing compound in water can be increased under the action of sodium stearate through enzymolysis of cellulase, and a plant extraction active agent enters water, so that the alkalinity of an aqueous solution can be enhanced, the surface tension can be increased, a gas-liquid mixture can be stored for a long time in the shaking process of a bubble liquid, the foam quantity is increased, the surface tension of the bubble is increased, and the bubble durability is high;
3. the plant extraction activator obtained by the invention contains a large amount of hydroxyl, has excellent compatibility with alkyl glycoside, has obvious synergistic effect, is hardly influenced by water hardness, has rich foam and fine hand feeling; when a child plays with bubbles, the child can easily contact the bubbles, the bubbles can be attached to the body of the child for a long time, and the bubble durability is high.
4. According to the invention, the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is added to be compounded with the plant extraction active agent, so that the solubility of the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is excellent under an alkaline condition, the cohesion of bubble water molecules can be effectively slowed, the wall thickness of bubbles can be increased, the tension of the bubbles can be increased, and the persistence of the bubbles can be further enhanced.
