5. The safe and non-toxic bubble liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spherical nano-silica has a particle size of 40-200nm, a specific surface area of 1050-1170m2Per g, pore volume of 0.81-0.93cm3/g。
6. The safe and non-toxic bubble generating liquid for children as claimed in claim 1, wherein the apparent density of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is 0.52-0.6g/cm3The surface tension of the 2% aqueous solution is 50 to 54 dyne/cm.

The safe and non-toxic bubble generating liquid for children as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant extract activator is prepared by the following steps: pulverizing resveratrol, adding water, mixing, freezing at-10-20 deg.C for 1-2 hr, thawing to room temperature, adding cellulase for enzymolysis for 5-10 hr, adding sodium stearate, stirring at 40-60 deg.C for 5-10 hr, squeezing, filtering, concentrating, and drying to obtain plant extract activator.
