Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an emotion reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application. The emotion reminding method may be executed by a terminal device or a server or other processing device, where the terminal device may be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile device, a User terminal, a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, or the like. In some possible implementations, the emotional alert method may be implemented by a processor invoking computer-readable instructions stored in a memory. Specifically, the method may include the steps of:
and S11, acquiring heart rate data and environmental sound data of the user.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the user agrees, the current heart rate data and the environmental sound data of the user can be collected through the sensor. The heart rate data may be a heart rate value for a short period of time, such as thirty seconds, one minute, etc. The environmental sound data is the highest value in decibels in the current environment.
And S12, judging whether the heart rate corresponding to the heart rate data reaches a critical heart rate or not, and judging whether the sound in the environmental sound data reaches a critical decibel or not, wherein the critical heart rate corresponds to a threshold heart rate of emotional fluctuation, and the critical decibel corresponds to the threshold heart rate of emotional fluctuation.
The embodiment can determine whether the user is in the emotional fluctuation state according to the heart rate data and the environmental sound data. For example, when the heart rate value of the user reaches what and the decibel of the sound in the environment reaches what, the emotional fluctuation state is judged.
And S13, when the heart rate reaches a critical heart rate and the sound reaches a critical decibel, determining that the user is in an emotional fluctuation state.
In this embodiment, for more accurate detection of the emotional state of the user, the emotion of the user is monitored through the heart rate data and the environmental sound data. At this time, if the heart rate of the user suddenly surges to break through the preset heart rate value, and the decibel of the ambient sound suddenly reaches a certain preset ambient decibel value, it indicates that the user is in an emotional fluctuation state, and the emotional fluctuation state may be a state of quarrel, collapse, cry, and the like. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data, if the detected heart rate is the heart rate within a period of time, for example, thirty seconds, the heart rate of the user is always over a critical heart rate within thirty seconds, and the decibel of the environmental sound is over a decibel critical value, it is determined that the user is in the emotional fluctuation state.
And S14, performing emotional intervention on the user when the user is in an emotional fluctuation state.
In the embodiment, in order to avoid that the user makes inappropriate behaviors under the condition that the emotion is violent, a reminding mechanism is set to intervene on the user. The reminding mechanism can be used for sending voice prompts, pictures, information and the like which keep cool to the user; or directly carrying out physical stimulation on the user, such as the introduction of micro-current technology to stimulate the wrist of the user; or vibrate to remind the user to keep cool.
In this embodiment, when the user is in the fluctuating state of emotion, manage and control the mood of user, make the user keep cool and quiet to avoid the user to make the improper action under the condition of unwilling.
In some embodiments, the step S12 includes:
judging whether the average heart rate of a preset time period in the heart rate data reaches a critical heart rate or not; and judging whether the highest sound in the environmental sound data reaches a critical decibel or not.
The critical heart rate in this embodiment may be a heart rate average value obtained by calculation in advance according to a preset time plus a heart rate buffer value, the preset time may be, for example, an average value of heart rates measured for three days, and the heart rate buffer value may be set to twenty. The critical decibel is the decibel with the highest frequency of occurrence in the surrounding environment of the user extracted from the collected environmental sound data in the collection period. The critical decibels may also be user-defined, such as 60 decibels, 80 decibels, 100 decibels, and the like. The collection period may be one week, one month, etc. When the monitored heart rate data reaches the critical heart rate value set by the user and the decibel of the sound in the sound data of the surrounding environment is collected to be higher than the critical decibel, the judgment can be made, and the user is possibly in dispute, namely, the user is reminded to keep cool and quiet.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an emotion reminding method according to another embodiment of the present application. In some possible implementations, the emotional alert method may be implemented by the processor invoking computer-readable instructions stored in the memory. Specifically, the method may include the steps of:
and S21, acquiring heart rate data and environmental sound data of the user.
And S22, judging whether the heart rate corresponding to the heart rate data reaches a critical heart rate or not, and whether the sound in the environmental sound data reaches a critical decibel or not, wherein the critical heart rate corresponds to a threshold heart rate of emotional fluctuation, and the critical decibel corresponds to the threshold heart rate of emotional fluctuation.
And S23, when the heart rate reaches a critical heart rate and the sound reaches a critical decibel, determining that the user is in an emotional fluctuation state.
In this embodiment, steps S21 to S23 are already described in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
And step S24, when the user is in the emotional fluctuation state, acquiring the position information of the user.
In the present embodiment, the position information of the user may be obtained through, for example, a GPS locator, and the obtained position information includes the current position, the action speed, and the like, on the premise that the user agrees.
And S25, judging whether the position information is a sport or entertainment place.
Whether the user is in the motion or the entertainment place can be judged through the position information in the embodiment, whether the entertainment place refers to the entertainment places such as amusement parks, scenic spots and backroom escape, whether the user is in the motion can be judged according to the position information whether the user is in the fitness places such as gymnasiums and parks, and the judgment is carried out by combining the heart rate.
And S26, when the position information is a sport or entertainment place, performing no emotional intervention on the user.
In the embodiment, when the user is in a sport or entertainment place, emotional intervention is not performed on the user, so that accurate intervention on the emotion of the user is realized. Intervention in the mood of the user in special situations, such as sports or playing, is prevented.
