Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a user status monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
At present, on the one hand, the voice recognition technology is mature and successfully applied to the field of intelligent terminals and the field of voice navigation, for example, the voice recognition technology is applied to the fields of intelligent sound boxes, smart phones, smart watches and the like. The speech recognition technology can recognize various kinds of language information, such as keywords, semantic recognition and the like, but when the speech recognition technology is used for judging whether the user is in a dangerous environment, only the language data in the environment where the user is currently located can be recognized, and whether the user is really in the dangerous environment cannot be judged only according to the language data. On the other hand, the heart rate detection technology is also comparatively mature, and successfully be applied to fields such as intelligent bracelet, wherein can real-time supervision user's heart rate condition through heart rate detection sensor. Generally, when a user is in a dangerous environment, the heart rate of the user is accelerated, but besides, the heart rate of the user is accelerated for many reasons, for example, the heart rate is accelerated when the user is in sports or receiving criticism, so that it is difficult to judge whether the user is in the dangerous environment by detecting the heart rate of the user alone.
Based on the above condition, this embodiment can promote the accuracy that dangerous environment judged through combining speech recognition technology and rhythm of the heart detection technique, secondly through applying to speech recognition technology and rhythm of the heart detection technique in the neck massage appearance, combines the characteristics that the long-time hand-carrying of neck massage appearance user of being convenient for can enjoy the massage in the user, can also monitor the user state, realizes the protection to the user.
In this embodiment, the user status monitoring method may include:
step S11: the neck massager detects current environment data and heart rate data of the user.
The environment data may include at least one of voice data and image data. If the environmental data includes voice data, the neck massager may include a microphone, wherein the microphone may be disposed at a side of the massager body away from the wearer, and the microphone may be disposed at a periphery of the massager body one or more than one so as to better receive the voice of the external person. If the environmental data includes image data, the neck massager may include a camera device, wherein the camera device may be disposed on a side of the massager body away from the wearer, and one or more camera devices may be disposed at a periphery of the massager body so as to capture the ambient environmental data. Alternatively, the positions of the microphone and the image pickup device may be set by the user according to the actual situation.
The heart rate refers to the number of heartbeats per minute of a normal person in a quiet state, also called quiet heart rate, and is generally 60-100 beats/minute. When a user encounters abnormal environmental conditions such as language conflicts, limb conflicts, etc., the heart rate of the user is often greater than 100 beats/minute. Specifically, the neck massager can detect the heart rate of the user through the heart rate detection sensor, wherein the heart rate detection sensor can be arranged on one side of the massager body close to the wearer, so that the heart rate of the user can be acquired. In addition, the neck massage appearance can also carry out communication connection with other wearing equipment to can receive the heart rate data of the user that other wearing equipment detected and detect as neck massage appearance and detect and obtain user's heart rate data. For example, the neck massager can be connected with a watch worn on the hand or a bracelet wirelessly, such as WiFi or bluetooth, and then the watch or the bracelet detects the heart rate and sends to the neck massager.
Optionally, the neck massager may detect the current environment condition and the heart rate condition of the user at different times or at the same time, so as to obtain the current environment data and the heart rate data of the user. For example, the neck massager can detect the current environment condition of the user at the moment N to obtain current environment data, and detect the current heart rate condition of the user at the moment N +1 to obtain heart rate data; or the neck massager can simultaneously detect and acquire the environmental data and the heart rate data of the user at N moments.
Step S12: determining whether the user is in a preset environment state based on the current environment data of the user and the heart rate data of the user.
If the user is in the preset environment state, step S13 is executed.
Specifically, the neck massager may determine whether there is environmental data corresponding to a preset environmental state in the environmental data based on current environmental data of the user, for example, the preset environmental state is a dangerous environmental state, generally, in the dangerous environmental state, the detected environmental data may include negative language data, and the neck massager may preliminarily determine whether the user is in the preset environmental state by detecting whether there is negative language data in the current environmental data. Negative language data may be abusive language data or violent language data, which may be set by a user. In an application scenario, after receiving a negative voice setting instruction, the neck massage apparatus may start a microphone to collect voice data of a user, extract features of the voice data and store the features as feature data of a negative language, or after receiving the negative voice setting instruction, the neck massage apparatus receives a negative keyword sent by the user through a terminal and stores the negative keyword as the negative language. Further, neck massage appearance can also judge whether this heart rate data is in predetermineeing the heart rate within range based on user's heart rate data, if this heart rate data is not in predetermineeing the heart rate within range, then can confirm that the user is in and predetermines the environmental condition.
Alternatively, the neck massager may determine whether the user is in the preset environmental state based on the current environmental data of the user and the heart rate data of the user obtained at the time of time sharing or at the same time. Optionally, the neck massager may acquire heart rate data of the user in real time, if the neck massager is interrupted in the process of acquiring the heart rate data of the user, that is, the heart rate data of the user is not acquired within a certain time range, the user can be confirmed, if the user confirms that the heart rate data is acquired in a suspended mode, the process of acquiring the heart rate data is normally interrupted, otherwise, the process of acquiring the heart rate data is abnormally interrupted, so that a preset processing scheme may be executed, and when other people maliciously take the neck massager down from the neck of the user, the preset processing scheme may also be executed to realize protection of the user.
In some embodiments, it may be determined step by step whether the user is in the preset environment state, that is, the neck massager may preliminarily determine whether the user is in the preset environment state based on the current environment data obtained at the time N, and if the preliminary determination result is that the user is in the preset environment state, further determine whether the user is in the preset environment state based on the heart rate data obtained at the time N + 1. In other embodiments, it may be determined whether the user is in the preset environmental state synchronously, that is, the neck massager may directly determine whether the user is in the preset environmental state based on the environmental data and the heart rate data at time N, for example, if the user is determined to be in the preset environmental state based on both the environmental data and the heart rate data at time N, it may be determined that the user is in the preset environmental state.
Step S13: and executing a preset processing scheme.
Wherein, the execution of the preset treatment scheme of the neck massage instrument can be but is not limited to comprise at least one of the following treatment steps: the method comprises the steps of acquiring positioning information and/or current environment data of a user and sending the positioning information and/or the current environment data to a preset emergency contact person, calling the preset emergency contact person through voice or video, playing a warning prompt tone, automatically dialing an alarm call, and sending a processing request to a remote data center so as to request the remote data center to execute at least one processing step. The preset emergency contact persons can be set by a user, and one or more preset emergency contact persons can be set. The neck massager and the remote data center can store preset emergency contacts and contact information of the preset emergency contacts in advance, wherein the contact information comprises WeChat, QQ, telephone, mailbox and the like. The positioning information of the user can be acquired through a positioning circuit in the neck massager, and specifically, when the neck massager determines the current environmental state of the user, the current positioning information of the user is acquired through the positioning circuit.
In this embodiment, obtain user's current environmental data and rhythm of the heart data through neck massager detection, and based on user's current environmental data and user's rhythm of the heart data, confirm whether the user is in and predetermine the environmental condition, if the user is in and predetermine the environmental condition, then carry out and predetermine the processing scheme, in order to realize monitoring the user's state, and when the user is in when predetermineeing the environmental condition, neck massager can automatic identification current environmental condition, and take corresponding processing scheme of predetermineeing, and then can realize some if handles such as protection to the user.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a user status monitoring method according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the user status monitoring method may include:
step S21: the neck massager detects the current environment data of the user.
For the explanation of this step, reference may be made to the explanation of the corresponding location in an embodiment of the user status monitoring method, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the neck massager first detects current environmental data of the user, preliminarily determines whether the user is in a preset environmental state based on the environmental data, and then determines whether to continue to execute the following steps according to the result of the preliminary determination. For example, when the initial judgment result is that the user is preliminarily determined to be in the preset environment state, the step of detecting the heart rate data of the user is executed, whether the user is in the preset environment state is further determined based on the heart rate data, and the energy consumption of the neck massager can be reduced through the method. Before this step the method further comprises: and receiving an instruction of a user, and starting an environment detection function in response to the instruction to detect the environment data of the user. Wherein receiving the instruction of the user may include: acquiring an instruction generated by clicking a start button on the neck massage instrument by a user or receiving a set keyword input by the voice of the user. In an application scene, a user can foresee whether the user is about to be in a preset environment, and when the user foresees that the user is about to be in the preset environment, the user can start an environment detection function in advance to detect the environment; when the user does not foresee that the user is about to be in the preset environment, the environment does not need to be detected, and the user can manually close or automatically close the environment detection function so as to reduce the energy consumption of the neck massager.
Wherein, when the environment detection function includes detecting the voice data of the environment where the user is located, after the environment detection function is started, the method further includes: if the voice data are not detected within the third preset time, the neck massager enters a sleep state. Wherein, the third preset time can be set by the user. The neck massage instrument in the sleep state can acquire and store voice data in the environment where the user is located, can recognize whether the voice data meet preset voice conditions, and automatically switches the working state when the voice data meet the preset voice conditions so as to realize further operation steps based on the voice data. Wherein, the energy consumption of the neck massager in the sleep state is lower than that in the working state. In this embodiment, when the voice data is not detected within the third preset time, the neck massager enters a sleep state to reduce the energy consumption of the neck massager.
Optionally, the neck massager prompts the user to perform authentication at preset intervals, and when the authentication fails, the neck massager executes a preset processing scheme to protect the user when others maliciously take the neck massager off the user. For example, the user is prompted to input voice, and the neck massage apparatus determines whether the input voice information includes voice information of a preset user according to the input voice information, specifically, the determination may be performed according to a tone in the voice information. And for example, the user can be prompted to perform fingerprint verification or face recognition through the mobile terminal so as to realize the identity verification of the user.
In this embodiment, the environment data further includes current position data of the user, and correspondingly, the neck massager is provided with a positioning circuit for acquiring the current position data of the user, and the positioning circuit may be disposed at any position of the neck massager, and may be specifically set by the user. The neck massager can acquire the position data of the user in real time, judge whether the user is in the preset action route range or not according to the position data, directly execute the corresponding preset processing scheme if the user is not in the preset action route range, and continue to execute the step S22 if the user is in the preset time range. The preset action route can be set by a user. For example, the preset action route may be a route from home to school, or a route from home to company.
In an application scene, the neck massager can be applied to primary and secondary school students for the following reasons: the neck massager can relieve fatigue, and is beneficial for primary and secondary school students to better learn; secondly, victims of campus cheating and children abduction events are often primary and secondary school students who are very helpless in the victimization process and may have life risks, and are dare to tell family members or lose contact with the family members after victimization, so in order to help the students, the neck massager in the embodiment can acquire the current position data of the user in real time when the user wears the neck massager, judge whether the user is in the range of the preset action route according to the position data, and if the user is not in the range of the preset action route, indicate that the user may encounter the events of abduction, kidnapping and the like, so that the user can be protected by adopting a corresponding preset processing scheme, for example, a preset contact person is notified or an alarm is given; if the user is within the preset course of action, the step S22 can be continued to determine whether the user is in the preset environmental state based on the environmental data and the heart rate data, so that whether the user is being abused or assaulted can be determined, and the user can be protected by adopting the corresponding preset processing scheme.
In the present embodiment, steps S22 to S24 are further described as to step S12 in the above embodiment.
Step S22: and based on the current environment data, preliminarily judging whether the user is in a preset environment state.
If yes, go to step S23.
In some embodiments, the current environment data includes voice data in the environment where the user is located, and step S22 may include: and judging whether the voice data meets a preset voice condition, and if so, preliminarily determining that the user is in a preset environment state. Wherein the preset voice condition may include at least one of: the preset keywords exist, and the volume is larger than a second preset threshold. The preset keywords can be words or words with abuse or any preset words or words. When the neck massager detects the preset keywords, the user can be preliminarily determined to be in the preset environment state. The second preset threshold is larger than the volume value of the normal person during speaking, and the specific numerical value can be set by the user. Generally, the sound volume value of a normal person speaking is 40-60 db, and the sound volume value in a noisy environment is more than 60 db. For example, when the volume of the voice data is greater than 60 db, it may be preliminarily determined that the user is in the preset environment state. When the neck massager judges that the voice data meet the preset voice condition, the voice data are stored, the voice data in a future time period are continuously acquired and stored, and the length of the time period can be set by a user. The embodiment can immediately store the voice data meeting the preset voice condition so as to facilitate later review, for example, who can first pick up the voice conflict can be verified according to the stored voice data. Through the mode, the neck massager does not need to pass through a complex voice recognition process when voice data processing is carried out, the user can be preliminarily determined to be in the preset environment state, the judging speed can be increased, and the energy consumption of the neck massager can be reduced. Further, in order to reduce the energy consumption of the neck massage instrument, the neck massage instrument can also send the voice data to the remote data center, and the user is preliminarily determined to be in a preset environment state according to an analysis result of the voice data fed back by the remote data center, so that the accuracy of judgment can be improved.
In an application scenario, the neck massager determines whether a preset keyword, such as 'life saving', exists in voice data, if the voice data has 'life saving', it can be preliminarily determined that a user is in a preset environment state, if the voice data does not have 'life saving', it can be further determined whether the volume of the voice data is greater than 60 decibels, and if the volume of the voice data is greater than 60 decibels, it can be preliminarily determined that the user is in the preset environment state, so that the determination accuracy can be improved.
In other embodiments, the current environment data includes image data of the environment where the user is located, and step S22 may include: and judging whether the human body action in the image data is a preset action, if so, preliminarily determining that the user is in a preset environment state. Generally, when a user is in a beaten environment, at least one person is present in the acquired image data of the surrounding environment, and the human body motion of the person is a hand-raising, leg kicking or other offensive motion. Alternatively, the preset actions may include raising a hand, kicking a leg, or the like. The neck massager can acquire image data of the surrounding environment and judge whether at least one human body action in the image data is a preset action. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the neck massage instrument, the neck massage instrument can send the image data to the remote data center, and the neck massage instrument preliminarily determines whether the user is in a preset environment state according to an analysis result of the image data fed back by the remote data center. Optionally, whether the user is in the preset environment state can be preliminarily determined by the remote data center according to the analysis result of the image data, for example, the remote data center can analyze the human body action in the image according to the image data, judge whether the human body action is the preset action, obtain a preliminary determination result, and directly receive the preliminary determination result fed back by the remote data center by the neck massager, so as to further reduce the energy consumption of the neck massager.
In an application scene, the preset action is hand raising, the neck massage instrument sends image data to the remote data center, the remote data center analyzes the image data to obtain human body actions in the image data, the obtained human body actions are fed back to the neck massage instrument, the neck massage instrument judges whether the human body actions belong to hand raising, and if yes, the neck massage instrument can preliminarily determine that the user is in a preset environment state.
In still other embodiments, the current environment data may include voice data and image data in the environment where the user is located, and step S22 may include: and judging whether the voice data meets a preset voice condition, if so, further judging whether the human body action in the image data is a preset action, and if so, preliminarily determining that the user is in a preset environment state. In this embodiment, the accuracy of the determination can be improved by determining whether the user is in the preset environment by combining the voice data and the image data. Of course, the above steps may be processed in a remote data processing center, and the result is fed back to the neck massager, which is not described herein again.
Step S23: heart rate data of the user is detected.
Step S24: and finally determining that the user is in the preset environment state if the heart rate data meets the preset heart rate condition.
Generally, when a user is in an environmental state where a conflict occurs, the heart rate of the user is accelerated and it is difficult to restore the heart rate to a normal level for a short time. Specifically, the neck massager may detect heart rate data of the user within a first preset time, obtain a mean value of the heart rate data detected within the first preset time, and determine whether the mean value is greater than a first preset threshold, and if the mean value is greater than the first preset threshold, finally determine that the user is in a preset environmental state, and execute step S24. In a resting state, the normal heart rate of an adult is 60-100 times/min, the first preset threshold may be greater than 100 times/min, and the first preset threshold may be set by a user, for example, the first preset threshold may be 120 times/min.
In an application scenario, the neck massager detects heart rate data of a user within 1 minute, obtains a mean value of the heart rate data detected within 1 minute, and judges whether the mean value is greater than 120 times/minute, if so, the user is finally determined to be in a preset environment state, and step S24 is executed.
Step S25: and executing a preset processing scheme.
In this embodiment, executing the preset processing scheme may include: and if the preset negative characteristic quantity contained in the current environment data is not greater than a third preset threshold value, acquiring the current environment data of the user and sending the current environment data to a preset emergency contact. And if the number of the preset negative characteristics contained in the current environment data is larger than a third preset threshold value, acquiring positioning information of the user and sending the positioning information to one or more processing steps of presetting an emergency contact, calling the preset emergency contact by voice or video and playing a warning prompt tone. And if the vital sign data of the user does not meet the normal vital sign conditions, automatically dialing an alarm call.
The preset negative feature quantity can be the sum of preset keywords, the volume of which is greater than a second preset threshold and/or the quantity of preset actions, namely, each preset keyword serves as a preset negative feature, each preset action serves as a preset negative feature, and if the volume of which is greater than the second preset threshold, the preset negative feature serves as a preset negative feature. Specifically, if the current environment data includes voice data, the preset negative feature quantity may be a sum of a preset keyword and a quantity of the volume greater than a second preset threshold. If the current environmental data includes image data, the predetermined negative characteristic quantity may be a quantity of predetermined actions. If the current environment data includes voice data and image data, the preset negative feature quantity may be a sum of a preset keyword, a volume greater than a second preset threshold, and a quantity of a preset action. The third preset threshold may be set by a user.
In an application scenario, the current environment data includes voice data and image data, and the preset environment states may further include a general environment state, a dangerous environment state, and a dangerous environment state. The neck massager or the remote data processing center calculates the number of preset negative characteristics, namely the sum of preset keywords, volume larger than a second preset threshold value and the number of preset actions contained in the current environment data, compares the preset negative characteristics with a third preset threshold value, and if the number of the preset negative characteristics is not larger than the third preset threshold value, the current environment state of the user is a common environment state, so that only the current environment data of the user needs to be acquired and sent to a preset emergency contact person; if the preset negative characteristic quantity is larger than a third preset threshold value, the current environment state of the user is a dangerous environment state, and therefore one or more processing steps of acquiring positioning information of the user, sending the positioning information to a preset emergency contact, calling the preset emergency contact through voice or video and playing warning prompt tones need to be executed; further, if the heart rate of the user is not within the normal heart rate range, it is indicated that the vital sign data of the user does not meet the normal sign conditions, and the user at the moment may need first aid, so that the neck massager can automatically make an alarm call to ensure the physical health of the user. Wherein, the normal heart rate range can be 40-160 times/min. Through the mode, the preset environment states are further subdivided into multiple environment states according to the preset negative characteristic quantity, the corresponding preset processing schemes are executed according to different environment states, and the corresponding preset processing schemes can be executed according to the requirements of the user in different preset environment states, so that the user can be effectively helped, and the user can be protected.
Before executing the preset processing scheme, the method further comprises the following steps: and if the user is in the preset environment state, prompting the user to confirm whether the user is in the preset environment state, and if confirmation information input by the user is received or input information of the user is not received within second preset time, executing a preset processing scheme. Specifically, the neck massager may prompt the user to confirm whether the neck massager is in the preset environment state through vibration or other reminding modes, and the user may input confirmation information by pressing a confirmation button on the neck massager or by direct voice, wherein the buttons arranged on the neck massager may be multiplexed, that is, one button may realize functions of different buttons, for example, the confirmation button, the start button or other buttons may be distinguished through different operation modes. The second preset time may be set by a user. Generally, when the user does not receive the input information of the user within the second preset time, the current environmental state of the user is considered to be possibly in a critical environmental state, so that the neck massager can automatically give an alarm, and the position information of the user, the acquired voice data, image data or heart rate data are uploaded to a police department, such as a public security bureau, so as to realize the health protection of the user.
