The term "and/or" herein is merely an association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship. Further, the term "plurality" herein means two or more than two. In addition, the term "at least one" herein means any one of a plurality or any combination of at least two of a plurality, for example, including at least one of a, B, and C, and may mean including any one or more elements selected from the group consisting of a, B, and C.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for processing service extension information according to an embodiment of the present application. Specifically, the method may include the steps of:
step S10: the network end is wirelessly connected with the user end through a network;
step S12: the network end receives the current user information sent by the user end every other preset time; the current user information includes: current positioning information of the user and a user number of the user; the user number is used for identifying the user;
step S14: and the network end marks the exhibition place indicated by the current positioning information of the user on a map according to the current positioning information of the user so as to facilitate the user to carry out service expansion arrangement.
Specifically, the network is taken as an execution subject, where the network may be a device used as a server and connected to a user end through a network for data communication, and the user end may be a device with data processing and communication functions, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a notebook computer.
For example, after a service person uses a mobile phone as a user side to perform service expansion activities, the mobile phone is provided with specific application software for service expansion, the service person logs in an account of the service person on the application software, the mobile phone of the service person can send current user information to a network side at regular intervals, the current user information comprises the account information of the service person and current positioning information, after the network side receives the user information, the identity of the service person can be identified through the account information, the positioning information is matched with the service person, the current position information of the service person is obtained, the current position information is marked on a map, and then the current position information can be sent to a manager device, and the manager can observe the positions of a plurality of service persons on the map on the device of the manager; the preset time may be one minute, or may be other times, and is not limited. In the scheme, the timeliness of the positioning information of the service personnel can be improved by sending the current user information to the network end at preset time intervals through the user end of the service personnel, so that the management personnel can accurately distribute tasks according to the real-time positioning information of the service personnel, the efficiency of service expansion is improved, and the competitiveness in the financial business market is improved through financial science and technology means.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for processing service extension information according to the present application, and specifically, after marking a exhibition business place indicated by current positioning information of a user on a map according to the current positioning information of the user, the method further includes step S16: and the network terminal sequentially connects the exhibition places to generate the movement track of the user, and sends the movement track of the user to the management terminal so as to perform service expansion management on the management terminal.
For example, after a service person logs in an account of the service person on a specific application software by using a mobile phone user side, the current user information of the service person is sent to a network side every minute, the network side matches a user number in the current user information with current positioning information to obtain position information of the user, and marks the position of the user on a map, wherein the account number head portrait of the user can be displayed at a corresponding position on the map, image points with corresponding colors can also be displayed, names or numbers of the service person can also be displayed around the image points, and the specific marking form is not limited herein; after the network end marks the exhibition location of the service personnel on the map, the exhibition location indicated by the positioning information of the service personnel is connected according to the uploading time sequence, so that the movement track of the service personnel is formed, and the map information with the position location and the movement track of the service personnel at different times is sent to the management end, wherein the management end can be equipment used by the management personnel, such as a mobile phone, a computer and the like, the management personnel can see the current position and the movement track information of each service personnel on the equipment of the management personnel, so that tasks can be dispatched according to the information, the position of the current service personnel is uploaded in real time through a user end of the service personnel and displayed at the management end, and the management efficiency of service expansion can be improved; the manager can know the location where the business personnel have performed business expansion by checking the moving track of the business personnel, and can preferentially assign the business personnel to go to if the business expansion needs to be performed at the same location subsequently, so that the efficiency and the quality of the business expansion are further improved.
After receiving the current user information sent by the user end every preset time, the method further includes step S13: judging whether the current user information is valid data or not, if so, keeping the current user information; if not, deleting the current user information.
The current user information sent by the user terminal is not always valid, only valid current user information is reserved by judging whether the received current user information is valid or not, and invalid current user information is deleted, so that the storage space can be saved, and the redundancy of information can be reduced; meanwhile, after only the effective current user information is reserved, the exhibition places marked on the map can be reduced, so that the map looks simpler, the track information and the position information are clearer, service personnel and managers can conveniently perform service expansion or task management, and the service expansion efficiency is improved.
The current user information further comprises a device number of the user side, and the step of judging whether the current user information is valid data comprises the following steps: comparing whether the equipment number of the user side in the current user information is the same as the equipment number of the user side in the previous effective data or not, and if so, judging the data to be effective data; if the current user side information is not the valid data, calculating the distance between the exhibition place indicated by the current positioning information and the exhibition place indicated by the previous valid data, and if the distance is out of the preset distance range, judging the current user side information to be the invalid data; if the distance is within the preset distance range, judging that the current user side information is valid data; wherein, the last valid data includes: and the effective data with the uploading time closest to the uploading time of the current user information.
The network terminal identifies the user terminal information through the equipment number in the current user information sent by the user terminal, wherein the user terminal information comprises a user terminal system, a user terminal type and a user terminal model, and any one of the user terminal system, the user terminal type and the user terminal model can be judged to be different equipment when being different; for example, through the device number sent by the tablet personal computer of apple, it can be recognized that the system used by the user side is an iOS system, the user side is a tablet personal computer, and the model of the tablet personal computer is iPad mini 2; after judging whether the user information received successively is uploaded by the same user side equipment or not through the user side information, the validity of the current user information can be judged. For example, if two pieces of current user information are uploaded by the same device, it may be determined that the two pieces of current user information are both valid; if the previous piece of current user information is uploaded by the android device and the next piece of current user information is uploaded by the iOS device, the latter piece of information may have invalid data and further determination of invalidity is required. In this embodiment, whether the current user information is invalid or not is determined by the distance between the positions pointed by the current positioning information in the current user information uploaded twice, the preset range of the distance may be set according to actual needs, for example, the preset range of 0 meter to 2 kilometers is valid data, and the preset range may be determined according to daily transportation or actual work experience of service personnel, and is not limited herein. If a certain service person A carries out service expansion activities currently in a certain shopping mall in the Shanghai, the positioning of the current user information sent by the service person A is in the certain shopping mall in the Shanghai, and the equipment information sent by the service person A is the same all the time because the service person A uses the same equipment for service expansion, the service person A is judged to be valid data and is reserved; if other service personnel B log in the account number of the service personnel A in Beijing, the uploaded equipment numbers are different, and after the equipment numbers are judged to be different, the distance between the uploaded positions of the equipment numbers needs to be judged; or, the service person a performs service expansion activities in a certain building C in the sea, the equipment has to be replaced for service expansion due to equipment failure in the activity process, whether the current user information is valid needs to be judged if the distance is within a preset range due to different equipment numbers sent twice continuously, and if the current positioning information sent twice is within the certain building C in the sea, the distance falls within the preset range, and the current positioning information can be judged to be valid data.
After judging that the current user information is valid data according to the same equipment number of the user side, the method further comprises the following steps: calculating the distance between the exhibition place indicated by the current positioning information in the current user information sent by the current user terminal and the exhibition place indicated by the last effective data, and if the distance is out of the preset distance range, judging the current user information as invalid data; if the distance is within the preset distance range, judging that the current user information is valid data; wherein the last piece of valid data comprises: and the effective data with the uploading time closest to the uploading time of the current user information. The preset distance range may be 50 meters to 2 kilometers, or may be other ranges, and is set according to actual settings, without limitation.
After the current user information is judged to be sent by the same user end device according to the device number, the current user information is judged to be valid data, and in order to make the judgment result more accurate, the current user information with the same device number in the successively sent current user information needs to be further judged. For example, if the place where the service person a is dispatched at 14 point 18 is located in building C, and the place where the service person a is dispatched at 14 point 19 is located in mall D, the current user information dispatched later will still be judged as invalid data although the current user information is dispatched by the same device twice, so that the influence of invalid data caused by inaccurate positioning when the GPS signal is weak on the judgment of the manager can be reduced; or, the place that the salesman A carried on the 14 o 'clock 18 is in the C building, and the place that he carried on the C building every 30 minutes later is 14 o' clock 19, and the distance between the positions of every 30 minutes of carrying on the C building is not more than 50 meters, then all current user information in these 30 minutes can be judged as invalid data; for another example, when the service person a executes the service expansion task in the building C, the user end device E used fails, and has to be replaced with the user end device F, so that the device number sent by the user end device F is not consistent with the device number in the last piece of valid data, i.e., the current user information sent by the user end device E, and further, when determining whether the device number is valid according to the distance, the first piece of current user information uploaded by the user end device F is determined as valid data, however, the device number of the current user information uploaded by the user end device F is the same as the device number of the last piece of valid data, i.e., the first piece of current user information uploaded by the user end device F, and when determining the validity according to the distance, the device number is determined as invalid data because the distance is within 50 meters. Therefore, by the scheme, the positioning information of the business expansion activities continuously carried out at the same place by the business personnel can be prevented from being repeatedly recorded, so that the subsequent exhibition place information marked on the map and the movement track are simpler, the information reading is convenient, and the efficiency of dispatching the business expansion tasks of the management personnel is improved.
In some possible embodiments, the generating the movement track by sequentially connecting the exhibition sites includes: and sequentially connecting the exhibition places indicated by the two adjacent effective data according to the uploading time to generate a movement track. The exhibition places are sequentially connected into the movement track according to the uploading time, so that the exhibition progress of the business personnel can be better shown.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a processing method of service extension information according to another embodiment of the present application, and specifically, the method further includes the following steps:
step S18: receiving client information sent by a user terminal, wherein the client information comprises current positioning information and a client number of a user, and marking the client as a new client of the exhibition place indicated by the current positioning information; the customer number is used to identify the customer;
step S20: receiving location information uploaded when a client transacts business by using a client number; the location information is used for indicating the current position of the client when the client transacts the service by using the client number;
step S22: identifying the client category, namely judging that the client is a resident client or a temporary client at the current position;
step S24: calculating the exhibition place indicated by the current positioning information and the number of new customers and resident customers at the current position;
step S26: and obtaining the client condition of the exhibition place and the current position based on the number of the new clients and the number of the resident clients, wherein the client condition is used for the user to carry out service expansion arrangement.
For example, when a business person a performs a business expansion task in a building C, successfully recruits a client G to handle a credit card, and when the business person a handles the credit card business for the client G on the user side of the business person a, the business person a sends client information of the client G, including current positioning information and the client number of the client, where the client number of the client may include basic information such as the identification card information, the telephone number, and the bank card information of the client, and is used to identify the unique client correspondingly, and mark the client G as a new client of the building C; after the credit card is successfully transacted, the customer G uploads the location information when using the credit card or transacting other services based on the credit card every time, for example, after the customer G transacts the credit card, the customer G uses the credit card for consumption in a mall D, and then uploads the location information, namely the location information of the mall D; judging the resident place of the client according to the position of the client when using the credit card each time, namely judging that the client is a resident client or a temporary client at the current position, for example, if the client G transacts the credit card only in the building C and the subsequent consumption and other businesses are finished in a shopping mall D, the use frequency of the client G in the building C is low, and further judging that the client G is a temporary client of the building C and is a resident client of the shopping mall D; the customer G may be a temporary customer or a resident customer at a plurality of locations at the same time, and for example, if the customer G performs 1 transaction in the buildings X and Y and performs more than 6 transactions in the shopping malls D and Q, the customer G may be a temporary customer in the buildings X and Y and a resident customer in the shopping malls D and Q at the same time. The above-mentioned number of business transactions for determining the client type is merely an example, and has no limitation. After judging the type of a customer in a certain market or other positions, the temporary customer number, the new customer number and the resident customer number of the exhibition place can be counted, so that the customer situation of the exhibition place can be obtained, the new customer number of the exhibition place can be known, the service expansion success rate and the potential customer scale of the exhibition place can be analyzed in an auxiliary mode, for example, if the number of the new customers in the past of the exhibition place is large, a manager can analyze that the exhibition place has more potential customers, the efficiency of service expansion in the exhibition place is high, and more service personnel can be assigned to execute new card popularization service in the exhibition place; if the number of resident customers in a certain exhibition place is large, more business personnel can be assigned to the exhibition place to carry out new business promotion tasks of old customers. Therefore, the client information is used for analyzing the client conditions of different exhibition places, the efficiency of service expansion is improved, and the competitiveness in the financial market is improved by using financial science and technology means.
In some possible embodiments, determining whether the customer is a resident customer of the current location includes: calculating the times of handling the service at the current position of the client, wherein if the times are more than the preset times, the client is a resident client at the current position; and if the times are less than the preset times, the client is a temporary client of the current position. The preset number may be set according to the actual setting, and is not limited herein.
The client situation of obtaining the exhibition place and the current position based on the number of the new clients and the number of the resident clients comprises the following steps: and calculating the ratio of the number of the new customers to the flow of the people to obtain a new customer ratio and calculating the ratio of the number of the resident customers to the flow of the people to obtain a market share according to the number of the new customers, the number of the resident customers, the flow of the people at the exhibition place and the current position. By calculating the new customer ratio, the service expansion effectiveness of the exhibition location and the priority of the exhibition location can be analyzed in an auxiliary manner, for example, if the new customer ratio is still lower after a plurality of service expansions, the service expansion effectiveness is lower, and the priority of the exhibition location can be considered to be lowered; if the business expansion is not carried out in a certain place and the new customer ratio and the market share are lower, the priority of the exhibition place can be improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the method of the present invention, the order of writing the steps does not imply a strict order of execution and any limitations on the implementation, and the specific order of execution of the steps should be determined by their function and possible inherent logic.
