Abstract
The present disclosure provides a search result display method, apparatus, computer device and storage medium, wherein the search result display method comprises: responding to target operation, and sending a search request carrying a problem; receiving a target search result corresponding to the search request, wherein the target search result comprises multimedia information for solving the question, and the multimedia information is derived from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request; and displaying the target search result on a search result page, wherein the multimedia information is displayed in a structured form.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a search result display method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium.
Background
At present, in our daily life, searching becomes an indispensable operation, the searching can help us to improve cognition and widen visual field, and when a user encounters a problem to be solved, the user can search for an answer by means of a corresponding searching tool.
However, in the related art, when determining a search result, a search is generally performed from existing content documents, and a most relevant document is searched for as a search result and displayed, however, the searched document may not include all content desired by the user, so that the user needs to refer to a plurality of search results to see all desired content, and the search efficiency is low.

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all of the embodiments. It is found that, in the related art, search results corresponding to a question in a search request are generally documents, and the documents include answers corresponding to the question, however, the content that the user may want to obtain is not only the answer corresponding to the question, and if the user wants to obtain other content related to the question, the user needs to initiate a search again or refer to a plurality of search results.
For example, the user may ask a question of "how you can lower the blood pressure" and the content contained in the search results may only have the answer "ok", while the user may want to obtain other content related to the question (e.g., "why you can lower the blood pressure", "what food there is can lower the blood pressure", etc.), which may not be reflected in the currently viewed search results. Therefore, the user needs to initiate the search again or needs to check other search results to obtain the content, the operation is complex, and the search efficiency is low.
Based on the above research, the present disclosure provides a search result display method, apparatus, computer device, and storage medium, where a target search result received by a user side includes multimedia information for solving a problem, and the multimedia information is derived from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to a search request, so that the plurality of initial search results can be integrated from multiple aspects, and the integrated multimedia information is displayed in a structured form, and by displaying the integrated multimedia information, core contents of the plurality of initial search results can be displayed to a user, thereby facilitating the user to quickly obtain desired search information, improving quality of the search results, and improving search efficiency.

For example, in a case that the search structure of the question is of the second type, the display effect of the search result page may be as shown in fig. 3, the question is "how to cure toothache", multiple dimensional identifiers such as "outline", "cause", "symptom", "check", "diagnosis" and "treatment" are displayed at the first location, and the target dimension with the highest degree of correlation with the question is the "treatment" dimension, and then the multimedia information in the "treatment" dimension may be displayed at the second location.
Meanwhile, the dimensionality corresponding to the displayed multimedia information can be highlighted, for example, yellow mark display can be performed, so that the currently displayed dimensionality is distinguished from other dimensionalities, and a user is prompted to view the other dimensionalities conveniently.
In the foregoing manner, after the other dimension identifiers are triggered, the content displayed at the second location may be updated, so as to facilitate comparison and viewing by the user, in another possible implementation manner, the target dimension identifier and the multimedia information under the target dimension identifier may be displayed at the second location, and the other dimension identifiers except the target dimension identifier may be displayed at the first location; and then responding to a triggering operation aiming at any dimension identifier in other dimension identifiers, and showing the triggered dimension identifier and the multimedia information under the triggered dimension identifier at the first position under the current showing content, and at the same time, only showing the dimension identifier without showing the multimedia information at the first position.
For example, before other dimension identifiers are triggered, the display effect of the search result page may be as shown in fig. 4a, a target dimension identifier "treatment" is displayed in an upper left corner of the second position, and multimedia information in a target dimension is displayed below the target dimension identifier; the first position is displayed with other dimension identifiers except the target dimension, such as 'summary', 'etiology', 'symptom', 'inspection' and 'diagnosis', when the 'etiology' dimension identifier is triggered, the display effect of the search result page can be as shown in fig. 4b, the display content at the second position is added with the 'etiology' dimension identifier and multimedia information under the etiology dimension, and meanwhile, the first position is only displayed with the dimension identifiers such as 'summary', 'symptom', 'inspection' and 'diagnosis'.
Here, it should be noted that the target search result may be displayed at the top of the search result page, the natural search results may be displayed in order below the target search result, and the sorting method of the natural search results may be according to an existing method, which is not limited in this disclosure.
Or, in another embodiment, since the natural search result is also derived from the initial search result, the content included in part of the initial search result has been extracted to constitute the target search result, and for this part of the initial search result, it may be repeated that the user views the acquired information again, so the natural search result may be a search result from which multimedia information is not extracted from the plurality of initial search results, and the natural search result determined in this way does not include the same part as the target search result, so the user may acquire the desired information by viewing the natural search result if the user does not acquire the desired information from the target search result.
According to the search result display method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the target search results received by the user side comprise the multimedia information of the answering questions, and the multimedia information is derived from the plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request, so that the plurality of initial search results can be integrated from a plurality of aspects, the integrated multimedia information is displayed in a structured form, and the core content of the plurality of initial search results can be displayed to the user by displaying the integrated multimedia information, so that the user can conveniently and quickly obtain the desired search information, meanwhile, the quality of the search results is improved, and the search efficiency is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the method of the present invention, the order of writing the steps does not imply a strict order of execution and any limitations on the implementation, and the specific order of execution of the steps should be determined by their function and possible inherent logic.
Based on the same inventive concept, a search result display device corresponding to the search result display method is also provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and as the principle of solving the problem of the device in the embodiments of the present disclosure is similar to the search result display method in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the implementation of the device may refer to the implementation of the method, and the repeated parts are not described again.
Referring to fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a search result display apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus includes: a sending module 501, a receiving module 502 and a display module 503; wherein,
a sending module 501, configured to send a search request carrying a problem in response to a target operation;
a receiving module 502, configured to receive a target search result corresponding to the search request, where the target search result includes multimedia information for solving the question, and the multimedia information is derived from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request;
a display module 503, configured to display the target search result on a search result page, where the multimedia information is displayed in a structured form.
In one possible implementation manner, the target search result corresponding to the search request is received when the interactive information of the initial search result corresponding to the search request does not satisfy a preset condition.
In one possible embodiment, the multimedia information derived from the plurality of initial search results corresponds to different dimensions, respectively, which are related to the search structure of the question.
In one possible embodiment, in the case that the search structure of the question is of a first type, the dimensions include an answer dimension and include one or more of a resolution dimension, a summary dimension, a precondition dimension, and a knowledge point dimension; wherein the first type is a type capable of directly determining a plurality of candidate answers based on a question.
In a possible implementation, in the case where the search structure of the question is of the second type, the dimensions include at least one dimension associated with a search area corresponding to the question; wherein the second type is a type in which a plurality of candidate answers cannot be directly determined based on a question.
In a possible implementation manner, the multimedia information included in the target search result is extracted from the plurality of initial search results based on the dimension corresponding to the type of the search structure of the question after the type of the search structure of the question is determined.
In a possible implementation manner, the extraction strategies corresponding to different dimensions are different;
the multimedia information of any dimension is extracted from the target initial search result after the target initial search result corresponding to the dimension is determined based on the extraction strategy corresponding to the dimension.
In a possible implementation manner, in a case that the search structure of the question is the first type, the presenting module 503, when the search result page presents the target search result, is configured to:

displaying at least one dimension identification associated with a search field corresponding to the question at a first location of the search results page; and the number of the first and second groups,
and displaying the multimedia information under the target dimension with the highest relevance to the question at a second position of the search result page.
In a possible embodiment, the display module 503 is further configured to:
and responding to the trigger operation aiming at any dimension mark except the target dimension, and displaying the multimedia information under the dimension corresponding to the dimension mark at the second position.
The description of the processing flow of each module in the device and the interaction flow between the modules may refer to the related description in the above method embodiments, and will not be described in detail here.
Based on the same technical concept, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides computer equipment. Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of a computer device 600 provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 601, a memory 602, and a bus 603. The memory 602 is used for storing execution instructions and includes a memory 6021 and an external memory 6022; the memory 6021 is also referred to as an internal memory, and is used for temporarily storing the operation data in the processor 601 and the data exchanged with the external memory 6022 such as a hard disk, the processor 601 exchanges data with the external memory 6022 through the memory 6021, and when the computer device 600 operates, the processor 601 communicates with the memory 602 through the bus 603, so that the processor 601 executes the following instructions:
responding to target operation, and sending a search request carrying a problem;
receiving a target search result corresponding to the search request, wherein the target search result comprises multimedia information for solving the question, and the multimedia information is derived from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request;
and displaying the target search result on a search result page, wherein the multimedia information is displayed in a structured form.
In one possible implementation, in the instructions executed by the processor 601, in a case that the mutual information of the initial search result corresponding to the search request does not satisfy a preset condition, the target search result corresponding to the search request is received.
In one possible embodiment, the processor 601 executes instructions in which the multimedia information derived from the plurality of initial search results corresponds to different dimensions, respectively, which are related to the search structure of the question.
In one possible embodiment, the processor 601 executes instructions that, in the case that the search structure of the question is of the first type, the dimensions include an answer dimension and include one or more of a parse dimension, a digest dimension, a precondition dimension, and a knowledge point dimension; wherein the first type is a type capable of directly determining a plurality of candidate answers based on a question.
In one possible embodiment, the processor 601 executes instructions in which, in the case that the search structure of the question is of the second type, the dimensions include at least one dimension associated with a search area corresponding to the question; wherein the second type is a type in which a plurality of candidate answers cannot be directly determined based on a question.
In one possible implementation, the processor 601 executes instructions in which the target search result includes multimedia information extracted from the plurality of initial search results based on a dimension corresponding to the type of the search structure of the question after determining the type of the search structure of the question.
In a possible implementation manner, in the instruction executed by the processor 601, the extraction strategies corresponding to different dimensions are different;
the multimedia information of any dimension is extracted from a target initial search result corresponding to the dimension after the target initial search result is determined based on the extraction strategy corresponding to the dimension.
In one possible implementation, the instructions executed by the processor 601, in the case that the search structure of the question is the first type, the presenting the target search result on the search result page includes:
and displaying each dimension identification corresponding to the first type, and displaying the multimedia information under the dimension after each dimension identification.
In a possible implementation, in the instructions executed by the processor 601, the method further includes:
and displaying source information of the multimedia information under each dimension at the corresponding position of each dimension identifier, wherein the source information is used for identifying an initial search result of the multimedia information source.
In one possible implementation, the instructions executed by the processor 601, in the case that the search structure of the question is the second type, the presenting the target search result on the search result page includes:
displaying at least one dimension identification associated with a search field corresponding to the question at a first location of the search results page; and (c) a second step of,
and displaying the multimedia information under the target dimension with the highest relevance to the question at a second position of the search result page.
In a possible implementation, in the instructions executed by the processor 601, the method further includes:
and responding to the trigger operation aiming at any dimension mark except the target dimension, and displaying the multimedia information under the dimension corresponding to the dimension mark at the second position.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the search result presentation method described in the above method embodiment are executed. The storage medium may be a volatile or non-volatile computer-readable storage medium.
The embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer program product, where the computer program product carries a program code, and instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the steps of the search result displaying method in the foregoing method embodiments, which may be referred to specifically for the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The computer program product may be implemented by hardware, software or a combination thereof. In an alternative embodiment, the computer program product is embodied in a computer storage medium, and in another alternative embodiment, the computer program product is embodied in a Software product, such as a Software Development Kit (SDK) or the like.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the system and the apparatus described above may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again. In the several embodiments provided in the present disclosure, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus, and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed coupling or direct coupling or communication connection between each other may be through some communication interfaces, indirect coupling or communication connection between devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.

Claims (14)
1. A search result display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to target operation, and sending a search request carrying a problem;
receiving a target search result corresponding to the search request, wherein the target search result comprises multimedia information for solving the question, and the multimedia information is derived from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request;
and displaying the target search result on a search result page, wherein the multimedia information is displayed in a structured form.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that, in case that the mutual information of the initial search result corresponding to the search request does not satisfy a preset condition, the target search result corresponding to the search request is received.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the multimedia information derived from the plurality of initial search results respectively correspond to different dimensions, the dimensions being related to a search structure of the question.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein in the case that the search structure of the question is of a first type, the dimensions comprise an answer dimension and one or more of a resolution dimension, a summary dimension, a precondition dimension, a knowledge point dimension; wherein the first type is a type capable of directly determining a plurality of candidate answers based on a question.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein in the case that the search structure of the question is of a second type, the dimensions include at least one dimension associated with a search area corresponding to the question; wherein the second type is a type in which a plurality of candidate answers cannot be directly determined based on a question.
6. The method according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the target search result comprises multimedia information extracted from the plurality of initial search results based on a dimension corresponding to the type of the search structure of the question after the type of the search structure of the question is determined.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the extraction strategies for different dimensions are different;
the multimedia information of any dimension is extracted from a target initial search result corresponding to the dimension after the target initial search result is determined based on the extraction strategy corresponding to the dimension.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein in the case that the search structure of the question is of the first type, the presenting the target search result on a search results page comprises:
and displaying each dimension identification corresponding to the first type, and displaying the multimedia information under the dimension after each dimension identification.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
and displaying source information of the multimedia information under each dimension at the corresponding position of each dimension identifier, wherein the source information is used for identifying an initial search result of the multimedia information source.
10. The method of claim 5, wherein in the case that the search structure of the question is of the second type, the presenting the target search result on a search results page comprises:
displaying at least one dimension identification associated with a search field corresponding to the question at a first position of the search result page; and (c) a second step of,
and displaying the multimedia information under the target dimension with the highest relevance to the question at a second position of the search result page.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
and responding to the trigger operation aiming at any dimension mark except the target dimension, and displaying the multimedia information under the dimension corresponding to the dimension mark at the second position.
12. A search result presentation apparatus, comprising:
the sending module is used for responding to the target operation and sending a search request carrying a problem;
a receiving module, configured to receive a target search result corresponding to the search request, where the target search result includes multimedia information for solving the question, and the multimedia information is derived from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request;
and the display module is used for displaying the target search result on a search result page, and the multimedia information is displayed in a structured form.
13. A computer device, comprising: a processor, a memory and a bus, the memory storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the memory communicating via the bus when a computer device is running, the machine-readable instructions when executed by the processor performing the steps of the search result presentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the search result presentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
