Abstract

Provided in the present disclosure are a search result display method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The search result display method comprises: in response to a target operation, sending a search request which carries a question; receiving a target search result corresponding to the search request, wherein the target search result includes multimedia information for answering the question, and the multimedia information comes from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request; and displaying the target search result on a search result page, wherein the multimedia information is displayed in a structured form.

Description

A search result display method, device, computer equipment and storage medium

This application claims priority to the Chinese invention patent application entitled “A method, device, computer device and storage medium for displaying search results” filed on October 17, 2022, with application number 202211267284.1. The entire contents of that application are incorporated by reference into this application.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technology, and in particular to a search result display method, device, computer equipment and storage medium.

Background technique

At present, search has become an indispensable operation in our daily life. Search can help us improve our cognition and broaden our horizons. When users encounter problems that need to be solved, they can use corresponding search tools to find answers.

However, in the related art, when determining search results, a search is generally performed from existing content documents to find the most relevant documents as search results and display them. However, the documents found in this way may not contain all the content that the user wants. In this way, the user needs to refer to multiple search results to view all the content he wants, and the search efficiency is low.

Summary of the invention

The embodiments of the present disclosure at least provide a search result display method, apparatus, computer equipment and storage medium.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a search result display method, including:

In response to the target operation, a search request carrying the question is sent;

Receiving a target search result corresponding to the search request, wherein the target search result includes multimedia information that answers the question, and the multimedia information is derived from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request;

The target search result is displayed on a search result page, and the multimedia information is displayed in a structured form.

The search result display method, apparatus, computer equipment and storage medium provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, the target search results received by the user end include multimedia information that answers the question, and the multimedia information comes from multiple initial search results corresponding to the search request. In this way, the multiple initial search results can be integrated from multiple aspects, and the integrated multimedia information can be displayed in a structured form. By displaying the integrated multimedia information, the core content of the multiple initial search results can be displayed to the user, which is convenient for the user to quickly obtain the desired search information, while improving the quality of the search results and the search efficiency.

Detailed ways

In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solution in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, not all of the embodiments. The components of the embodiments of the present disclosure described and shown in the drawings here can be arranged and designed in various different configurations. Therefore, the detailed description of the embodiments of the present disclosure provided in the drawings below is The above is not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure claimed for protection, but merely represents selected embodiments of the disclosure. Research has found that in related technologies, the search results corresponding to the questions in the search request are generally a few documents, which contain the answers to the questions. However, the content that the user may want to obtain is not only the answers to the questions. If the user wants to obtain other content related to the question, he needs to initiate the search again or check multiple search results to obtain it.

For example, if the question asked by the user is "Can lotus root lower blood pressure?", the search results may only contain the answer "Yes", while the user may want to obtain other content related to the question (for example, "Why can lotus root lower blood pressure?", "What other foods can lower blood pressure?", etc.), which may not be reflected in the current search results. In this way, the user needs to initiate a search again, or need to check other search results to obtain the above content, which is cumbersome and has low search efficiency.

Based on the above research, the present disclosure provides a search result display method, apparatus, computer equipment and storage medium. The target search results received by the user end include multimedia information that answers the question, and the multimedia information comes from multiple initial search results corresponding to the search request. In this way, the multiple initial search results can be integrated from multiple aspects, and the integrated multimedia information can be displayed in a structured form. By displaying the integrated multimedia information, the core content of multiple initial search results can be displayed to the user, which is convenient for the user to quickly obtain the desired search information, while improving the quality of the search results and improving the search efficiency.

It should be noted that similar reference numerals and letters denote similar items in the following drawings, and therefore, once an item is defined in one drawing, it does not require further definition and explanation in the subsequent drawings.

To facilitate understanding of this embodiment, a search result display method disclosed in the embodiment of the present disclosure is first described in detail. The execution subject of the search result display method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure is generally a terminal device, and the terminal device can be, for example, a smart phone, a tablet computer, Personal computers, wearable devices, etc.

Referring to FIG. 1 , which is a flowchart of a search result display method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method includes steps 101 to 103, wherein:

Step 101: In response to a target operation, a search request containing a question is sent.

Here, the question may be content entered by the user in the search box, or recommended content triggered by the user; the target operation may be an operation of initiating a search request, such as an operation of triggering a search button; sending the search request carrying the question may be the current user terminal sending a search request carrying the question to the server.

Step 102: Receive a target search result corresponding to the search request, wherein the target search result includes multimedia information that answers the question, and the multimedia information comes from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request.

Here, the target search result may refer to a single search result, that is, the multimedia information contained in the target search result from multiple initial search results constitutes the target search result. While receiving the target search result corresponding to the search request, the user terminal may also receive the natural search result corresponding to the search request.

The multiple initial search results corresponding to the search request may refer to a preset number of search results corresponding to the search request determined according to an existing search strategy, and the initial search results may include the above-mentioned natural search results, that is, the above-mentioned natural search results may be a part of the initial search results, for example, the above-mentioned natural search results may be part of the initial search results filtered out according to popularity information.

The multimedia information may be in various formats, and may include, but not limited to, video, text, audio, pictures, etc. The formats of the multimedia information from the multiple initial search results may not be completely the same, or may be completely the same.

Step 103: Display the target search result on the search result page, and display the multimedia information in a structured form.

The target search results can be understood as search results pieced together from multiple initial search results. However, it is not necessary to obtain the target search results in all scenarios. If the initial search results corresponding to the search request can meet the user's search needs, there is no need to piece together the target search results. Only the initial search results (or the above-mentioned natural search results) are sent to the user end to improve search efficiency.

Therefore, when the interaction information of the initial search result corresponding to the search request does not meet the preset condition, the target search result corresponding to the search request can be received.

Here, the interaction information of the initial search results not satisfying the preset conditions may mean that the initial search results cannot meet the user's search needs. Exemplary examples of the interaction information not satisfying the preset conditions may mean that the number of browse times is less than the preset number of times, the number of subsequent searches exceeds the preset number of times (i.e., the number of times the search is re-initiated after browsing the current search results), etc.

In actual applications, not all application scenarios require obtaining target search results. In some specific search fields, more rigorous and rich content may be required. Therefore, target search results can be pieced together for users in such search fields. In some search fields, users may only want to obtain answers and do not care about other content except the answers. For these search fields, if target search results are also pieced together for users, when users view the target search results, they may only pay attention to the answers in the target search results and do not view other content. In this way, the utilization rate of other content in the target search results except the answers is low.

Based on this, in a possible implementation, after receiving a search request carrying a question, the server may first determine the search field corresponding to the search request based on the question in the search request, and then generate the target search results when it is determined that the search field corresponding to the search request is the target field (for example, the medical field); or when it is determined that the search field corresponding to the search request is the target field, and the interactive information of the initial search results corresponding to the search request does not meet the preset conditions, the target search results are generated again.

For example, if the user's question is "Can lotus root lower blood pressure?", the server determines that the search field is the target field "medical field", and can generate target search results for the user's question; if the user's question is "Is 0 a positive number?", the server determines that the search field is not the target field, and the user may be more If you focus on the answer, you can directly determine the initial search results for the user and send them to the user end.

In a possible implementation, the multimedia information derived from a plurality of initial search results may correspond to different dimensions respectively, and the dimensions are related to the search structure of the question.

Here, the search structure of the question may refer to the way the question itself is asked. For example, the search structure of a “is it” type question is obviously different from the search structure of a “method steps of XXX” type question.

Therefore, when the search structure of the question is of the first type, the dimension includes the answer dimension, and one or more of the analysis dimension, the summary dimension, the premise dimension, and the knowledge point dimension; wherein the first type is a type that can directly determine multiple candidate answers based on the question; when the search structure of the question is of the second type, the dimension includes at least one dimension associated with the search field corresponding to the question; wherein the second type is a type that cannot directly determine multiple candidate answers based on the question.

Here, the type of question that can directly determine multiple candidate answers refers to the type of question that can determine several optional answers through the question itself. For example, questions with keywords such as "is it", "can I", "can I", etc. The first type of question itself has the characteristic of either no or yes, and the answer can be determined as "yes" or "no", "can" or "can't", "can" or "can't" based on the question itself.

When determining whether the search structure of the question is of the first type, it may be detected whether the question contains keywords of the first type. The keywords of the first type may be, for example, the keywords such as “is it”, “can it”, “can it”, etc.

The inability to directly determine multiple candidate answers based on the question means that the answer cannot be reflected by the question itself. For example, if the question is "How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes", the answer corresponding to the second type of question is generally a method or step-based one.

When determining whether the search result of the question is of the second type, all questions that are not of the first type may be classified as the second type, or it may be detected whether the question contains keywords of the second type, where the keywords of the second type may be, for example, "how to do XXX", "XXX steps" etc.

When the search structure of the question is of the first type, the answer corresponding to the question is fixed, so the answer corresponding to the question needs to be supported by multiple aspects of content, and the temperature of the multimedia information may include the answer dimension, and one or more of the analysis dimension, summary dimension, premise dimension, and knowledge point dimension; and when the search structure of the question is of the second type, the content contained in the answer corresponding to the question is rich enough, and the user may need to pay attention to other aspects related to the question, so the temperature of the multimedia information is associated with the search field corresponding to the question.

Exemplarily, if the question is "How to treat toothache", it can be determined that the search structure of the question is the second type, the search field is the medical field, and the dimensions associated with the medical field may include "cause", "symptoms", "examination", "diagnosis", etc.; if the question is "Can lotus root lower blood pressure", it can be determined that the search structure of the question is the first type, and the dimensions of the multimedia information may include "Why lotus root can lower blood pressure" (analysis dimension), "How to cook lotus root to lower blood pressure" (prerequisite dimension), etc.

Optionally, in the case where the search structure of the question is of the second type, when determining at least one dimension associated with the search field corresponding to the question, the correspondence between each search field and the associated dimension can be pre-set. After determining the search field of the question, based on the search field of the question and the correspondence, at least one dimension associated with the search field corresponding to the question is determined.

Here, in a case where the type of the search structure of the question is the second type, the dimension corresponding to the type of the search structure of the question is the dimension associated with the search field of the question.

Specifically, user requirements for different dimensions may be different, and accordingly, the extraction strategies for different dimensions may also be different. For example, for the answer dimension, the corresponding extraction strategy may be to extract the reading The one with the most reads, and for the parsing dimension, the corresponding extraction strategy can be to extract the one with the most collections.

Specifically, the content of each dimension contained in each initial search result can be determined first, for example, search result 1 contains the content of the answer dimension and the content of the analysis dimension, and search result 2 contains the content of the answer dimension and the content of the premise dimension; then for any dimension, the candidate search results containing the content of the dimension can be determined first, and then based on the extraction strategy corresponding to the dimension, the target initial search result corresponding to the dimension can be determined from the candidate search results containing the content of the dimension, and the multimedia information of the dimension can be extracted from the target initial search results.

Here, it should be noted that the above-mentioned steps of determining each dimension and extracting multimedia information of each dimension can all be completed on the server side. After extracting the multimedia information of each dimension, the server can send the extracted multimedia information of each dimension to the user end; for the user end side, since the dimension of the received multimedia information is determined, the multimedia information can be displayed in a structured form.

Optionally, when the search structure of the question is of the first type, when displaying the target search results on the search results page, each dimension identifier corresponding to the first type may be displayed, and multimedia information under the dimension may be displayed after each dimension identifier.

Exemplarily, when the search structure of the question is of the first type, the display effect of the search results page may be as shown in FIG2a , where “answer”, “analysis”, etc. are dimension identifiers, and the content after “answer” and “analysis” is multimedia information under the corresponding dimensions.

Optionally, source information of the multimedia information in each dimension may also be displayed at a corresponding position of each dimension identifier, and the source information is used to identify an initial search result of the source of the multimedia information.

Exemplarily, as shown in FIG. 2 b , the identifier “derived from doc1 ” after the answer dimension and the identifier “derived from doc2 ” after the parsing dimension are the source information of the corresponding multimedia information.

In a possible implementation, in response to a trigger operation for any source information, the initial search results corresponding to the source information may be displayed, exemplarily by jumping to a page for display, or by adding a floating layer to the current search results page and displaying it on the floating layer.

Optionally, in the case where the search structure of the question is of the second type, when displaying the target search results on the search results page, at least one dimension identifier associated with the search field corresponding to the question may be displayed at the first position on the search results page; and multimedia information under the target dimension with the highest relevance to the question may be displayed at the second position on the search results page.

Alternatively, in another embodiment, multimedia information under a default dimension may be displayed at a second position on the search result page.

Here, the search result page only displays multimedia information under the target dimension (or default dimension). For other dimensions, only the dimension identifier is displayed, and the multimedia information under other dimensions is not displayed. The user can trigger any dimension identifier except the target dimension (or default dimension), and then the user terminal can respond to the trigger operation of any dimension identifier except the target dimension (or default dimension), and display the multimedia information under the dimension corresponding to the dimension identifier at the second position.

Exemplarily, when the search structure of the question is of the second type, the display effect of the search result page may be as shown in FIG3 , where the question is “How to treat toothache?”, and multiple dimensional labels such as “Overview,” “Cause,” “Symptoms,” “Examination,” “Diagnosis,” and “Treatment” are displayed at the first position. The target dimension that is most relevant to the question is the “Treatment” dimension, and multimedia information under the “Treatment” dimension may be displayed at the second position.

At the same time, the dimension corresponding to the displayed multimedia information may also be highlighted, for example, it may be displayed in yellow, so as to distinguish the currently displayed dimension from other dimensions, so as to prompt the user to view other dimensions.

In the above manner, when other dimension identifiers are triggered, the content displayed at the second position can be updated. In order to facilitate user comparison and viewing, in another possible implementation, The target dimension identifier and the multimedia information under the target dimension identifier are displayed at the second position, and other dimension identifiers except the target dimension identifier are displayed at the first position; then, in response to a trigger operation on any of the other dimension identifiers, the triggered dimension identifier and the multimedia information under the triggered dimension identifier are displayed below the currently displayed content at the first position, and at the same time, only the dimension identifier for which multimedia information is not displayed can be displayed at the first position.

Exemplarily, before other dimension identifiers are triggered, the display effect of the search result page may be as shown in Figure 4a. In Figure 4a, the target dimension identifier "treatment" is displayed in the upper left corner at the second position, and multimedia information under the target dimension is displayed below the target dimension identifier; other dimension identifiers "overview", "cause", "symptoms", "examination" and "diagnosis" except the target dimension are displayed at the first position. When the "cause" dimension identifier is triggered, the display effect of the search result page may be as shown in Figure 4b. The display content at the second position adds the "cause" dimension identifier and the multimedia information under the cause dimension, and at the same time, only the dimension identifiers such as "overview", "symptoms", "examination" and "diagnosis" are displayed at the first position.

Here, it should be noted that the target search result can be displayed at the top of the search result page, and the natural search results can be displayed in order below the target search result. The natural search results can be sorted according to the existing method, which is not limited in the present disclosure.

Alternatively, in another embodiment, since the natural search results are also derived from the initial search results, part of the content contained in the initial search results has been extracted to constitute the target search results. For this part of the initial search results, the information obtained by the user when viewing it again may be repeated. Therefore, the natural search results may be the search results of the multimedia information not extracted from the multiple initial search results. The natural search results determined in this way do not contain the same parts as the target search results. Therefore, if the user does not obtain the desired information in the target search results, he or she may obtain it by viewing the natural search results.

The search result display method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a target search result received by the user end, which comprises multimedia information that answers the question, and the multimedia information is derived from a plurality of initial search results corresponding to the search request. In this way, the plurality of initial search results can be integrated from multiple aspects, and the integrated multimedia information can be displayed in a structured form. Media information can show users the core content of multiple initial search results, making it easier for users to quickly obtain the desired search information, while improving the quality of search results and search efficiency.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, in the above method of specific implementation, the order in which the steps are written does not imply a strict execution order and does not constitute any limitation on the implementation process. The specific execution order of the steps should be determined by their functions and possible internal logic.

Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a search result display device corresponding to the search result display method. Since the principle of solving the problem by the device in the embodiment of the present disclosure is similar to the above-mentioned search result display method in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the implementation of the device can refer to the implementation of the method, and the repeated parts will not be repeated.
