Abstract
本发明公开了一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,该老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂由以下质量份数的原料制成:聚氧丙烯30‑50份、三乙醇胺20‑30份、氢氧化钠10‑15份、磷酸钠8‑12份、蓖麻油5‑8份、铝酸酯偶联剂5‑10份、氨水6‑14份、冰醋酸3‑8份、聚氧乙烯醚5‑8份、缓蚀剂3‑5份、助剂3‑8份、蒸馏水2‑10份。有益效果:使得该老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂具有制造成本低、绿色环保、适应性强和耐腐蚀的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及破乳剂技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种老化油专用低温环 保防腐破乳剂。
背景技术
随着世界石油工业的发展,石油开采量日益增加,使得原油乳状液液量 日益增大,特别是采用注水强化采油后,原油含水量明显增高,大部分原油 是以油水乳状液形式开采出来的。原油采出液中含有大量的水和无机盐,给 油气集输和原油炼制带来极大的困难,因此必须进行脱水、脱盐。为解决油 气集输过程中出现的问题,必须使用大量的化学剂,在油气集输过程中所用 的化学品称为油气集输化学品,它是重要的油田化学品之一,其主要有破乳 剂、缓蚀剂、减阻剂、乳化剂等等。但是,现有市面上的破乳剂存在对原油 适应性差、破乳效率低、易导致腐蚀等问题。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的问题,本发明提出一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破 乳剂,以克服现有相关技术所存在的上述技术问题。
为此,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,该老化油专用低温环保防腐破 乳剂由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氧丙烯30-50份、三乙醇胺20-30份、氢氧化钠10-15份、磷酸钠 8-12份、蓖麻油5-8份、铝酸酯偶联剂5-10份、氨水6-14份、冰醋酸3-8 份、聚氧乙烯醚5-8份、缓蚀剂3-5份、助剂3-8份、蒸馏水2-10份。
进一步的,所述铝酸酯偶联剂包括以下原料组份:石蜡30-60份、硬 脂酸30-50份、白油20-30份、异丙醇铝8-15份、二甲苯4-8份、酰氯化 合物3-5份、有机催化剂3-5份、硫基羧酸2-5份。
进一步的,所述酰氯化合物为乙酰氯、丙酰氯、正丁酰氯、异丁酰氯、 正戊酰氯、异戊酰氯、叔戊酰氯、正己酰氯、正庚酰氯、正辛酰氯、正壬 酰氯、正癸酰氯、月桂酰氯、肉豆蔻酰氯、棕榈酰氯和硬脂酰氯中的一种。
进一步的,所述有机催化剂为毗啶、三乙胺、三正丙胺、三正丁胺、 N,N-二甲基丁胺、N,N-二异丙基乙胺、N,N-二甲基苯胺、N,N-二甲基环己 胺、N,N-二乙基环己胺和N,N-二乙基苯胺中的一种。
进一步的,所述硫基羧酸为硫基乙酸、2-毓基丙酸和3-筑基丙酸中的 一种。
进一步的,所述助剂为甲醇、乙醇、苄醇、乙酸、甲苯、二甲苯、二 甘醇单丁基醚和芳香石脑油中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为2-巯基苯并噻吩和羟基亚乙基二磷酸中的一 种。
进一步的,该老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂的混合加工温度为 85-100℃,混合反应时间为14-20小时。
其中,本发明所采用的原料药份阐述如下:
三乙醇胺:即三(2-羟乙基)胺,可以看做是三乙胺的三羟基取代物。 与其他胺类化合物相似,由于氮原子上存在孤对电子,三乙醇胺具弱碱性, 能够与无机酸或有机酸反应生成盐。
氢氧化钠:氢氧化钠,化学式为NaOH,俗称烧碱、火碱、苛性钠,为 一种具有强腐蚀性的强碱,一般为片状或颗粒形态,易溶于水(溶于水时放 热)并形成碱性溶液,另有潮解性,易吸取空气中的水蒸气和二氧化碳。NaOH 是化学实验室其中一种必备的化学品,亦为常见的化工品之一。纯品是无色 透明的晶体。密度2.130g/cm3。熔点318.4℃。沸点1390℃。工业品含有少 量的氯化钠和碳酸钠,是白色不透明的晶体。有块状,片状,粒状和棒状等。式量40.01氢氧化钠在水处理中可作为碱性清洗剂,溶于乙醇和甘油,不溶 于丙醇、乙醚。在高温下对碳钠也有腐蚀作用。与氯、溴、碘等卤素发生歧 化反应,与酸类起中和作用而生成盐和水。
磷酸钠:磷酸钠为磷酸盐,是一种无机化合物。在干燥空气中易潮解风 化,生成磷酸二氢钠和碳酸氢钠。在水中几乎完全分解为磷酸氢二钠和氢氧 化钠。电镀工业用于配制表面处理去油液,未抛光件的碱性洗涤剂。在合成 洗涤剂配方中,由于碱性大,只用于强碱性清洗剂配方,如汽车清洗剂、地 板清洁剂、金属清洗剂等。
蓖麻油:蓖麻油是脂肪酸的三甘油酯,蓖麻油存在于蓖麻的种子里,其 含量为35%~57.%″用榨取或溶剂萃取法制得蓖麻油。蓖麻油的脂肪酸中含 90%蓖麻酸(9一烯基一12·羟基十八酸)j羟值为163mgKOH/g、羟基含量 为4.94%,按羟基算分子量为929.26,按羟基推算,蓖麻油含70%的三官能 度和30%的二官能度,羟基平均官能度为2.7。用蓖麻油为原料制造的聚氨 酯胶黏剂具有较好的低温性能、耐水解性以及优良的电绝缘性。
氨水:氨水又称阿摩尼亚水,主要成分为NH3·H2O,是氨的水溶液,无 色透明且具有刺激性气味。氨的熔点-77.773℃,沸点-33.34℃,密度0.91g/cm3。 氨气易溶于水、乙醇。易挥发,具有部分碱的通性,氨水由氨气通入水中制 得。氨气有毒,对眼、鼻、皮肤有刺激性和腐蚀性,能使人窒息,空气中最 高容许浓度30mg/m。主要用作化肥。
本发明的有益效果为:通过由聚氧丙烯、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠、磷酸 钠、蓖麻油、铝酸酯偶联剂、氨水、冰醋酸、聚氧乙烯醚、缓蚀剂、助剂、 蒸馏水配制而成的老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,使得该老化油专用低 温环保防腐破乳剂具有制造成本低、绿色环保、适应性强和耐腐蚀的特点。

聚氧丙烯30-50份、三乙醇胺20-30份、氢氧化钠10-15份、磷酸钠8-12份、蓖麻油5-8份、铝酸酯偶联剂5-10份、氨水6-14份、冰醋酸3-8 份、聚氧乙烯醚5-8份、缓蚀剂3-5份、助剂3-8份、蒸馏水2-10份。
实施例一:
一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,该老化油专用低温环保防腐破 乳剂由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氧丙烯30g、三乙醇胺20g、氢氧化钠10g、磷酸钠8g、蓖麻油5g、 铝酸酯偶联剂5g、氨水6g、冰醋酸3g、聚氧乙烯醚5g、缓蚀剂3g、助 剂3g、蒸馏水2g。
实施例二:
一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,该老化油专用低温环保防腐破 乳剂由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氧丙烯40g、三乙醇胺25g、氢氧化钠12.5g、磷酸钠10g、蓖麻油 7.5g、铝酸酯偶联剂7.5g、氨水10g、冰醋酸5.5g、聚氧乙烯醚6g、缓蚀 剂4g、助剂5.5g、蒸馏水6g。
实施例三:
一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,该老化油专用低温环保防腐破 乳剂由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氧丙烯50g、三乙醇胺30g、氢氧化钠15g、磷酸钠12g、蓖麻油 8g、铝酸酯偶联剂10g、氨水14g、冰醋酸8g、聚氧乙烯醚8g、缓蚀剂 5g、助剂8g、蒸馏水10g。
在一个实施例中,所述铝酸酯偶联剂包括以下原料组份:石蜡30-60 份、硬脂酸30-50份、白油20-30份、异丙醇铝8-15份、二甲苯4-8份、 酰氯化合物3-5份、有机催化剂3-5份、硫基羧酸2-5份。
在一个实施例中,所述酰氯化合物为乙酰氯、丙酰氯、正丁酰氯、异 丁酰氯、正戊酰氯、异戊酰氯、叔戊酰氯、正己酰氯、正庚酰氯、正辛酰 氯、正壬酰氯、正癸酰氯、月桂酰氯、肉豆蔻酰氯、棕榈酰氯和硬脂酰氯 中的一种。
在一个实施例中,所述有机催化剂为毗啶、三乙胺、三正丙胺、三正 丁胺、N,N-二甲基丁胺、N,N-二异丙基乙胺、N,N-二甲基苯胺、N,N-二甲 基环己胺、N,N-二乙基环己胺和N,N-二乙基苯胺中的一种。
在一个实施例中,所述硫基羧酸为硫基乙酸、2-毓基丙酸和3-筑基丙 酸中的一种。
在一个实施例中,所述助剂为甲醇、乙醇、苄醇、乙酸、甲苯、二甲 苯、二甘醇单丁基醚和芳香石脑油中的一种或几种。
在一个实施例中,所述缓蚀剂为2-巯基苯并噻吩和羟基亚乙基二磷酸 中的一种。
在一个实施例中,该老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂的混合加工温度 为85-100℃,混合反应时间为14-20小时。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,通过由聚氧丙烯、三乙醇胺、 氢氧化钠、磷酸钠、蓖麻油、铝酸酯偶联剂、氨水、冰醋酸、聚氧乙烯醚、 缓蚀剂、助剂、蒸馏水配制而成的老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,使得 该老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂具有制造成本低、绿色环保、适应性强 和耐腐蚀的特点。

Claims (8)
1.一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,其特征在于,该老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氧丙烯30-50份、三乙醇胺20-30份、氢氧化钠10-15份、磷酸钠8-12份、蓖麻油5-8份、铝酸酯偶联剂5-10份、氨水6-14份、冰醋酸3-8份、聚氧乙烯醚5-8份、缓蚀剂3-5份、助剂3-8份、蒸馏水2-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,其特征在于,所述铝酸酯偶联剂包括以下原料组份:石蜡30-60份、硬脂酸30-50份、白油20-30份、异丙醇铝8-15份、二甲苯4-8份、酰氯化合物3-5份、有机催化剂3-5份、硫基羧酸2-5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,其特征在于,所述酰氯化合物为乙酰氯、丙酰氯、正丁酰氯、异丁酰氯、正戊酰氯、异戊酰氯、叔戊酰氯、正己酰氯、正庚酰氯、正辛酰氯、正壬酰氯、正癸酰氯、月桂酰氯、肉豆蔻酰氯、棕榈酰氯和硬脂酰氯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,其特征在于,所述有机催化剂为毗啶、三乙胺、三正丙胺、三正丁胺、N,N-二甲基丁胺、N,N-二异丙基乙胺、N,N-二甲基苯胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺、N,N-二乙基环己胺和N,N-二乙基苯胺中的一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,其特征在于,所述硫基羧酸为硫基乙酸、2-毓基丙酸和3-筑基丙酸中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,其特征在于,所述助剂为甲醇、乙醇、苄醇、乙酸、甲苯、二甲苯、二甘醇单丁基醚和芳香石脑油中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为2-巯基苯并噻吩和羟基亚乙基二磷酸中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂,其特征在于,该老化油专用低温环保防腐破乳剂的混合加工温度为85-100℃,混合反应时间为14-20小时。
