In this embodiment, the turnover mechanism can be detachably connected to the machine body 1 through the second anti-toppling assembly. lifting the arm section 3 at the second position to the position of the arm support through a lifting mechanism, and butting the arm section 3 with the arm support;
and (3) dismantling the arm support from the fourth connecting part 7, lifting the arm support through a lifting mechanism, so that the turnover mechanism can turn over another arm section 3 to be assembled to a second position, assembling the arm section 3 butted with the arm support on the fourth connecting part 7, and performing circulating operation until the number of the arm sections 3 on the arm support meets the construction requirement, thereby completing the assembly work of the arm support.
Further, after the arm support is assembled, the turnover mechanism is turned to the second position and then fixed, and the turnover mechanism is connected with the arm support through the arm section 3.
On the other hand, the embodiment further provides a working machine, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, which includes a machine body, an arm support, and an arm support assembly device, wherein the turnover mechanism is rotatably connected to the machine body 1, the support mechanism is disposed on the machine body 1, and the arm support is detachably connected to the support mechanism.
Further, when the boom assembly device of the working machine is assembled on a construction site, each mechanism of the boom assembly device may be correspondingly assembled on the machine body 1, so that the working machine can perform boom assembly operation through the boom assembly device described above.
Further, the working machine may be a boom crane, a straight boom type working vehicle, a boom type working vehicle, or the like, which has a boom and requires assembling the boom at a construction site.
In this embodiment, the boom of the working machine includes a main arm, the main arm includes a boom head 12, and the boom head 12 is detachably connected to the support mechanism; or arm head 12 is removably connected to the support mechanism by one or more interconnected arm segments 3.
In the initial state, only the arm head 12 is arranged on the main arm, the arm head 12 can be assembled on the supporting mechanism, the length of the main arm can be increased after the arm section 3 is assembled with the arm head 12, and the supporting mechanism can support the main arm by connecting the last arm section 3 on the main arm with the supporting mechanism.
In this embodiment, the arm support further includes an auxiliary arm 13, the auxiliary arm 13 is connected to the arm head 12, and the auxiliary arm 13 is connected to the arm head 12 on the main arm to form a complete arm support.
In this embodiment, the working machine may be a crawler crane, and the machine body 1 of the working machine may include a turntable and a lower vehicle, the turntable is connected to the lower vehicle through a swing mechanism, the turnover mechanism is rotatably connected to the turntable, and the support mechanism is disposed on the turntable.

the first driving piece (5) is connected with the turnover mechanism, and the first driving piece (5) is used for driving the turnover mechanism to rotate relative to the machine body (1) so that the turnover mechanism can be rotationally switched between a first position and a second position;
the supporting mechanism comprises a third connecting part (6) used for being connected with the machine body (1) and a fourth connecting part (7) detachably connected with the arm support, and the fourth connecting part (7) can be detachably connected with the arm section (3);
a lifting mechanism for lifting the arm segment (3) to be assembled.

The boom assembling device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting mechanism further comprises a sleeve frame (8), the third connecting portion (6) and the fourth connecting portion (7) are both disposed on the sleeve frame (8), an accommodating space capable of accommodating the arm joint (3) is disposed inside the sleeve frame (8), the second position is located inside the accommodating space, an opening communicated with the accommodating space is disposed on the sleeve frame (8), and when the turning mechanism rotates between the first position and the second position, the arm joint (3) can enter the accommodating space through the opening.
3. The boom assembly apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises:
the loading part is detachably connected with the arm section (3) and can move up and down along the height direction of the supporting mechanism;
and the second driving part is connected with the loading part and is used for driving the loading part to lift the arm section (3).

a machine body (1) and an arm support;
the boom assembly device of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the tilting mechanism is rotatably connected to the machine body (1), the support mechanism is arranged on the machine body (1), and the boom is detachably connected to the support mechanism.
7. The work machine according to claim 6, wherein the boom comprises a main arm, the main arm comprising an arm head (12), the arm head (12) being detachably connected with the support mechanism; or the like, or, alternatively,
the arm head (12) is detachably connected to the support means by one or more interconnected arm segments (3).

-fitting the arm segment (3) in the second position on the lifting mechanism and removing the arm segment (3) from the second connection (4);
lifting the arm section (3) at the second position to the position of the arm support through the lifting mechanism, and butting the arm section (3) with the arm support;
the arm support is detached from the fourth connecting portion (7), the arm support is lifted through the lifting mechanism, so that the turnover mechanism can turn over another arm section (3) to be assembled to the second position, and the arm section (3) in butt joint with the arm support is assembled on the fourth connecting portion (7).
10. The boom assembly method according to claim 9, characterized in that after the boom assembly is completed, the turning mechanism is turned to the second position and then fixed, and the turning mechanism is connected to the boom through the boom section (3).
