Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of poultry hatching environment regulation and control, in particular to a disinfection device for a poultry hatching device and a disinfection method thereof.
Background
China is a big country for poultry breeding and consumption, the production and consumption of poultry meat and eggs are in the forefront of the world, and unlike mammals, the embryo development of poultry is independent of a mother body, so that the hatching management and operation are convenient. With the development of poultry breeding industry, the existing poultry hatching egg hatching is all artificial hatching, and poultry industry reports show that in 2021 year, the hatching amount of hatching eggs of laying hens, broilers and meat ducks in China is close to 190 hundred million, and in addition, the hatching amount of hatching eggs of breeding ducks, geese, pigeons, quails and other poultry is close to 200 hundred million every year, so that the poultry hatching market is huge, and the hatching industry occupies an important position in the animal husbandry.
The artificial incubation is a key link of modern poultry production, the incubation rate and the hatching quality are life lines of an incubation market, the economic benefit of the whole poultry breeding industry is also concerned, and the environmental regulation and control are key factors influencing the incubation quality under certain conditions of variety and hatching egg quality. The hatching egg disinfection is a key measure for controlling disease transmission, can reduce the transmission of vertical infectious diseases and other common diseases, is also a key for ensuring the hatching quality, and plays an important role in ensuring the health of young poultry and improving the survival rate. The hatching egg hatching market highly pays attention to the work of disinfecting hatching eggs before hatching, the hatching eggs are more or less polluted after being produced, a plurality of bacteria are attached to eggshells, and the number of the bacteria can be rapidly increased along with the lapse of time. In order to prevent bacteria from entering the shell through the eggshell membrane to pollute hatching eggs, collected hatching eggs are disinfected in a poultry house disinfection room within 2 hours in a poultry farm, and meanwhile, strict disinfection management can be carried out in the control of a hatching egg storehouse in the hatching farm.
The disinfectant commonly used in the hatchery comprises phenols, aldehydes, quaternary ammonium salts, iodides, chlorides and other chemical disinfectants, but can cause part of medicament residues, the disinfection effect is usually between 90 and 95 percent, some germs can still survive, the residual germs can propagate continuously in the hatching process of hatching eggs due to proper temperature and humidity conditions, and when the quantity of the germs reaches a certain degree, the germs can damage the embryo production and development and die. The death rate of embryos in the conventional hatching egg hatching is high, particularly the death rate of embryos in hatching eggs of ducks, geese and pigeons is high, wherein the main reason is germ infection. In the existing hatching egg hatching, an ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection mode is adopted, but the mode is generally to disinfect before hatching and cannot meet the requirement on disinfection in the whole hatching process.

In addition, in order to verify that the hatching rate of breeding pigeon eggs can be remarkably improved by adopting ozone sterilization, a group of comparison tests are also carried out, 30-45 hatching eggs are obtained from pigeon groups with the same variety and similar ages every day in the previous week, the pigeon eggs are randomly divided into two groups (a control group and a sterilization group), the pigeon eggs are placed in an incubator to begin hatching, the hatching eggs collected every day are repeated, each group is repeated for 7 times, 15-25 hatching eggs are repeated, the hatching is carried out when the eggs are hatched on the 5 th day, and the hatching eggs are transferred to a hatching frame when the eggs are hatched on the 15 th day.
During days 1 to 15 from hatch, 10 a.m. each day: 00, beginning to perform ozone disinfection on the disinfected hatching eggs, wherein the concentration of ozone is 15-20ppm, the disinfection time is 20 minutes, firstly, the tightness and the stability of an air supply pipeline of a disinfection system are tested, and after an ozone generator is started, the ozone generator continuously works for 30 minutes, so that the air supply pipeline system is found to have no air leakage phenomenon, and the tightness and the stability are good; secondly, the concentration of ozone in the incubator is measured, so that the requirement on the disinfection effect can be met; and finally, actually measuring and evaluating the overall operation effect of the disinfection system, continuously working the hatching and disinfection system for 15 days, balancing the operation, achieving an obvious effect, and disassembling and cleaning the system and equipment after disinfection.
During incubation periods 16-18, hatching egg hatchlings and body weights were recorded and hatchability and dead embryo rates were calculated for each replicate. The incubation results are subjected to statistical analysis, and the results show that: the hatching rate of the control group egg is 79.99 percent, and the corresponding dead embryo rate is 20.01 percent; the hatching rate of the sterilized eggs is 87.77 percent, the corresponding dead embryo rate is 12.23 percent, the hatching rate of the sterilized eggs is improved by 7.78 percent and is obviously higher than that of a control group (P<0.05). Therefore, the hatching and disinfecting method and the equipment can obviously improve the hatching rate of pigeon eggs and have obvious beneficial effects.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described in the foregoing embodiments, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof.
