Abstract

本发明公开了一种真空管太阳能集热器,适合于为公共浴室、工业用热水、锅炉预热、中央空调、制冷、采暖、太阳房、抽水喷灌、光热发电等领域收集太阳的辐射能转换为热能,供太阳能热利用,它由真空集热管、带夹层内腔的联集管、尾架、尾座、框架组成,联集管有进水连接管和出水连接管,真空集热管是在全玻璃真空集热管口部装有金属管帽,并用密封圈与联集管内胆密封连接,在金属管帽上有一根注液细管穿入在联集管夹层内腔上方,夹层内腔有液态工质的进液连接管和流出连接管。其优点是不炸管、不冻裂、不漏水、不结水垢。

一种真空管太阳能集热器
发明所属技术领域:太阳能集热器。
应用范围:适用于为公共浴室、工业用热水、锅炉预热、中央空调、制冷、采暖、太阳房、抽水喷灌、光热发电等领域,全天候收集太阳的辐射能转变为热能,供太阳能热利用。
技术背景:现有的真空管太阳能集热器主要由全玻璃真空集热管、联集管、尾架、框架组成,市场上出售的全玻璃真空管太阳能热水器就是这种形式,由于每支全玻璃真空集热管口部与连接管之孔用密封圈直接密封连接,因此全玻璃真空集热管耐冷热冲击性能较差,容易炸管,如果全玻璃真空集热管炸裂破碎一支,会严重漏水,致使太阳能热水工程系统内,几吨冷热水全部漏完,不能继续运行。
市场上现有的热管式真空管太阳能集热器和U型铜管真空管太阳能集热器其制造成本高,用来组装太阳能热水工程系统投资大,致使太阳能热利用不能与常规能源相竞争。
发明目的:本发明的目的是要提供一种真空管太阳能集热器,用来组装太阳能热水工程系统,不会炸管,运行可靠,其真空集热管耐冷热冲击性能好,若真空集热管万一破碎一支,不会漏水,能确保太阳能热水工程系统可靠地继续运行,在-40℃下高寒地区真空管太阳能集热器亦可运行,不会冻裂,不结水垢,不沉积水锈,不但能克服全玻璃真空管太阳能集热器所存在的缺点,而且能继承其优点,保留真空管涂层的太阳吸收比大,发射比小,热效率高,且比热压式热管真空管太阳能集热器或U型铜管真空管太阳能集热器其造价大幅度降低。
发明内容:真空管太阳能集热器是由真空集热管、带夹层内腔的联集管、尾架和框架组成。而真空集热管是在全玻璃真空集热管口部装有一只金属管帽,并用胶接剂密封粘接,在金属管帽上连接有一根很长的注液细管,全玻璃真空集热管和金属管帽其内腔充装有液态工质而构成。每支真空集热管其金属管帽通过密封圈与联集管内胆之孔密封连接,其注液细管穿入联集管的夹层内腔上方,并用密封圈与夹层内腔内外管壁密封连接,夹层内腔有供补充液态工质用的进液连接管和流出连接管。

具体实施方式:
一种真空管太阳能集热器,它由联集管14、框架2、尾架18、尾座20、真空集热管21组成,而真空集热管21是由全玻璃真空集热管22、其口部35用耐水、耐高温、耐工质腐蚀的胶接剂31密封粘接有带注液细管16的金属管帽1而构成,在全玻璃真空集热管22和金属管帽1的内腔里不装或装有两端封闭的管芯19,并装有支承用的圆片支架37和衬套38,其联集管14是在联集管外壳3与联集管内胆5之间浇注有联集管保温层4,联集管内胆5左侧面下方有进水连接管13,其右侧面下方有出水连接管6,其特征是联集管内胆5上方有一走水或液态防冻工质的夹层内腔12,由内胆9、外壳8和保温层11组成,联集管14的夹层内腔12的左侧面中间有一供补充液态工质用的进液连接管7A,夹层内腔12的右面侧中间有一供液态工质流出连接管7B,联集管14及其夹层内腔12其内外壁各开有一组上下共有中心线的大小圆孔,每支真空集热管21其注液细管16穿入在联集管14的夹层内腔12的上方,距上壁最好是低5~10mm,夹层内腔12内外壁之孔与小密封圈15外壁过盈配合而密封连接,小密封圈15内孔与注液细管16外壁过盈配合而密封连接,金属管帽1的外壁与大密封圈17之孔过盈配合而密封连接,大密封圈17的外壁与联集管内胆5其下壁之孔过盈配合而密封连接,全玻璃真空集热管22的口部外壁与橡胶护套23的内孔固紧连接,橡胶护套23的外壁与联集管外壳3其下壁之孔非密封连接,在夹层内腔12其上面供安装小密封圈15用的工艺孔与密封盖10过盈配合而密封连接,全玻璃真空集热管22的底部与尾座20的内孔非密封连接,尾座20的外壁与尾架18固紧连接。
这种真空管集热器除联集管14带有夹层内腔12,且每支新型真空集热管21的注液细管16穿入联集管14的夹层内腔12除外,或联集管14不带夹层内腔12,而每支真空集热管21的注液细管16穿出联集管14上方内外管壁,并有小密封圈15密封连接,在注液细管16的螺纹管口上连接有由圆片薄膜26阀体24和螺帽25组成的安全阀27,维修时采用注射器人工补充真空集热管21内所需的液态工质,或通过软管39将每根穿出联集管14上方的注液细管16与一跟焊有一排并联短管40的注液小联集管41分别对应密封连接。

1.一种真空管太阳能集热器,它由联集管(14)、框架(2)、尾架(18)、尾座(20)、真空集热管(21)组成。其特征是真空集热管(21)是由全玻璃真空集热管(22)、其口部(35)用耐水、耐高温、耐工质腐蚀的胶接剂(31)密封粘接有带注液细管(16)的金属管帽(1)而构成,在全玻璃真空集热管(22)和金属管帽(1)的内腔里不装或装有两端封闭的管芯(19),并装有支承用的圆片支架(37)和衬套(38),其联集管(14)是由联集管外壳(3)、联集管内胆(5)和联集管保温层(4)组成,联集管内胆(5)左侧面下方有进水连接管(13),其右侧面下方有出水连接管(6),联集管内胆(5)上方有一走水或液态防冻工质的夹层内腔(12),它由内胆(9)、外壳(8)和保温层(11)组成,联集管(14)的夹层内腔(12)的左侧面中间有一供补充液态工质用的进液连接管(7A),夹层内腔(12)的右侧面中间有一供液态工质流出连接管(7B),联集管(14)及其夹层内腔(12)其内外壁各开有一组上下共有中心线的大小圆孔,每支真空集热管(21)其注液细管(16)穿入在联集管(14)的夹层内腔(12)的上方,距上壁5~10mm,夹层内腔(12)内外壁之孔与小密封圈(15)外壁过盈配合而密封连接,小密封圈(15)内孔与注液细管(16)外壁过盈配合而密封连接,金属管帽(1)的外壁与大密封圈(17)之孔过盈配合而密封连接,大密封圈(17)的外壁与联集管内胆(5)其下壁之孔过盈配合而密封连接,全玻璃真空集热管(22)的口部外壁与橡胶护套(23)的内孔固紧连接,橡胶护套(23)的外壁与联集管外壳(3)其下壁之孔非密封连接,在夹层内腔(12)其上面供安装小密封圈(15)用的工艺孔与密封盖(10)过盈配合而密封连接,全玻璃真空集热管(22)的底部与尾座(20)的内孔非密封连接,尾座(20)的外壁与尾架(18)固紧连接。
