Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型真空管太阳能集热器,适合于为公共浴室、工业用热水、锅炉预热、中央空调、制冷、采暖、太阳房、抽水喷灌、光热发电等领域收集太阳的辐射能转换为热能,供太阳能热利用。它由新型真空集热管、带夹层内腔的联集管、尾架、框架组成,新型真空集热管是在全玻璃真空集热管口部装有金属管帽,并用密封圈与联集管内胆连接,在金属管帽上有一根注液细管穿入在联集管夹层内腔上方,夹层内腔储有自动补给真空集热管内所需的液态工质。

Description

新型真空管太阳能集热器
本发明涉及一种真空管太阳能集热器,特别是一种新型真空管太阳能集热器。适用于为公共浴室、工业用热水、锅炉预热、中央空调、制冷、采暖、太阳房、抽水喷灌、光热发电等领域,全天候收集太阳的辐射能转变为热能,供太阳能热利用。
现有的真空管太阳能集热器主要由全玻璃真空集热管、联集管、尾架、框架组成。市场上出售的全玻璃真空管太阳能集热器就是这种形式。由于每支全玻璃真空集热管口部与联集管之孔用密封圈直接连接,因此全玻璃真空集热管耐冷热冲击性能较差,容易炸管,如果全玻璃真空集热管炸裂破碎一支,会严重漏水,致使太阳能热水工程系统内,几吨冷热水全部漏完,不能继续运行。
市场上现有的热管式真空管太阳能集热器和U型铜管真空管太阳能集热器其制造成本高,用来组装太阳能热水水工程系统投资大,致使太阳能热利用不能与常规能源相竞争。
本发明的目的是要提供一种新型真空管太阳能集热器,用来组装太阳能热水工程系统,不会炸管,运行可靠,其真空集热管耐冷热冲击性能好,若真空集热管万一破碎一支,不会漏水,能确保太阳能热水工程系统可靠地继续运行,在-40℃下高寒地区新型真空管太阳能集热器亦可运行,不会冻裂,不结水垢,不沉积水锈,不但能克服全玻璃真空管太阳能集热器所存在的缺点,而且能继承其优点,保留真空管涂层的太阳吸收比大,发射比小,热效率高,且比热压式热管真空管太阳能集热器或U型铜管真空管太阳能集热器其造价大幅度降低。
本发明是这样实现的:新型真空管太阳能集热器是由新型真空集热管、带夹层内腔的联集管、尾架和框架组成。而新型真空集热管是在全玻璃真空集热管口部装有一只金属管帽,并用胶接剂粘接,在金属管帽上连接有一根很长的注液细管,全玻璃真空集管和金属管帽其内腔充装有液态工质而构成。每支新型真空集热管其金属管帽通过密封圈与联集管内胆之孔连接,其注液细管穿入联集管的夹层内腔上方,并用密封圈与夹层内腔内外管壁连接,夹层内腔供储存液态工质用,并在夹层内腔上装有补充液态工质流进的连接管。
下面结合附图对本发明作详细的描述。

新型真空管集热器选用一种新型真空集热管[21](其专利申请号为98206638.4)用作太阳能集热管,它是在全玻璃真空集热管[22]的口部[35]装有一只金属管帽[1],并用耐水、耐高温、耐工质腐蚀的胶接剂[31]粘接,在金属管帽[1]上连接有一根很长的注液细管[16],全玻璃真空集热管[22]和金属管帽[1]的内腔不装或装有两端封闭的管芯[19]并用园片支架[37]和衬套[38]支承,新型真空集热管[21]内腔充装有水或液态防冻工质[30],例如甲醇、乙醇、乙醛、丙酮或蒸馏水加乙醇的混合液体,在新型真空集热管[21]的下端用尾座[20]与尾架[18]连接,其全玻璃真空集热管[22]的口部[35]通过橡胶护套[23]与联集管[14]的外壳[3]之孔连接,金属管帽[1]用密封圈[17]与联集管[14]的内胆[5]之孔连接,其注液细管[16]穿入联集管[14]的夹层内腔[12],延伸至夹层内腔[12]上方,距上壁低5~10mm,并用密封圈[15]与夹层内腔[12]下面之孔连接,在夹层内腔[12]上面开有供安装密封圈[15]所用的工艺孔,并装有密封盖[10],在联集管[14]的左面装有冷水进水连接管[13],在联集管[14]的右面装有热水出水连接管[6],在夹层内腔[12]左面装有供自动补充液态工质用的进液连接管[7A],在夹层内腔[12]左面装有供液态工质流出连接管[7B],夹层内腔[12]由内壁[9]、外壳[8]和保温层[11]组成,这种新型真空管集热器在联集管[14]的左面上方装有一根热水进水连接管[13A],其下方装有一根冷水进水连接管[13B],在联集管[14]的右面上方装有一根热水出水连接管[6A],其下方装有一根冷水出水连接管[6B],供自然循环的太阳能热水工程系统采用。
这种新型真空管集热器除联集管[14]带有夹层内腔[12],且每支新型真空集热管[21]的注液细管[16]穿入联集管[14]的夹层内腔[12]除外,或联集管[14]不带夹层内腔[12],而每支新型真空集热管[21]的注液细管[16]穿出联集管[14]上方内外管壁,并用密封圈[15]连接,在金属细管[16]的螺纹管口上连接有由园片薄膜[26]阀体[24]和螺帽[25]组成的安全阀[27],维修时采用注射器人工补充新型真空集热管[21]内所需的液态工质。或通过软管[39]将每根穿出联集管[14]上方的金属细管[16]与一根焊有一排并联短管[40]的注液联集管[41]分别对应连接。

Claims (5)

1.一种由真空集热管[21]尾架[18]、框架[2]以及由外壳[3]、内胆[5]、保温层[4]、进水连接管[13]、出水连接管[6]构成的联集管[14]所组合成的真空管太阳能集热器,其特征是真空集热管是一种新型真空集热管[21],其专利申请号为98206638.4,它是在全玻璃真空集热管[22]的口部[35]装有一只金属管帽[1],并用耐水、耐高温、耐工质腐蚀的胶接剂[31]粘接,在全玻璃真空集热管[22]和金属管帽[1]的内腔装有两端封闭的管芯[19],并用园片支架[37]和衬套[38]支承,在金属管帽[1]上连接有注液细管[16],每支新型真空集热管[21]的下端与尾架[18]之孔用尾座[20]连接,金属管帽[1]与联集管[14]的内胆[5]其下壁之孔用密封圈[17]连接,全玻璃真空集热管[22]的口部[35]穿过联集管[14]的外壳[3]下壁之孔用橡胶护套[23]连接,注液细管[16]穿入联集管[14]的夹层内腔[12]上方,距上壁低5mm,并用密封圈[15]与夹层内腔[12]内外之壁连接,夹层内腔[12]左面有一供自动补充液态工质用的进液连接管[7A],夹层内腔[12]右面有一供液态工质流出连接管[7B],夹层内腔[12]由内壁[9]、外壳[8]和保温层[11]组成,在夹层内腔[12]上方开有供安装密封圈[15]所使用的工艺孔,并装有密封盖[10]。
2.根据权利要求1所规定的太阳能集热器,其特征是除在联集管[14]左面有一根冷水进水连接管[13],右面有一根热水出水连接管[6]外,或在联集管[14]的左面上方装有一根热水进水连接管[13A]其下方装有一根冷水进水连接管[13B],联集管[14]右面上方装有一根热水进水连接管[6A],其下方装有一根冷水出水连接管[6B]。
3.根据权利要求(1、2或3)所规定的太阳能集热器,其特征是除采用在全玻璃真空集热管[22]和金属管帽[1]其内腔装有两端封闭管芯[19]的新型真空集热管[21A]组装成新型太阳能集热器外,或采用在全玻璃真空集热管[22]和金属管帽[1]内腔不装两端封闭管芯[19]的新型真空集热管[21B],其专利申请号也为98206638.4,组装成新型太阳能集热器。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所规定的太阳能集热器,其特征是除联集管[14]带有夹层内腔[12],且每支新型真空集热管[21]的注液细管[16]穿入联集管[14]的夹层内腔[12]上方外,或联集管[14]不带夹层内腔[12],而每支新型真空集热管[21]的注液细管[16]穿出联集管[14]上方内外管壁,并用密封圈[15]连接,在金属细管[16]的螺纹管口上,连接有由园片薄膜[26]和螺帽[25]阀体[24]构成的安全阀[27]。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所规定的太阳能集热器,其特征是除联集管[14]带有夹层内腔[12],且每支新型真空集热管[21]的注液细管[16]穿入联集管[14]的夹层内腔[12]上方外,或联集管[14]不带夹层内腔[12],而每支新型真空集热管[21]的注液细管[16]穿出联集管[14]上方内外管壁,并通过软管[39]与一根焊有一排并联短管[40]的联集管[41]分别对应连接。
