The invention provides a hot melt film product with an elastomer and a processing method thereof, wherein the hot melt film product comprises two layers of hot melt films, the surface of one layer of the hot melt film forms the elastomer through elastic fiber glue scraped by a screen printer, the elastomer is adhered to the other layer of the hot melt film after being heated and dried to form the elastic hot melt film product, the elastic fiber glue is scraped and coated between the two layers of the hot melt films to form the elastomer to form a sandwich structure, so that the finished hot melt film product has better tensile strength and is not easy to deform and break in the using process, and the cost of the screen printing elastic fiber glue is lower than that of spandex cloth, so that the hot melt film product has better competitive advantage in market competition and better market prospect.

As the preferable technical scheme of the processing method of the hot melt film product with the elastomer, the elastomer is dried and heated at the temperature of 150 ℃ for 5min.
As a preferable technical scheme of the processing method of the hot melt film product with the elastomer, when the finished hot melt film product is rolled in the step S5, release paper is adhered to both sides of the finished hot melt film product.

the composite elastic fiber can adopt T400 elastic fiber and bi-component novel composite elastic fiber prepared by common PET through an advanced composite spinning process; the hot melt film has natural permanent spiral crimp, excellent fluffiness, elasticity, elastic recovery rate, color fastness and particularly soft hand feeling, and therefore the polyether ester elastic fiber glue, the polyolefin elastic fiber glue and the composite elastic fiber glue are reused, so that the hot melt film product can be subjected to silk-screen printing of a proper elastomer 2 according to the actual use requirement, and the elastomer 2 can be subjected to round net blade coating or flat net blade coating during silk-screen printing, so that the processing convenience of the elastomer 2 is ensured, and meanwhile, flexible processing can be carried out according to the requirement.
A processing method for manufacturing the hot melt film product with the elastomer comprises the following steps:
