Two connecting slots 135 are arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate 119, and the clamping mechanism 134 is arranged in the connecting slots 135 under normal conditions, so that the bottom of the bottom plate 119 is flat, the sorting bin 113 can move downwards to a lower position, and the goods can be poured conveniently. After the sorting bin 113 is turned over, the clamping mechanisms 134 come to the top of the sorting bin 113, and the two groups of clamping mechanisms 134 can be turned over to the upper side of the bottom plate 119 through the rotary lifting mechanisms 136, so that the two groups of clamping mechanisms 134 are arranged oppositely, and the two groups of clamping mechanisms 134 are matched to clamp the containers. The two groups of clamping mechanisms 134 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the intelligent sorting vehicle 104, so that after the intelligent sorting vehicle 104 enters between the two shelves 105, the positions of the two groups of clamping mechanisms 134 can be matched with containers placed on the shelves 105, the two groups of clamping mechanisms 134 are matched to take one container off the shelves 105, the container comes to the top of the bottom plate 119, then, the group of rotary lifting mechanisms 136 is started, the clamping mechanisms 134 close to the supports 109 are turned back to the connecting grooves 135, when the dumping mechanism 115 works, the sorting bin 113 is inclined, the container can slide along the bottom plate 119 and fall onto one bearing plate 116, and replenishment of one piece of goods is completed.
The rotary lifting mechanism 136 comprises a driving motor, a rotary arm 137 and a connecting plate 138, the driving motor is used for driving the rotary arm 137 to rotate, the rotary arm 137 is of an arc-shaped structure, the connecting plate 138 is used for being connected with the clamping mechanism 134, the rotary arm 137 rotates after the driving motor is started, the clamping mechanism 134 is turned to the outside of the connecting groove 135, and the clamping mechanism 134 rotates to the vertical state from the horizontal state.
As shown in fig. 13-16, the sorting bin 113 further includes an end plate 139 close to the turning mechanism 130, the end plate 139 is provided with a socket 140, an accommodating groove 141 is further disposed inside the sorting bin 113, the accommodating groove 141 is located between the end plate 139 and the connecting hole 133, the turning mechanism 130 further includes a sleeve 142, the sleeve 142 is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 132, an end of the sleeve 142 is connected outside the driver 131, and when the driver 131 works, the sleeve 142 and the driver 131 keep relatively stationary, the other end of the sleeve 142 passes through the socket 140 and is connected to a limiting rod 143, the limiting rod 143 is of an arc structure, the limiting rod 143 and the sleeve 142 are coaxially disposed, and the sleeve 142 is connected to the limiting rod 143 through a connecting rod 144; the accommodating groove 141 is located below the bottom plate 119, a through hole 145 through which an end of the limiting rod 143 can pass is formed in the bottom plate 119, and a limiting ring 146 is connected to one side of the tail plate 122 close to the bracket 109; after the flipper 130 is activated, the end of the stop rod 143 is inserted through the aperture 145 and into the stop collar 146, such that the tailgate 122 remains stationary relative to the sorting bin 113 during operation of the dumping mechanism 115.
Through the structure, the tail plate 122 and the sorting bin 113 can be locked by the turnover mechanism 130 after the sorting bin 113 is turned over, so that the tail plate 122 cannot move when the container is dumped by the turnover mechanism 130, the container is ensured not to be clamped with other parts, and the container taking work is smoother.
The turnover mechanism 130 further includes a sleeve 142, and the sleeve 142 is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 132 and connected to the outside of the driver 131, so that the sleeve 142 is not connected to the power structure of the driver 131, and the driver 131 does not drive the sleeve 142 to rotate when operating. The end plate 139 is provided with a jack 140 for the sleeve 142 to pass through, the sorting bin 113 is internally provided with a containing groove 141, and the containing groove 141 facilitates the actions of the limiting rod 143 and the pull rod. The bottom plate 119 is provided with a through hole 145 through which the stop rod 143 can pass, and one side of the tail plate 122 close to the bracket 109 is connected with a stop ring 146 for matching with the stop rod 143.
After the turning mechanism 130 is started, the housing of the driver 131 and the sleeve 142 are kept stationary, the shaft 132 rotates to drive the sorting bin 113 to rotate, and the end of the limiting rod 143 sequentially passes through the through hole 145 and the limiting ring 146, so that the tail plate 122 is locked at the tail of the sorting bin 113 by the limiting rod 143.
As shown in fig. 14, a baffle 147 is provided at the perforation 145, one end of the baffle 147 is hinged to the perforation 145, and a stopper 148 for stopping the downward turning of the baffle 147 is provided at the side of the perforation 145. The structure makes the top of the bottom plate 119 of the sorting bin 113 be a flat structure when the sorting bin is sorting goods, and the edge corners of the goods cannot drop downwards and be clamped at the through holes 145, so that the goods can smoothly enter the goods frame 117 from the sorting bin 113. And when the stop bar 143 passes through the through hole 145, it can push the flap 147 upward, so that the through hole 145 is opened.
The rotating shaft 132 is in transition fit with the connecting hole 133, and the rotating shaft 132 is connected with the connecting hole 133 through a connecting key 149. This structure allows the rotating shaft 132 to smoothly rotate the sorting bin 113.
The rollers 110 are arranged in two rows and have four rollers, two rollers 110 located on opposite corners are driving wheels, and the other two rollers 110 are driven wheels. This arrangement allows the intelligent sorting cart 104 to smoothly complete the forward, backward, rotational, and rotational movements.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the grasping mechanism 134 includes a clamp plate 150, a telescoping assembly connected to the connecting plate 138, and a translating assembly connected to the telescoping assembly, the clamp plate 150 being connected to the telescoping assembly. The telescoping assembly allows it to grip a container and the translating assembly allows the clamp plate 150 to move horizontally to move a container from the rack 105 to the top of the sorting bin 113.
The cargo frame 117 is detachably connected to the loading plate 116, a roller 151 is disposed at an end of the loading plate 116 close to the bracket 109, and a barrier 152 is disposed at an end of the loading plate 116 far from the bracket 109. The rollers 151 are arranged so that the container can roll quickly when it contacts the carrier plate 116 and smoothly drop completely onto the carrier plate 116. The stop bars 152 at the ends of the carrier plate 116 serve to stop the cargo from falling.
