At present, most of paint falls because the traffic indication post stands on two sides of a road, and passing vehicles can splash stones to damage the traffic indication post, so that pits are formed, and a paint coating is damaged. At present common automatic mode of spraying paint when the department that drops in the paint of facing traffic indication post unevenness, unable automatically regulated volume of spraying paint restores the pit, makes the incomplete of spraying paint like this, influences holistic rust protection of traffic indication post and visibility. As shown in figures 1 and 2, the invention needs to adjust the paint spraying equipment to prepare for work. The preparation work is specifically as follows: firstly, the movable plate (1) is dragged, and the paint spraying equipment is moved to the side of the indication column to be maintained and fixed. As shown in figure 7, figure 8 and figure 9, in an initial state of the invention, a storage area (6) of a spray painting pipe is filled with paint, a communication opening (8) is half-shielded by a sliding block (11) and is still communicated with the storage area (6) and a spraying area (7), a fan-shaped spraying end of a spraying column (3) inclines downwards and points to one end, close to an indicating column, of a cleaning block (4), and the cleaning block (4) is pressed by the indicating column to enable a first compression spring (10) to be slightly compressed. When the automatic paint spraying device starts to work, the screw rod (19) rotates to drive the threaded sleeve (20) and the lifting sleeve (18) to move downwards, meanwhile, paint in the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) is sprayed out from the spraying column (3) under the pressure of the external paint spraying pump (25), and the passing area is automatically sprayed with paint. The cleaning block (4) positioned below the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) moves downwards along with the downward movement of the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2), so that the cleaning block (4) can automatically clean the indicator column to be maintained before the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) sprays paint. The specific cleaning mode is that the cleaning column moves downwards, and because of the restoring force of the first compression spring (10), the cleaning block (4) radially extrudes the peripheral wall of the indicating column, so that garbage on the peripheral wall of the indicating column can be scraped when the cleaning block (4) moves downwards, and the influence on paint spraying is avoided.
Because the circumferential wall of the indication post is provided with the sunken part generated by collision, the angle of the spraying post (3) is required to be adjusted when the indicating post is sprayed with paint, so that the indicating post is always aligned with the circumferential wall of the indication post, and the paint spraying amount is required to be increased at the sunken part, so that the sunken part can be covered by the sprayed paint to repair the sunken part. Therefore, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, when the spray column (3) sprays paint on the concave part during operation of the invention, the cleaning block (4) below the spray column (3) enters the concave part to clean the concave part. When the cleaning block (4) enters the depression, the cleaning block (4) returns to be always tightly attached to the outer wall of the depression of the indication column under the restoring force of the first compression spring (10), the cleaning block (4) moves towards the inner side direction of the indication column in the radial direction, the driving wedge block (14) fixed on the cleaning block (4) moves along with the cleaning block (4), the wedge surface a (13) on the sliding block (11) loses the extrusion of the driving wedge block (14), and the sliding block (11) moves downwards under the restoring force of the second compression spring (15). The original sliding block (11) covers the communication opening (8) in a half mode, when the sliding block (11) moves downwards, the communication opening (8) is enlarged, more paint enters the spraying area (7) from the storage area (6) and is sprayed out from the spraying column (3), and the paint spraying amount is increased. Meanwhile, when the spraying column (3) is about to leave the concave part, the cleaning block (4) can move towards the outer side direction of the indicating column along the radial direction, the sliding block (11) moves upwards under the driving of the driving wedge block (14), the communication opening (8) is reduced, so that the paint spraying amount is reduced, and meanwhile, the driving block drives the spraying column (3) to rotate clockwise through the connecting rod (12), so that the spraying end of the spraying column (3) is always aligned with one end, close to the indicating column, of the cleaning block (4).
As shown in figures 4 and 9, because the depressions of the indicating columns are sheet-shaped and do not cover the whole circumference of the indicating columns, the cleaning blocks (4) are arranged into a single body and are annularly arranged below the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) so as to adapt to the depressions with different sizes.
The invention can automatically spray paint on the erected traffic indication post, automatically clean the area to be sprayed with paint when spraying paint, automatically align and regulate the paint spraying amount according to the depth of the pit on the indication post in the paint spraying process, and repair the pit. According to the invention, by utilizing the characteristic that the cleaning block (4) is always tightly attached to the indication column when cleaning garbage on the indication column, the depth of the concave part is measured by utilizing the relative radial displacement of the cleaning block (4), the sliding block (11) is driven to expand and reduce the communication port (8), the paint spraying amount of the spraying column (3) is increased and reduced, and meanwhile, the spraying column (3) is driven to rotate by the connecting rod (12) while the sliding block (11) slides, so that the spraying column is always aligned to one end, close to the indication column, of the cleaning block (4), complete paint spraying of the indication column is ensured, the paint spraying quality is ensured, and meanwhile, paint is saved.
As a further scheme of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the lifting mechanism comprises a fixed ring (17) fixedly mounted on the moving plate (1), a lifting sleeve (18) is vertically slidably mounted on the outer wall of the fixed ring (17), and the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) is rotatably mounted on the lifting sleeve (18); be provided with external drive power supply's screw rod (19) in solid fixed ring (17), slidable mounting has swivel nut (20) on screw rod (19), and fixed mounting has bellying (21) of gliding in the sliding tray on swivel nut (20), bellying (21) and lifting sleeve (18) fixed connection. Because the invention needs to work outdoors, the lifting is controlled simply and reliably by driving the screw rod (19) by the motor, and if the extrusion driving mode is adopted, an additional air source is needed, thus increasing the cost.
As a further scheme of the invention, the spraying end of the spraying column (3) is in a fan shape. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the fan-shaped spraying end can enlarge the spraying surface, enable the spraying to be uniform and improve the spraying effect.
As a further scheme of the invention, the device also comprises a drying pipe (22) arranged above the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2), wherein a drying head (23) is arranged on the drying pipe (22), and the drying pipe (22) is connected with a drying pump (24) arranged on the moving plate (1). Because the invention works outdoors and the weather is changeable, the paint needs to be dried even after the paint spraying is finished, thereby avoiding the influence on the paint spraying maintenance effect caused by rain and paint falling when the paint is not dry. As shown in figure 6, the drying pipe (22) is arranged above the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2), and the drying pump (24) and the paint spraying pump (25) are simultaneously started, so that the area can be immediately dried when the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) just finishes spraying the area, the phenomenon that the area generates liquid drops to fall down to influence the paint spraying of the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) below is avoided, the mode is simple and convenient, and the paint spraying maintenance effect is ensured.
As a further development of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the storage area (6) in the curved spray pipe (2) is connected to a spray pump (25) arranged on the moving plate (1).
As a further scheme of the invention, a gap part (26) is formed on the cleaning block (4) and is used for receiving redundant paint sprayed by the spraying column (3). As shown in FIG. 9, the arrangement is to facilitate the subsequent recovery of the excess paint sprayed by the spray post (3), thereby saving the cost and avoiding the waste.
The working principle is as follows: as shown in figures 1 and 2, the paint spraying device is required to be adjusted to prepare for work when the paint spraying device works. The preparation work is specifically as follows: firstly, the movable plate (1) is dragged, and the paint spraying equipment is moved to the side of the indication column to be maintained and fixed. As shown in figures 7, 8 and 9, in an initial state, a storage area (6) of a spray painting pipe is filled with paint, a communication opening (8) is semi-shielded by a sliding block (11), but the storage area (6) is still communicated with a spraying area (7), a fan-shaped spraying end of a spraying column (3) inclines downwards and points to one end, close to an indicating column, of a cleaning block (4), and the cleaning block (4) is pressed by the indicating column to enable a first compression spring (10) to be slightly compressed. When the automatic paint spraying device starts to work, the screw rod (19) rotates to drive the threaded sleeve (20) and the lifting sleeve (18) to move downwards, meanwhile, paint in the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) is sprayed out from the spraying column (3) under the pressure of the external paint spraying pump (25), and the passing area is automatically sprayed with paint. The cleaning block (4) positioned below the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) moves downwards along with the downward movement of the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2), so that the cleaning block (4) can automatically clean the indicator column to be maintained before the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) sprays paint. The cleaning column moves downwards, and because of restoring force of the first compression spring (10), the cleaning block (4) radially extrudes the peripheral wall of the indication column, so that garbage on the peripheral wall of the indication column can be scraped when the cleaning block (4) moves downwards, and paint spraying is prevented from being influenced.

When the cleaning block (4) enters the depression, the cleaning block (4) is tightly attached to the outer wall of the depression of the indication column all the time under the restoring force of the first compression spring (10), the cleaning block (4) moves towards the inner side direction of the indication column in the radial direction, the driving wedge block (14) fixed on the cleaning block (4) moves along with the cleaning block (4), the wedge surface a (13) on the sliding block (11) loses the extrusion of the driving wedge block (14), and the sliding block (11) moves downwards under the restoring force of the second compression spring (15). As shown in figures 4 and 9, because the depressions of the indicating columns are sheet-shaped and do not cover the whole circumference of the indicating columns, the cleaning blocks (4) are arranged into a single body and are annularly arranged below the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) so as to adapt to the depressions with different sizes.
As shown in figure 6, the drying pipe (22) is arranged above the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2), and the drying pump (24) and the paint spraying pump (25) are simultaneously started, so that the area can be immediately dried when the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) just finishes spraying the area, the phenomenon that the area generates liquid drops to fall down to influence the paint spraying of the arc-shaped paint spraying pipe (2) below is avoided, the mode is simple and convenient, and the paint spraying maintenance effect is ensured.
