the optimal cross-bank transfer participant node receives a cross-bank transfer processing result sent by a blockchain network, and initiates a result consensus verification request to the blockchain network according to the cross-bank transfer processing result;
each inter-bank transfer participating bank node obtains an inter-bank transfer verification result of the bank node according to the consensus verification request sent by the blockchain network, and sends the inter-bank transfer verification result of the bank node to the blockchain network;
the optimal cross-bank transfer participant node receives cross-bank transfer verification results of all cross-bank transfer participant nodes sent through a block chain network; and when the cross-bank transfer verification result is that the number of verification passing results exceeds a preset threshold value, sending the cross-bank transfer processing result storage request to a block chain network for each cross-bank transfer participating bank node to store.

the optimal cross-bank transfer participating bank node sends a random transaction request to the blockchain network at intervals of a preset time interval;
each cross-bank transfer participating bank node processes a random transaction request sent by a block chain network and sends an obtained random transaction processing result to the block chain network;
and the optimal cross-bank transfer participating bank node re-determines the optimal cross-bank transfer participating bank node according to the speed of the transaction processing result sent through the blockchain network.
