技术领域
本发明属于汽车电子主动安全控制技术领域,具体涉及的是一种可实现自主配置的复合型TPMS控制方法。
背景技术
在汽车内部众多电子控制单元中,胎压监测系统(Tire Pressure MonitoringSystem,TPMS)和遥控无钥匙进入系统(Remote Keyless Entry,RKE)是汽车安全、防盗系统的重要组成部分。直接式TPMS主要由轮胎传感器和胎压接收器组成。RKE系统主要由安装于车内的主控单元和便携式钥匙模块组成。
直接式TPMS各轮胎传感器与胎压接收器需要先完成位置匹配才能正常使用。车辆出厂前一般由整车厂家完成配置,当车主需要轮胎换新或调换时,只能去4S店或专业维修机构才能完成各轮胎传感器与胎压接收器的重新匹配。这种方式的缺点是TPMS配置的时间、地点都受到限制,车主不能自主完成配置,使用不方便,且花费的精力和时间较多。
RKE和TPMS都是基于无线通信技术来进行数据的接收和发送的,表1给出了二者在射频技术指标上的对比结果。

由于RKE和TPMS在射频工作原理上存在共同点,可考虑将二者的无线接收器共用,减少硬件开销从而降低成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计提供一种低成本、便携式并可实现车主自主配置的复合型TPMS控制方法。RKE系统由于其控制方便、钥匙便于携带已在家用轿车上得到大面积使用。便携式钥匙是RKE系统的组成部分之一,内部集成了射频发射器,可向安装在车内的射频接收器发送门控命令信号。在美国和日本射频发射器的载波频率是315MHz,欧洲则使用434MHz。日本的RKE系统采用频移键控FSK调制,其他国家则采用幅移键控ASK调制。而TPMS的低频触发驱动电路工作载频为125KHz,也是采用ASK调制,属于低频通信,且和RKE系统分时工作,因而不会相互干扰。此外,TPMS低频触发驱动电路所用元器件少,例如常用的半桥驱动电路只需要4个三极管和几个电阻、电容即可,这也为将TPMS低频触发驱动电路集成到RKE钥匙里扫除了障碍。
在调制模式上,RKE和TPMS均支持幅移键控ASK(Amplitude-Shift Keying,ASK)和频移键控FSK(Frequency-Shift Keying,FSK)两种。FSK调制模式的优点是抗噪声与抗衰减性能好,而ASK调制模式的优点是功耗低。由于TPMS对可靠性要求较高,所以目前市场的TPMS以FSK模式为主。而RKE多采用ASK调制模式,以延长RKE钥匙的使用寿命。由于RKE和TPMS在射频工作原理上存在共同点,所以可考虑将二者的无线接收器共用。目前市场上同时支持ASK调制和FSK调制的双模无线收发器有很多,如飞思卡尔公司的MC33596、MAXIM公司的MAX7032等等,分别满足于前后装不同市场的应用需求。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可实现自主配置的复合型TPMS控制方法。
为了实现该控制方法,首先一方面将轮胎传感器低频触发驱动电路集成到RKE钥匙中,实现了各轮胎传感器ID的便利自主配置;然后另一方面优化射频链路并采用双模胎压收发机分时接收轮胎传感器和遥控钥匙发出的信号,解码输出的胎压数据通过CAN总线送给汽车组合仪表进行显示,解码输出的按键控制指令通过CAN总线送给车身控制器完成车门车窗的驱动控制。当车辆ACC为OFF状态时,双模胎压收发机只接收RKE钥匙发过来的配对指令或按键控制指令;当车辆ACC为ON状态时,双模胎压收发机只接收轮胎传感器胎压监测数据。
一种可实现自主配置的复合型TPMS控制方法,其特征在于:所述控制方法包括以下步骤:步骤1、RKE钥匙与胎压收发机配对;
步骤2、轮胎传感器与胎压收发机配对;
步骤3、胎压检测。
进一步的,所述步骤1、RKE钥匙与胎压收发机配对具体包括以下步骤:
(1)车辆ACC开关打到OFF状态,胎压收发机检测内部所存RKE钥匙序列号为全0时自动进入配对模式,此时只接收RKE钥匙发出的433.92MHz的ASK调制信号;
(2)按压RKE钥匙上的配对按键发送包含唯一序列号的配对数据帧,胎压收发机正确接收并保存该序列号后向RKE钥匙发送确认数据帧,同时指示灯变绿,否则指示灯一直为红色
(3)RKE钥匙正确接收确认数据帧后再生效开锁和关锁按键功能,否则开锁和关锁按键功能一直为失效状态;
(4)配对成功后,胎压收发机通过检测点火开关ACC状态自动切换工作模式,当ACC为ON状态时,胎压监测系统进入启动模式;当ACC为OFF状态时,胎压监测系统进入熄火模式。
进一步的,所述步骤2、轮胎传感器与胎压收发机配对具体包括以下步骤:
A、首先车辆ACC开关打到ON状态,在中控显示屏上设置TPMS系统进入配置模式,配置光标默认停在左前轮,并按照1秒周期闪动;
B、将所述RKE钥匙对准左前轮的气门嘴,按下钥匙上的“配置”功能键产生ASK低频无线信号触发左前轮内部的轮胎传感器;
C、所述轮胎传感器接收到配置命令后,自动检测轮胎内部的当前气压值和温度值,并和轮胎传感器惟一的身份标识ID号打包成完整数据帧,通过产生FSK高频调制信号将数据帧发送给轮胎接收器;
D、所述双模胎压收发机接收高频调制信号并解调出数据帧,对数据帧进行校验判断,若数据帧正确则通过CAN总线发送给中控显示屏进行显示,若数据帧错误则丢弃重新接收;
E、中控显示屏接收到正确的数据帧后,存储数据帧中的传感器ID号,并将该ID号和左前轮显示图标匹配后显示当前的气压值和温度值,气压值和温度值按照1秒周期闪动,并启动声音报警表示左前轮配对成功;
F、调整光标位置到右前轮位置,重复上述步骤B~E依次完成四个轮胎内部轮胎传感器的配对;TPMS系统配置完成后退出配置模式。
于上述的控制方法中,RKE钥匙中的低频触发功能除了“配置”功能键外,还可以根据需求增加强制发射、报警门限设置等功能按键;轮胎传感器采用气门嘴作为高频通信天线,低频接收天线置于轮胎传感器印制电路板上;胎压收发机位于车体中间位置,与4个胎压传感器的距离相当,以提高通信可靠性;组合仪表中的中控显示器位于驾驶室,同时也是车载导航影音系统的显示器。
进一步的,所述步骤3、胎压检测具体包括轮胎传感器自动检测车辆停车、行车运行状态,并按照停车、行车两种状态分别进行数据帧发送控制和轮胎内部信息显示。
于步骤3中,轮胎传感器按照3分钟一次检测加速度,当连续5次检测加速度值在-5g~+5g之间时确认为停车状态,停车状态轮胎传感器控制流程包括下列步骤:
A、 胎压、加速度检测周期均为4秒,不检测胎温,而且只检测数据不发射;
B、 当检测胎压递增变化值≥+0.2Bar,发送一次高频数据更新显示;
C、 当检测到轮胎气压高、气压低两种异常状态之一时,按照30秒一次发送高频数据,发送6次后按照3分钟一次发送高频数据,胎压恢复正常则传感器报警自动消除。
于步骤3中,轮胎传感器按照3分钟一次检测加速度,当检测加速度值≥±5g时,确认进入行车状态,行车状态轮胎传感器控制流程包括下列步骤:
A、 立即检测轮胎内部气压值,并按照30秒一次发送高频数据,发送6次后按照3分钟一次发送高频数据;
B、 胎压检测周期为4秒,加速度检测周期为3分钟;
C、 当检测胎压递增变化值≥+0.2Bar,发送一次高频数据更新显示;
D、 当检测到轮胎气压高、气压低两种异常状态之一时,立即按照4秒一次发送高频数据,发送3次后按照3分钟一次发送高频数据,轮胎恢复正常则传感器报警自动消除。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点为:本TPMS控制方法使用方便,不受时间、地点限制,车主完全可以自主实现轮胎配对;RKE系统设计成本降低50%以上,而且省去了复杂的控制电缆及其走线,有利于全面推广和应用。

如图1所示,可实现自主配置的复合型TPMS主要由RKE钥匙、轮胎传感器1、轮胎传感器2、轮胎传感器3、轮胎传感器4、胎压收发机、组合仪表和车身控制器组成。其中,RKE钥匙和各轮胎传感器之间通过低频125KHz进行通信,ASK调制模式,RKE钥匙属于发射端,轮胎传感器属于接收端;轮胎传感器和胎压收发机之间通过高频315MHz或433.92MHz进行通信,FSK调制模式,轮胎传感器属于发射端,胎压收发机属于接收端;RKE钥匙和胎压收发机之间通过高频315MHz或433.92MHz进行双向通信,ASK调制模式;胎压收发机和组合仪表、车身控制器之间通过CAN总线双向通信,符合CAN2.0B高速接口标准。
如图2所示,RKE钥匙主要由单片机、RKE高频驱动电路、TPMS低频驱动电路、高频天线、低频天线、存储器、按键和电池组成。RKE高频驱动电路工作频率与TPMS系统相同,但调制模式不同,RKE高频驱动电路采用ASK调制模式。TPMS低频驱动电路常用的有全桥驱动方式、半桥驱动方式以及集成电路驱动等,常用的工作频率为125KHz,ASK调制模式,曼彻斯特编码方式,波特率小于10kbps。需要指出的是,低频发射功率太强则容易触发多个轮胎传感器,所以低频发射功率建议小于1W,通信距离小于1米。按键设置方面,除了RKE系统使用的开锁、解锁两个按键之外,还需要至少有个低频触发“配置”按键,也可以根据需要增加强制发射、报警门限设置等其他低频触发功能按键。RKE配对时,“配置”按键兼做配对按键使用。
如图3所示,轮胎传感器主要由压力传感器、温度传感器、加速度传感器、电压触感器、单片机、高频发射电路、低频接收电路、高频天线、低频天线和电池组成。随着微电子技术的发展,胎压传感器的集成度越来越高,目前主流的胎压传感器是将各种传感器、单片机及射频电路集成到单颗芯片中,提高可靠性的同时降低了功耗,英飞凌公司的SP40就是其中的代表。高频发射电路的工作频率主要有315MHz和433.92MHz两种,调制模式也分ASK调制模式和FSK调制模式两种,但FSK调制模式抗无线干扰的性能比ASK调制模式要强,所以TPMS系统中优选采用FSK调制模式构建无线通信链路。
如图4所示,胎压收发机主要由高频天线、高频收发电路、单片机、CAN收发器和电源组成。高频收发电路选择同时支持ASK调制模式和FSK调制模式的双模无线收发芯片,当检测到点火开关ACC为OFF状态时,高频收发电路工作于ASK调制模式,用于收发RKE钥匙的信号;当检测到点火开关ACC为ON状态时,高频收发电路工作于FSK调制模式,用于接收轮胎传感器的信号。单片机选型必须支持CAN2.0B接口标准。电源采用车载蓄电池12V供电,以保证停车熄火时也能实时监测胎压状态。
RKE钥匙在使用之前需要先完成与胎压收发机的配对,配对流程包括以下步骤:
(1)车辆ACC开关打到OFF状态,胎压收发机检测内部所存RKE钥匙序列号为全0时自动进入配对模式,此时只接收RKE钥匙发出的433.92MHz的ASK调制信号;
(2)按压RKE钥匙上的配对按键发送包含唯一序列号的配对数据帧,胎压收发机正确接收并保存该序列号后向RKE钥匙发送确认数据帧,同时指示灯变绿,否则指示灯一直为红色
(3)RKE钥匙正确接收确认数据帧后再生效开锁和关锁按键功能,否则开锁和关锁按键功能一直为失效状态;
(4)配对成功后,胎压收发机通过检测点火开关ACC状态自动切换工作模式,当ACC为ON状态时,胎压监测系统进入启动模式;当ACC为OFF状态时,胎压监测系统进入熄火模式。
轮胎传感器在使用之前也需要先完成与胎压收发机的配置,自主配置包括以下步骤:
A、首先车辆ACC开关打到ON状态,在中控显示屏上设置TPMS系统进入配置模式,配置光标默认停在左前轮,并按照1秒周期闪动;
B、将所述RKE钥匙对准左前轮的气门嘴,按下钥匙上的“配置”功能键产生ASK低频无线信号触发左前轮内部的轮胎传感器;
C、所述轮胎传感器接收到配置命令后,自动检测轮胎内部的当前气压值和温度值,并和轮胎传感器惟一的身份标识ID号打包成完整数据帧,通过产生FSK高频调制信号将数据帧发送给轮胎接收器;
D、所述双模胎压收发机接收高频调制信号并解调出数据帧,对数据帧进行校验判断,若数据帧正确则通过CAN总线发送给中控显示屏进行显示,若数据帧错误则丢弃重新接收;
E、中控显示屏接收到正确的数据帧后,存储数据帧中的传感器ID号,并将该ID号和左前轮显示图标匹配后显示当前的气压值和温度值,气压值和温度值按照1秒周期闪动,并启动声音报警表示左前轮配对成功;
F、调整光标位置到右前轮位置,重复上述步骤B~E依次完成四个轮胎内部轮胎传感器的配对;TPMS系统配置完成后退出配置模式。
于上述的控制方法中,RKE钥匙中的低频触发功能除了“配置”功能键外,还可以根据需求增加强制发射、报警门限设置等功能按键;轮胎传感器采用气门嘴作为高频通信天线,低频接收天线置于轮胎传感器印制电路板上;胎压收发机位于车体中间位置,与4个胎压传感器的距离相当,以提高通信可靠性;组合仪表中的中控显示器位于驾驶室,同时也是车载导航影音系统的显示器。
TPMS正常工作状态下胎压检测具体包括轮胎传感器自动检测车辆停车、行车运行状态,并按照停车、行车两种状态分别进行数据帧发送控制和轮胎内部信息显示。
轮胎传感器按照3分钟一次检测加速度,当连续5次检测加速度值在-5g~+5g之间时确认为停车状态,停车状态轮胎传感器控制流程包括下列步骤:
A、 胎压、加速度检测周期均为4秒,不检测胎温,而且只检测数据不发射;
B、 当检测胎压递增变化值≥+0.2Bar,发送一次高频数据更新显示;
C、 当检测到轮胎气压高、气压低两种异常状态之一时,按照30秒一次发送高频数据,发送6次后按照3分钟一次发送高频数据,胎压恢复正常则传感器报警自动消除。
轮胎传感器按照3分钟一次检测加速度,当检测加速度值≥±5g时,确认进入行车状态,行车状态轮胎传感器控制流程包括下列步骤:
A、 立即检测轮胎内部气压值,并按照30秒一次发送高频数据,发送6次后按照3分钟一次发送高频数据;
B、 胎压检测周期为4秒,加速度检测周期为3分钟;
C、 当检测胎压递增变化值≥+0.2Bar,发送一次高频数据更新显示;
D、 当检测到轮胎气压高、气压低两种异常状态之一时,立即按照4秒一次发送高频数据,发送3次后按照3分钟一次发送高频数据,轮胎恢复正常则传感器报警自动消除。

Claims (6)

1.一种可实现自主配置的复合型TPMS控制方法,其特征在于:所述控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1、RKE钥匙与胎压收发机配对;
步骤2、轮胎传感器与胎压收发机配对;
步骤3、胎压检测。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现自主配置的复合型TPMS控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1、RKE钥匙与胎压收发机配对,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)车辆ACC开关打到OFF状态,胎压收发机检测内部所存RKE钥匙序列号为全0时自动进入配对模式,此时只接收RKE钥匙发出的433.92MHz的ASK调制信号;
(2)按压RKE钥匙上的配对按键发送包含唯一序列号的配对数据帧,胎压收发机正确接收并保存该序列号后向RKE钥匙发送确认数据帧,同时指示灯变绿,否则指示灯一直为红色
(3)RKE钥匙正确接收确认数据帧后再生效开锁和关锁按键功能,否则开锁和关锁按键功能一直为失效状态;
(4)配对成功后,胎压收发机通过检测点火开关ACC状态自动切换工作模式,当ACC为ON状态时,胎压监测系统进入启动模式;当ACC为OFF状态时,胎压监测系统进入熄火模式。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现自主配置的复合型TPMS控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2、轮胎传感器与胎压收发机配对,具体包括以下步骤:
A、首先车辆ACC开关打到ON状态,在中控显示屏上设置TPMS系统进入配置模式,配置光标默认停在左前轮,并按照1秒周期闪动;
B、将所述RKE钥匙对准左前轮的气门嘴,按下钥匙上的“配置”功能键产生ASK低频无线信号触发左前轮内部的轮胎传感器;
C、所述轮胎传感器接收到配置命令后,自动检测轮胎内部的当前气压值和温度值,并和轮胎传感器惟一的身份标识ID号打包成完整数据帧,通过产生FSK高频调制信号将数据帧发送给轮胎接收器;
D、所述双模胎压收发机接收高频调制信号并解调出数据帧,对数据帧进行校验判断,若数据帧正确则通过CAN总线发送给中控显示屏进行显示,若数据帧错误则丢弃重新接收;
E、中控显示屏接收到正确的数据帧后,存储数据帧中的传感器ID号,并将该ID号和左前轮显示图标匹配后显示当前的气压值和温度值,气压值和温度值按照1秒周期闪动,并启动声音报警表示左前轮配对成功;
F、调整光标位置到右前轮位置,重复上述步骤B~E依次完成四个轮胎内部轮胎传感器的配对;TPMS系统配置完成后退出配置模式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现自主配置的复合型TPMS控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3、胎压检测,具体包括轮胎传感器自动检测车辆停车、行车运行状态,并按照停车、行车两种状态分别进行数据帧发送控制和轮胎内部信息显示。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种可实现自主配置的复合型TPMS控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中,轮胎传感器按照3分钟一次检测加速度,当连续5次检测加速度值在-5g~+5g之间时确认为停车状态,停车状态轮胎传感器控制流程包括下列步骤:
胎压、加速度检测周期均为4秒,不检测胎温,而且只检测数据不发射;
当检测胎压递增变化值≥+0.2Bar,发送一次高频数据更新显示;
