中国专利CN107455397A中提出了一种空气净化消毒液,该专利中的消毒液中含有碱性物质氢氧化钙及氢氧化钠,空气中的二氧化碳、二氧化硫与氢氧化钙发生中和反应产生沉积,沉淀物能够吸附空气中的粉尘,有利于沉降空气中粉尘;水雾的小分子水也能将粉尘吸附,粉尘重量增加后加速沉降,从而达到净化室内空气的目的;
该专利虽具有相应杀灭细菌的功能,但本人发现该专利中的消毒液并无法空气中的甲醛、甲苯等挥发性有机物以及螨虫及尼古丁等进行清除、杀灭,相反的由于原材料中具有一定的中药材以及化学成分,会在喷洒的过程中造成空气异味,虽不会在被人体吸附后造成危害,但会造成嗅觉的一定不适感。

根据实施例7、8、9可以看出,往喷剂内添加氢氧化钾、醋酸氯已定以及醋酸可使得喷剂获得杀灭螨虫的效果并且对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及TVOC起到抗菌作用,同时可对空气中的尼古丁起到祛除作用,能够有效的提高空气的清新效果,并且功能较为全面,在单次喷出喷剂时可同时起到甲醛、甲苯、TVOC、螨虫、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、尼古丁等的抑制、去除以及杀菌作用。
进一步的,所述成膜剂为乙二醇丁醚,所述除臭成分为除臭成膜酸酯,所述防静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐。
更进一步的,所述表面活性剂由二丙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸二纳、聚丙烯酸纳混合制成;所述二丙二醇的占所述喷剂总量的1.8%-2.2%,所述乙二胺四乙酸二纳占所述喷剂总量的0.04%-0.08%,所述聚丙烯酸纳占所述喷剂总量的0.05%-0.09%。
更进一步的,所述喷剂还包括用于增香的雪松醇、长松、龙脑樟精华液,所述雪松醇为3%-4%,所述长松0.001%-0.002%,所述龙脑樟精华液为0.5%-0.8%,可通过取不同量的雪松醇、长松、龙脑涨精华液适配不同香型的味道。
更进一步的,所述吸附剂由己二酸二酰肼、棕榈蜡混合制成,所述己二酸二酰肼占所述喷剂总量的10%-15%,所述棕榈蜡占所述喷剂总量的8%-12%。
更进一步的,所述负离子材料由阳起石、铁镁角闪石、钠长石、丝光沸石、针碱钙石、白云母、金云母、歪长石、伊利石、锆石、独居石、锐钛矿、红锌矿、正长石混合研磨制成。
实施例10
本实施中提供了一种持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下具体步骤:
S1:按配比将阳起石、铁镁角闪石、钠长石、丝光沸石、针碱钙石、白云母、金云母、歪长石、伊利石、锆石、独居石、锐钛矿、红锌矿、正长石混合研磨至3500目以上得到负离子材料;
S2:按配比将负离子材料、雪松醇、除臭成份、植物酶、吸附剂、成膜剂、分散剂、活性剂、去离子水、防静电剂相混合搅拌后静置0.5%-1h后得到混合物A;
S3:再按比例往混合物A内添加入二氧化钛、硝酸纳、有机硅消泡剂混合搅拌后静置3%-4h后得到混合物B;
S4:再按比例往混合物B内添加入氢氧化钾、醋酸氯已定以及醋酸进行混合,以调整混合物B的酸碱性使混合物B达到杀灭细菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌等常见有害细菌的效果;
S5再按比例往混合物B内添加入长松以及龙脑樟精华液混合后得到成品。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实 施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂,其特征在于:包括负离子材料2%-5%、除臭成分1.5%-2%、除醛植物酶2.5%-3%、吸附剂18%-22%、成膜剂11%-16%、分散剂1%-1.5%、活性剂2%-3%、去离子水37%-55%、防静电剂0.002%-0.003%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂,其特征在于:所述活性剂为二醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述成膜剂为乙二醇丁醚;
所述除臭成分为除臭成膜酸酯;
所述防静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂,其特征在于:所述喷剂还包括:
二氧化钛,所述二氧化钛为1%-2%;
硝酸纳,所述硝酸纳为0.02%-0.04%;
有机硅消泡剂,所述有机硅消泡剂为0.04%-0.08%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂由二丙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸二纳、聚丙烯酸纳混合制成;
所述二丙二醇的占所述喷剂总量的1.8%-2.2%,所述乙二胺四乙酸二纳占所述喷剂总量的0.04%-0.08%,所述聚丙烯酸纳占所述喷剂总量的0.05%-0.09%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂,其特征在于:所述喷剂还包括用于氢氧化钾、醋酸氯已定以及醋酸,所述氢氧化钾为0.01%-0.03%,所述醋酸氯已定为0.03%-0.05%,所述醋酸为0.01%-0.03%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂,其特征在于:所述喷剂还包括用于增香的雪松醇、长松、龙脑樟精华液,所述雪松醇为3%-4%、所述长松为0.001%-0.002%,所述龙脑樟精华液为0.5%-0.8%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂,其特征在于:所述吸附剂由己二酸二酰肼、棕榈蜡混合制成,所述己二酸二酰肼占所述喷剂总量的10%-15%,所述棕榈蜡占所述喷剂总量的8%-12%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂,其特征在于:所述负离子材料由阳起石、铁镁角闪石、钠长石、丝光沸石、针碱钙石、白云母、金云母、歪长石、伊利石、锆石、独居石、锐钛矿、红锌矿、正长石混合研磨制成。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8所述的持续型负离子空气净化抗菌除醛喷剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下具体步骤:
S1:按配比将阳起石、铁镁角闪石、钠长石、丝光沸石、针碱钙石、白云母、金云母、歪长石、伊利石、锆石、独居石、锐钛矿、红锌矿、正长石混合研磨至3500目以上得到负离子材料;
S2:按配比将负离子材料、除臭成份、植物酶、吸附剂、成膜剂、分散剂、活性剂、去离子水、防静电剂相混合搅拌后静置0.5%-1h后得到混合物A;
S3:再按比例往混合物A内添加入二氧化钛、硝酸纳、有机硅消泡剂混合搅拌后静置3%-4h后得到混合物B;
S4:再按比例往混合物B内添加入氢氧化钾、醋酸氯已定以及醋酸进行混合,以调整混合物B的酸碱性使混合物B达到杀灭细菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌等常见有害细菌的效果;
S5再按比例往混合物B内添加入雪松醇、长松以及龙脑樟精华液混合后得到成品。
