一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，属于空气净化技术领域。其特征在于所述高效杀菌空气净化喷剂由多种安全组分复配而成，杀菌剂0.5‑7.0 wt.%，稳定剂0.5‑3.0 wt.%，分散剂0.1‑3.5wt.%，缓冲剂0.1‑4.0 wt%，其余为去离子水。通过直接喷洒该高效杀菌喷剂可以快速杀灭空气中的细菌、真菌等微生物并持久抑制细菌、真菌等微生物的生长繁殖，达到改善空气质量，保障人体健康的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，属于空气净化技术领域。
背景技术
中国疾控中心、上海市疾控中心、复旦大学公共卫生学院等机构对北京、上海等许多地区的许多家庭实地调研发现：当房间处于长期密闭或通风性能不好时，房间内细菌、病毒，包括大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、隐球菌等有害微生物严重超标，加剧了室内空气污染的状况。在这些生物污染因子中有一些细菌和病毒是人类呼吸道传染病的病原体，被病原微生物污染的空气常常会引起传染病流行。因此室内空气污染中的细菌、病毒对人类的健康有着更为直接的危害，必须要及时对室内空气进行消毒灭菌，保护我们的身体免受这些微生物的伤害。
目前人们提出了多种可用于杀菌的空气净化喷剂，CN104784724A公开了一种以硫酸铜和硫酸锌为杀菌剂的杀菌喷剂，用于冰箱内部空间和空调房间内除菌；CN109106970公开了一种由迷迭香精油，葡萄柚精油，橘精油，马鞭草精油，柠檬精油，薄荷精油，茶树精油，司盘80、三乙醇胺和水组成的杀菌用空气喷剂，用于车内提神、杀菌；CN107787965A公开了一种由琼脂糖，吐温20，丙烯酸乙酯，纳米二氧化钛-银复合材料，丙三醇和去离子水组成的杀菌喷剂，该喷剂具有较好的杀菌性能；CN107080855A公开了一种由纳米三氧化钨，含铂离子物质，含银离子物质，植物混合液，粘接剂和去离子水组成的杀菌喷剂，该喷剂能够显著杀死空气中的细菌。
上述发明虽然在杀菌方面取得了较大的进展，但仍存在一定不足：1）重金属离子对会危害人体健康，吸入或接触含有重金属离子的杀菌喷剂会对人体健康产生不良影响；2）纳米材料的安全性还有待确认，使用金属纳米氧化物作为杀菌成分存在安全风险；3）具有强烈芳香性味道的精油、植物提取液成分较复杂，且存在易挥发成分，会对空气造成二次污染；4）光催化剂需要吸收特定波长的光，对可见光利用率较低，导致杀菌效果不好。因此需要开发一种安全无污染，成本较低的高效杀菌空气净化喷剂。
发明内容
本发明是一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，属于空气净化技术领域。其特征在于所述高效杀菌净化喷剂由多种安全组分复配而成，杀菌剂0.5-7.0 wt.%，稳定剂0.5-3.0 wt.%，分散剂0.1-3.5wt.%，缓冲剂0.1-4.0 wt%，其余为去离子水。该净化喷剂具有使用方便，净化效率高，持久性好，安全无二次污染等特点。
本发明提出的一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，由杀菌剂、稳定剂、分散剂、缓冲剂和去离子水复配而成。杀菌剂为N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、月桂基葡萄糖苷、二氯异氰尿酸、二氯异氰尿酸钠、二氯异氰尿酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、有机硅季铵盐、聚季铵盐的一种或几种。杀菌剂的含量为0.5-7.0 wt.%，优选为1.0 -5.0 wt.%；稳定剂为乳酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、β-环糊精、聚乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸钠的一种或几种。稳定剂的含量为0.5-3.0 wt.%，优选为1.0 -2.0 wt.%；分散剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磺酸钠、甲基丙烯酸月桂酸酯、吐温-80、司盘-20、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的一种或多种，分散剂的含量为0.1-3.5 wt.%，优选为0.5-3.0 wt.%；缓冲剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢钠的一种或多种，缓冲剂含量为0.1-4.0 wt%，优选为0.5-2.5 wt.%。本发明涉及的一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂使用简单，安全性好，净化效率高，净化效果持久性好，能快速杀灭空气中的细菌、真菌等微生物，从而达到改善室内空气质量的目的。
具体实施方案
下面通过实例对本发明作进一步说明：
实施例1
一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，其使用的原料及具体配比（按质量分数）如下所示：
3.5 wt.% N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠，1.5 wt.%聚乙二醇，1.0 wt.%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磺酸钠，2.0 wt.%碳酸氢钠，92.0%去离子水。
实施例2
一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，其使用的原料及具体配比（按质量分数）如下所示：
5.0 wt.%甲基二乙氧基硅烷季铵盐，1.5 wt.%乙二胺四乙酸钠，2.5 wt.%吐温-20，1.5wt.%磷酸二氢钠，89.5%去离子水。
实施例3
一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，其使用的原料及具体配比（按质量分数）如下所示：
4.0 wt.% 二氯异氰尿酸钠，2.5 wt.%乳酸，1.5 wt.% 甲基丙烯酸月桂酸酯，0.5 wt.%吐温-80，1.0 wt.%磷酸二氢钠，91 %去离子水。
实施例4
一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，其使用的原料及具体配比（按质量分数）如下所示：
4.5 wt.% 聚季铵盐-11，2.0 wt.% 十八烷基三甲基溴化铵，2.5 wt.% β-环糊精，3.0wt.% 甲基丙烯酸月桂酸酯，1.0 wt.%磷酸二氢钠，1.0wt.%碳酸氢钠，86 %去离子水。
表1 不同实施例样品的抗菌实验结果
由表1可知，实施例1-4制备的高效杀菌空气净化喷剂对金黄色葡萄球菌，大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的杀菌率均高于90%。
所描述的实施例只是本发明专利的一部分，基于本发明专利的具体实施方案，空气净化领域的技术人员在没有创造性劳动前提下获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明专利保护的范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，其特征在于所述高效杀菌净化喷剂由多种安全组分复配而成，杀菌剂0.5-7.0 wt.%，稳定剂0.5-3.0 wt.%，分散剂0.1-3.5wt.%，缓冲剂0.1-4.0wt%，其余为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效杀菌空气净化喷剂，其特征在于所述杀菌剂为N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠、十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、月桂基葡萄糖苷、二氯异氰尿酸、二氯异氰尿酸钠、二氯异氰尿酸钠、异噻唑啉酮、有机硅季铵盐、聚季铵盐的一种或几种，杀菌剂的含量为0.5-7.0wt.%，优选为1.0 -5.0 wt.%。
3.如权利要求1所述的高效空气净化喷剂，其特征在于所述稳定剂为乳酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、β-环糊精、聚乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸钠的一种或几种，稳定剂的含量为0.5-3.0 wt.%，优选为1.0 -2.0 wt.%。
4.如权利要求1所述的高效空气净化喷剂，其特征在于所述分散剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯磺酸钠、甲基丙烯酸月桂酸酯、吐温-80、司盘-20、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的一种或多种，分散剂的含量为0.1-3.5 wt.%，优选为0.5-3.0 wt.%。
5.如权利要求1所述的高效空气净化喷剂，其特征在于所述缓冲剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢钠的一种或多种，缓冲剂含量为0.1-4.0 wt%，优选为0.5-2.5wt.%。
