本发明涉及一种戒烟、戒毒用的戒烟戒毒散，属中药技术领域。
目前，吸烟有害已为广大烟民所知晓，许多吸咽者想戒烟除去恶习，却找不到有效的方法和药品，因此收效不大。而要戒毒则是难上难。
本发明的目的是提供一种戒烟戒毒散以帮助吸烟吸毒者清除体内的尼古丁、焦油、海洛因等毒素，戒除吸烟吸毒的恶习。
本发明的技术方案是戒烟戒毒散由单味中药藏青果加工制成。
藏青果也称西青果，为使君子科植物诃子的干燥幼果，学名为Terminalia Chebuia Retz，黑褐色，中央无空心。气微，味苦涩，微甘。。功效：性微寒，有清热生津，涩肠，常用于阴虚白喉、咽喉炎、扁桃体炎及菌痢。
戒烟戒毒散的加工方法是用常规的中药加工工艺，将精选的藏青果洗净、干燥、研磨成粉末制成散剂。
精选工序主要是把霉烂的青果去除，在摄氏50℃以下烘干或晒干，然后研磨成粉末，用消毒过的薄棉纸将0.5克粉末封口包装成一小袋一小袋。
使用时将一小包棉纸药袋浸湿一秒钟后，连药带水送入口中含住，只用鼻子呼吸，约45～60分钟后，连药带水一并吐出。经多次使用即可把体内毒素排除干净。吸烟者看到从口中吐出的棉纸袋上附着一层像烟嘴内的黑黄色烟焦油……等毒素后，就会感到恶心，不愿再吸烟吸毒伤害自己的身体。
本发明也可制成丸剂成封剂使用。
本发明经过十多年的摸索研究，突出效果是不论吸烟时间多久，都能方便快捷地在几天内把吸烟、吸毒者体内的尼古丁、焦油、海洛因等有毒有害毒素从口腔中排出来。减少吸烟、吸毒恶习造成的危害，预防吸烟吸毒可能引发的各种疾病，帮助人们戒绝吸烟吸毒这一很难勒戒的上瘾行为，收到神奇功效。
