Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based epoxy floor base coating composition for a sand-blasting ground and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based epoxy floor base coating composition comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in parts by mass: 75-85 parts of water-based epoxy resin emulsion, 14-24 parts of deionized water, 0.5-2 parts of thickening and leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 part of water-based base material wetting agent and 0.1-0.5 part of water-based defoaming agent; the component B comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of waterborne epoxy curing agent, 3-10 parts of deionized water, 3-8 parts of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 1-5 parts of waterborne silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 part of waterborne defoamer and 0.1-0.5 part of waterborne base material wetting agent. The problem that the surface drying time and the actual drying time can be increased in the process of improving the tensile bonding strength of the conventional waterborne epoxy floor base coating composition is effectively solved. The waterborne epoxy floor base coating composition for the sand-blasting ground has strong tensile bonding strength, and does not prolong the surface drying time and the actual drying time, so that the composition can be formed more quickly and better.

Technical Field

Background
The epoxy resin base coat is used as a necessary component of an epoxy floor coating system and plays a role in sealing and bonding the base material. The water-based epoxy resin coating takes water as a dispersion medium, so that the water-based epoxy resin coating has the advantage of construction in a high-humidity environment, has the characteristics of low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), small peculiar smell and the like, is friendly to human and environment, is concerned by people, and has a large amount of application in floor coating materials, particularly microelectronic workshops in recent years.
In the process of evaluating the epoxy floor base coating composition, the tensile bonding strength in the physical properties is an important index for evaluating a class of epoxy floor base coating compositions, basic performance requirements of water-based, solvent-based and solvent-free floor coating material surface coatings and coating systems of the existing GB/T2237-2018 floor coating material are explicitly recorded in a table, the tensile bonding strength is more than or equal to 2.0 under standard conditions and immersion conditions, and the higher the tensile bonding strength is, the better the flexibility of the coating is, the strong the micro-crack following performance of the coating is, so that the tensile bonding strength can be improved as much as possible when the existing epoxy floor base coating composition is blended, but the surface drying time and the actual drying time can be increased in the process of improving the tensile bonding strength.

The invention provides a water-based epoxy floor base coating composition for a sand-making ground, which comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in parts by mass: 75-85 parts of water-based epoxy resin emulsion, 14-24 parts of deionized water, 0.5-2 parts of thickening and leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 part of water-based base material wetting agent and 0.1-0.5 part of water-based defoaming agent; the component B comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of waterborne epoxy curing agent, 3-10 parts of deionized water, 3-8 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 1-5 parts of waterborne silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 part of waterborne defoamer and 0.1-0.5 part of waterborne base material wetting agent.
Preferably, the aqueous epoxy resin emulsion is a self-emulsifying aqueous epoxy resin emulsion.
Preferably, the water-based epoxy curing agent is a non-ionic self-emulsifying water-based epoxy curing agent.

In conclusion, the water-based epoxy floor base coating composition for the sand-blasting ground prepared by the invention has excellent tensile bonding strength, and meanwhile, the surface drying time and the actual drying time of the water-based epoxy floor base coating composition for the sand-blasting ground prepared by the invention are excellent compared with similar products.
