The welding method for the molybdenum sheet and the molybdenum wire of the halogen lamp of the printer adopts the welding device of any one of the above steps, and comprises the following steps:
A1. preparing materials: placing molybdenum sheets to be welded inside the molybdenum sheet storage box 1, and placing molybdenum wires inside the molybdenum wire accommodating box 24;
A2. feeding of molybdenum wires: the molybdenum wire extends out from a molybdenum wire outlet 26 at the lower part of the accommodating part, the third feeding motor is operated, and the molybdenum wire driving roller 25 extends out the molybdenum wire towards the upper side of the blanking plate 5 until the second light sensor 32 detects that the molybdenum wire is completely extended out;
A3. feeding of molybdenum sheets: the first driving roller 8 and the second driving roller 9 are operated to enable the uppermost molybdenum sheet in the molybdenum sheet storage box 1 to reach the upper side of the blanking plate 5 through the molybdenum sheet storage box 1 until the first light sensor 31 detects the molybdenum sheet, and the first driving roller 8 and the second driving roller 9 stop rotating; as shown in fig. 6 and 7;
A4. and (3) material connection: when the first light sensor 31 detects the position of the molybdenum sheet, the telescopic rod 10 extends downwards, so that one end of the molybdenum sheet adjacent to the first driving roller 8 is sunk into the groove 6 downwards, at the moment, the other end of the molybdenum sheet moves upwards to the lower end of the molybdenum wire obliquely, the whole molybdenum sheet is in an inclined state, and the molybdenum wire is in contact with the molybdenum sheet;
A5. welding: welding the contact position of the molybdenum sheet and the molybdenum wire through the welding part 15, so that the molybdenum wire and the molybdenum sheet are welded to form a combined body;
A6. and (3) unloading: after the welding is completed, the welding part 15 is stopped, the telescopic rod 10 is shortened, the third feeding motor is operated, the molybdenum wire driving roller 25 is rotated until the molybdenum wires are completely separated, and the welded molybdenum sheets and the molybdenum wires slide downwards along the blanking plate 5 into the material receiving box.
