技术领域
本发明涉及功能性食品技术领域,具体说是一种药食同源的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
"药食同源"指,许多食物即药物,它们之间并无绝对的分界线,古代医学家将中药的"四性"、"五味"理论运用到食物之中,认为每种食物也具有"四性"、"五味"。龟苓膏是一种历史悠久的传统药膳,主要以名贵的龟甲和土茯苓为原料,再配以生地等药物精制而成。龟苓膏作为药食同源和中药组合物,具有清热解毒的效用;
但是目前市场上的龟苓膏产品功能较为单一,在需要治疗上呼吸道感染时,只能够通过龟苓膏再配合其他类的药物进行辅助治疗,并且使用者在每次食用龟苓膏时,由于龟苓膏为膏体,使得使用的用量把握不准,过多会造成身体不适,过少又会造成效果不佳。
鉴于此,为了克服上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种药食同源的中药组合物及其制备方法,解决了上述技术问题。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提出了一种药食同源的中药组合物及其制备方法,本发明通过在中药组合物中添加抗菌消炎的草药,配合中药组合物原本的清热解毒的功效,从而能够对一些上呼吸道感染的疾病进行治疗,同时本发明的规格统一,便于拿取和使用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明所述的一种药食同源的中药组合物,包括如下按重量份计算的原料:龟甲7-12份、土茯苓6-13份、双黄连13-15份、柴胡1-3份、金银花13-15份、野菊花3-6份、大青叶3-5份、蝉蜕5-8份、白芷7-11份、白鲜皮8-10份、栀子2-5份、地骨皮2-6份、苦参3-7份、竹叶6-8份、大黄1-3份、蜂蜜10-13份和水13-17份;
所述药食同源的中药组合物的表现形式为统一规格的丸状;
工作时,目前市场上的龟苓膏产品功能较为单一,在需要治疗上呼吸道感染时,只能够通过龟苓膏再配合其他类的药物进行辅助治疗,并且使用者在每次食用龟苓膏时,由于龟苓膏为膏体,使得使用的用量把握不准,过多会造成身体不适,过少又会造成效果不佳;
本发明中的龟甲表面淡黄棕色至棕黑色,每块常具紫褐色放射状纹理、腹盾、胸盾和股盾中缝均长,龟甲需要磨成粉状,龟甲的药理作用是滋阴补肾、养血补心,且龟甲内部的各种矿物质可以调节身体的抵抗力;土茯苓具有解毒,除湿,通利关节的功效;双黄连是由金银花、黄芩、连翘组成,具有疏风解表,清热解毒的功效,用于外感风热所致的感冒;柴胡具有疏散退热,疏肝解郁,升举阳气的功效;金银花具有清热利咽的功效,可治外感风热或温病初起的表证未解、里热又盛导致的疮痈肿毒咽喉肿痛;还可清热解毒,对于热毒引起的泻痢便血有一定疗效;野菊花是苦辛而凉的特性,入肺经、肝经,有疏风清热、消肿解毒的作用,用于风热的感冒以及肺炎,也用于白喉的治疗,还用在胃肠炎的治疗上,同时野菊花有降血压的作用;复方大青叶片的功效与作用,主要有疏风清热、解毒消肿、抗菌消炎、凉血降火、保肝利胆等功效;蝉蜕用于风热感冒,咽痛音哑,麻疹不透,风疹瘙痒,目赤翳障,惊风抽搐,破伤风。风热感冒,温病初起,咽痛音哑本品甘寒清热,质轻上浮,长于疏散肺经风热;白芷用于感冒头痛,眉棱骨痛,鼻塞流涕,鼻鼽,鼻渊,牙痛,带下,疮疡肿痛;白鲜皮性寒,味苦,归脾经、胃经以及膀胱经;有清热燥湿、祛风解毒、止痒的作用;栀子具有泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血、止血、清肝明目和消肿止痛的作用;地骨皮是枸杞的根皮,性寒,无毒性,有凉血除蒸、清肺降火的作用;苦参具有抗过敏、抗肿瘤、缓解心率失常、平喘祛痰、镇静安眠、治疗大便脓血及消炎抑菌的功效;竹叶的功效与作用是清热泻火,除烦,生津,利尿;大黄的主要功能包括泻便、清热泻火、利尿退黄、化瘀通络;蜂蜜的作用与功效蜂蜜可以给身体带来的好处是非常多的,能够帮助消化,润肠通便;本发明组合物内可以添加一些现有技术中的添加剂,以延长储存周期;

一种药食同源中药组合物的制备方法,该方法适用于上述的药食同源的中药组合物,该方法的步骤如下:
S1:将原料中的龟甲、土茯苓、双黄连、柴胡、金银花、野菊花、大青叶、白芷、白鲜皮、栀子、地骨皮、苦参、竹叶和大黄加入搅拌罐内,再加入去离子水,将水浸没原料,再将搅拌罐密封,随后通过气泵将搅拌罐内部的气体抽离,随后启动控制器控制搅拌罐内的搅拌杆转动,转动的搅拌杆带动搅拌杆上的刀片转动;工作时,将水浸没原料,避免原料由于没有浸没造成内部有效物质无法析出,随后将搅拌罐密封,避免有效物质的挥发的同时,为搅拌罐内部气体抽离提供物质环境,随后通过搅拌罐内的搅拌杆对原料进行搅拌,从而使得原料在被搅拌后与水充分混合,同时刀片被搅拌杆的带动下将水中的原料破碎,将搅拌罐内的气体抽走的目的是为了使得搅拌罐内部形成负压,从而使得原料内的有效成分能够更好的析出,提高物理反应效率;
S2:随后将搅拌罐内的原料煮沸30-40min后倒出,通过过滤网过滤杂质得到滤液,将滤液重新倒回搅拌罐内,再将加入蜂蜜和食品添加剂,盖上搅拌罐内盖子后,对搅拌罐的底部持续加热3-4h,加热的温度为90-105摄氏度,直至搅拌罐内的水分含量占比为20-30%为止;工作时,搅拌罐内的滤液在加热后,水分会被蒸发掉,水蒸气被抽走,从而使得滤液的含水量降低至20-30%;
S3:再而将步骤S2中的搅拌罐内的原料倒出放置到丸粒模具内,经过丸粒模具压合形成丸状,再加热5-15min后,再降温冷却成型成丸粒;工作时,丸粒模具为现有技术,再此不过多赘述,丸状的中药组合物更加便于使用,且丸粒模具的每个丸粒的规格相同,从而使得成型后的丸粒规格一致;加热5-15min是为了丸粒表面水分进一步蒸发,使得丸粒表面收紧;
S4:最后将成型后的丸粒包裹一层糯米纸,将将包裹有糯米纸的万粒放置到包装盒内,对包装盒内充入惰性气体后密封成型,即制成了药食同源中药组合物;工作时,包装盒可以是内部是盒体,外部包裹袋体,从而使得惰性气体在被充入包装盒后,降低了包装盒内的氧气含量,避免丸粒氧化,或者先将包装盒内的气体抽离,即抽真空,再充入惰性气体。
优选的,在步骤S1搅拌罐内的原料进行搅拌过程中对搅拌罐进行加热;加热的温度为30-60摄氏度;工作时,搅拌过程中的加热,使得分子运动更加剧烈,即分子更加活跃,使得有效成分能够更快的从原料中转移至水中。
优选的,在步骤S1搅拌杆的转动时间为1-2h,在搅拌结束后需要静置18-14小时;工作时,通过搅拌杆的转动时间,使得原料与水接触更加充分,避免水分的局部有效成分浓度过高影响原料有效成分的析出效率。
优选的,在步骤S2对搅拌罐内的滤液加热过程中,通过气泵将气体充入滤液的底部;工作时,充入气体使得滤液底部冒泡,从而通过气泡起到对滤液进行搅拌的目的,大大提高了滤液受热均匀性。
优选的,所述气体为气态酒精;工作时,酒精起到了对滤液进行杀菌消毒的目的,同时随着温度的增加,酒精被蒸发走,不会在滤液中残留。
优选的,在步骤S3中丸粒模具在压制前经过预热3-5min;在步骤S4中的包装盒内放置袋状干燥剂;所述药食同源中药组合物储存温度为5-10摄氏度;工作时,对丸粒模具预热,从而避免原料与丸粒表面粘在一起,同时通过干燥剂使得包装盒内的中药组合物进行干燥,低温保存的目的是为了避免高温造成中药组合物松散。

一种药食同源中药组合物的制备方法,该方法适用于上述的药食同源的中药组合物,该方法的步骤如下:
S1:将原料中的龟甲、土茯苓、双黄连、柴胡、金银花、野菊花、大青叶、白芷、白鲜皮、栀子、地骨皮、苦参、竹叶和大黄加入搅拌罐内,再加入去离子水,将水浸没原料,再将搅拌罐密封,随后通过气泵将搅拌罐内部的气体抽离,随后启动控制器控制搅拌罐内的搅拌杆转动,转动的搅拌杆带动搅拌杆上的刀片转动;工作时,将水浸没原料,避免原料由于没有浸没造成内部有效物质无法析出,随后将搅拌罐密封,避免有效物质的挥发的同时,为搅拌罐内部气体抽离提供物质环境,随后通过搅拌罐内的搅拌杆对原料进行搅拌,从而使得原料在被搅拌后与水充分混合,同时刀片被搅拌杆的带动下将水中的原料破碎,将搅拌罐内的气体抽走的目的是为了使得搅拌罐内部形成负压,从而使得原料内的有效成分能够更好的析出,提高物理反应效率;

S4:最后将成型后的丸粒包裹一层糯米纸,将将包裹有糯米纸的万粒放置到包装盒内,对包装盒内充入惰性气体后密封成型,即制成了药食同源中药组合物;工作时,包装盒可以是内部是盒体,外部包裹袋体,从而使得惰性气体在被充入包装盒后,降低了包装盒内的氧气含量,避免丸粒氧化,或者先将包装盒内的气体抽离,即抽真空,再充入惰性气体。

Claims (8)
1.一种药食同源的中药组合物,其特征在于,包括如下按重量份计算的原料:龟甲7-12份、土茯苓6-13份、双黄连13-15份、柴胡1-3份、金银花13-15份、野菊花3-6份、大青叶3-5份、蝉蜕5-8份、白芷7-11份、白鲜皮8-10份、栀子2-5份、地骨皮2-6份、苦参3-7份、竹叶6-8份、大黄1-3份、蜂蜜10-13份和水13-17份;
所述药食同源的中药组合物的表现形式为统一规格的丸状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药食同源的中药组合物,其特征在于:所述龟甲为7份,所述土茯苓为6份,所述双黄连为13份,所述柴胡为1份,所述金银花为13份,所述野菊花为3份,所述大青叶为3份,所述蝉蜕为5份,所述白芷为7份,所述白鲜皮为8份,所述栀子为2份,所述地骨皮为2份,所述苦参为3份,所述竹叶为6份,所述大黄为1份,所述蜂蜜为10份,所述水为13份。
3.一种药食同源中药组合物的制备方法,该方法适用于权利要求1-2任意一项所述的药食同源的中药组合物,其特征在于:该方法的步骤如下:
S1:将原料中的龟甲、土茯苓、双黄连、柴胡、金银花、野菊花、大青叶、白芷、白鲜皮、栀子、地骨皮、苦参、竹叶和大黄加入搅拌罐内,再加入去离子水,将水浸没原料,再将搅拌罐密封,随后通过气泵将搅拌罐内部的气体抽离,随后启动控制器控制搅拌罐内的搅拌杆转动,转动的搅拌杆带动搅拌杆上的刀片转动;
S2:随后将搅拌罐内的原料煮沸30-40min后倒出,通过过滤网过滤杂质得到滤液,将滤液重新倒回搅拌罐内,再将加入蜂蜜和食品添加剂,盖上搅拌罐内盖子后,对搅拌罐的底部持续加热3-4h,加热的温度为90-105摄氏度,直至搅拌罐内的水分含量占比为20-30%为止;
S3:再而将步骤S2中的搅拌罐内的原料倒出放置到丸粒模具内,经过丸粒模具压合形成丸状,再加热5-15min后,再降温冷却成型成丸粒;
S4:最后将成型后的丸粒包裹一层糯米纸,将将包裹有糯米纸的万粒放置到包装盒内,对包装盒内充入惰性气体后密封成型,即制成了药食同源中药组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种药食同源中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S1搅拌罐内的原料进行搅拌过程中对搅拌罐进行加热;加热的温度为30-60摄氏度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种药食同源中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S1搅拌杆的转动时间为1-2h,在搅拌结束后需要静置18-14小时。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种药食同源中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S2对搅拌罐内的滤液加热过程中,通过气泵将气体充入滤液的底部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种药食同源中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述气体为气态酒精。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种药食同源中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S3中丸粒模具在压制前经过预热3-5min;在步骤S4中的包装盒内放置袋状干燥剂;所述药食同源中药组合物储存温度为5-10摄氏度。
