As shown in fig. 3, a stopper is disposed in the glue outlet box 42, a spring 8 is disposed between the lower portion of the stopper and the piston 44, when the piston 44 in the glue outlet box 42 moves upward, the spring 8 compresses to buffer the piston 44, and also limit the piston 44, so as to ensure that the glue amount sucked into the glue outlet box 42 is consistent when the piston rod 45 moves upward each time, and thus the glue amount coated on the non-woven fabric 7 is kept consistent.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the glue box 42 includes a box body 421 fixedly connected to a side wall of the glue storage box 41, a glue applying part 422 is provided at the bottom of the box body 421, a glue applying port is provided at the bottom of the glue applying part 422, a comb Shi Jiaopian is fixedly connected to one side of the glue applying port, the glue applying piece includes a transverse piece 423a, the transverse piece 423a is bent toward the glue applying roller 2, a plurality of vertical pieces 423b are uniformly provided below the transverse piece 423a, a glue guiding piece 423c is provided at the other side of the glue applying port, and the glue guiding piece 423c is bent toward the transverse piece 423 a.
The glue outlet box 42 comprises a box body 421, glue solution is arranged in the box body 421, flows downwards into a glue applying part 422, then flows to transverse pieces 423a of the comb-shaped glue applying piece 423 from a glue applying opening, flows to each vertical piece 423b along the transverse pieces 423a, is divided into a plurality of pieces by the vertical pieces 423b, is coated on the glue applying roller 2 along the vertical pieces 423b, and can be led onto the transverse pieces 423a by the glue guiding piece 423c to prevent the glue solution from directly dripping from the glue applying opening. As shown in fig. 5, under the action of the comb-shaped glue applying sheet 423, a plurality of glue solution strips parallel to each other are formed on the glue spreader 2, after the glue spreader 2 is connected with the non-woven fabric 7, a plurality of glue solution strips 103 parallel to each other can be formed on the non-woven fabric 7, after the non-woven fabric 7 is bonded with the absorbent core layer 102, a whole block is not formed between the absorbent core layer 102 and the non-woven fabric 7, the core layer between the two glue solution strips 103 is not adhered with the non-woven fabric 7, and when the absorbent core layer 102 absorbs urine, the part of the absorbent core layer 102 which is not adhered with the non-woven fabric 7 can expand downwards, so that the absorption rate of the absorbent core layer 102 is improved, urine is prevented from accumulating above the absorbent core layer 102, and thus the effects of leakage prevention and high water absorption are achieved; the absorbent core layer 102 and the non-woven fabric 7 are adhered by the parallel glue solution strips 103, so that the diaper bottom surface can form organ-shaped wrinkles, the softness of the diaper bottom surface is improved, and the diaper wearing is more comfortable. The diaper surface also adheres to the surface covering layer, leakage preventing side edges, and the like, and thus, urine is not caused to leak out even if the absorbent core layer 102 is not completely adhered to the nonwoven fabric 7.
As shown in fig. 4, a blocking piece 423d is arranged at the edge of one side of the glue spreading sheet close to the glue spreading roller 2, the blocking piece 423d is perpendicular to the glue spreading sheet, and the height of the blocking piece 423d is 3-5 mm. The blocking piece 423d is arranged on the glue applying piece, so that glue can be prevented from leaking from the side wall of the vertical piece 423b, the glue can flow out of the bottom of the vertical piece 423b in a concentrated manner, and the consistency of the width of the glue stripes 103 on the glue spreader 2 is ensured.
Two film blocking pieces 23 are symmetrically arranged on the glue spreading roller 2, a groove 24 for embedding the film blocking pieces 23 is formed in the glue spreading roller 2, an extension line of a central line of the groove 24 passes through the axis of the glue spreading roller 2, the film blocking pieces 23 are slidably connected in the groove 24, the film blocking pieces 23 are connected with the bottoms of the groove 24 through springs 8, two sides of the film blocking pieces 23 penetrate through the groove 24 and are positioned outside the glue spreading roller 2, two arc-shaped limiting rings 9 are fixedly connected on the frame 1, the height of the inner ring of each arc-shaped limiting ring 9 is consistent with the height of the outer ring of the glue spreading roller 2, and two sides of the film blocking pieces 23 can be connected with the inner rings of the two arc-shaped limiting rings 9 respectively.
The glue spreader 2 is provided with two glue blocking films 23, a glue spreading area is formed between the two glue blocking films 23, glue is coated in the glue spreading area, the glue blocking films 23 can prevent glue from flowing on the glue spreader 2, so that the length of the glue solution strip 103 is limited, when the glue outlet box 42 is used for discharging glue, the glue spreading area is positioned above, and after the glue outlet box 42 stops discharging the glue, the glue spreading area is connected with the non-woven fabric 7. By providing the blocking film 23, the glue solution can be coated only on a specific area of the glue spreader 2, and other areas can not be adhered with the glue solution, so that the non-woven fabric 7 part which does not need to be coated with the glue solution can be kept clean.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the film blocking piece 23 is slidably connected in the groove 24 through the spring 8, two sides of the film blocking piece 23 pass through the groove 24 and are positioned outside the glue spreading roller 2, two arc-shaped limiting rings 9 are arranged on the frame 1, when the glue spreading roller 2 drives the film blocking piece 23 to rotate and the inner rings of the arc-shaped limiting rings 9 are connected, the arc-shaped limiting rings 9 drive the film blocking piece 23 to move towards the axis direction of the glue spreading roller 2, so that the film blocking piece 23 is retracted into the groove 24, the film blocking piece 23 is prevented from contacting with the non-woven fabric 7, glue solution is facilitated to be coated on the non-woven fabric 7, and indentation or damage of the non-woven fabric 7 caused by the film blocking piece 23 to the non-woven fabric 7 can be avoided; when the glue spreader 2 drives the film 23 to separate from the arc-shaped limiting ring 9, the spring 8 can drive the film 23 to extend out of the groove 24.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the height of the blocking films 23 outside the glue spreader 2 is 3-5 mm, and the included angle between the two blocking films 23 is less than 180 degrees.
As shown in fig. 3, the non-woven fabric 7 is wound on the non-woven fabric conveying mechanism 6, and the lowest point of the glue spreader 2 is connected with the non-woven fabric 7. Through the non-woven fabric conveying mechanism 6, the non-woven fabric 7 can be conveyed along the linear direction, and the glue spreader 2 is connected with the non-woven fabric 7 moving along the linear direction when rotating, so that the strip-shaped glue solution can be formed on the non-woven fabric 7.
