Description

Absorbent core of absorbent article and manufacturing process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to an absorption core body of an absorption article and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
Absorbent articles such as diapers, sanitary napkins and the like are one type of commonly used sanitary products. Generally, such absorbent articles are composed of three main parts: a surface coating layer, an absorbing core body and a base fabric. The surface coating layer can also be called as a coating layer or a water permeability surface layer, and the coating layer is tightly attached to the body of a user, so that the urine can be quickly permeated, the back permeation can be effectively prevented, and the surface layer of the diaper can keep dry and comfortable. The coating of panty-shape diapers on the domestic market at present is the non-woven fabrics surface course basically, and ventilative non-woven fabrics can promote the inside ventilative degree of urine trousers, and vapor can circulate outside the urine trousers, in time discharges moisture and steam, effectively reduces the chance that the diaper rash takes place, and soft comfortable not amazing skin. The absorbent core, which may also be referred to as an absorbent core or body, has the main function of capturing and rapidly absorbing urine, dispersing it, or diffusing it throughout the core by capillary action, and finally absorbing and storing it. The absorption core body generally comprises a wrapping layer, a lower adhesive layer, an absorption core layer, an upper adhesive layer and an upper wrapping layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The base fabric is the outermost layer of the diaper and has water impermeability, and can prevent water in the absorbent core from leaking out, and therefore, the base fabric can also be called a water impermeable back sheet.
As the demand of people for diapers is not increased, in order to facilitate the use of the diapers, the diapers are required to be light and thin, have good absorbability and fast diffusibility, and therefore manufacturers usually try to improve the light and thin property, absorbability and diffusibility of the diapers by using the wrapping layer and the absorbing core body of the diapers to make the products more fit with the demands of people. For example, by replacing the wrapping with a lighter, thinner, more breathable nonwoven paper or fabric. For example, the thickness of the Absorbent core is reduced, and the amount of Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) is increased, so that the Absorbent core is thinner and has better absorbency.
Among the modes, the traditional upper and lower wrapping layers are still adopted for the absorption core, the absorption core layer is positioned between the upper and lower wrapping layers, the upper adhesive layer is used for bonding the absorption core layer with the upper wrapping layer, and the lower adhesive layer is used for bonding the absorption core layer with the lower wrapping layer; in addition, the thickness of the conventional high polymer water-absorbent resin layer on the whole core is the same, so that the utilization rate of the high polymer water-absorbent resin positioned in the front section and the rear section of the absorbent core is low, and the high polymer water-absorbent resin positioned in the middle section (urine point) of the absorbent core is over utilized, so that the diffusivity of the middle section is poor.
Therefore, how to provide an absorbent core of an absorbent article, which has good absorptivity, fast diffusivity, is lighter and thinner, reasonably arranges a high-molecular water-absorbent resin layer, improves the utilization of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin, reduces the using amount of viscose, ensures that the absorbent core is more environment-friendly, and improves the user experience and satisfaction, is a problem which needs to be solved urgently.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 12, the absorbent article of the present embodiment is a diaper, and the absorbent core of the following absorbent article is described in detail by taking the absorbent core of the diaper as an example, it can be understood that in other embodiments, the absorbent article is not limited to the diaper, and may be a sanitary napkin, for example. The absorption core body comprises an upper wrapping layer 10, an absorption core layer, a lower wrapping layer 16 and a first adhesive group for bonding the upper wrapping layer 10 and the lower wrapping layer 16, wherein the absorption core layer comprises a first absorption core layer 11, a first fiber layer 12 and a second absorption core layer 15 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; first viscose group is including following at least two sets of first viscose body 20 that absorb core length direction interval arrangement, first viscose body 20's length with the width phase-match of absorbing the core, at least three section is divided into from length direction to at least two sets of first viscose body, and the absorption sandwich layer that is located the middle section between anterior segment and the back end still absorbs the third by last to the lower setting in proper order between sandwich layer 15 and absorbs sandwich layer 13 and second fibrous layer 14 including locating first fibrous layer 12 and second.
In this embodiment, two groups of the first adhesive bodies 20 are taken as an example, and the two groups of the first adhesive bodies 20 divide the absorbent core into a front section, a middle section and a rear section. Wherein:
each group of first adhesive bodies 20 comprises a first adhesive strip 201 between the lower wrapping layer 16 and the second fiber layer 14, a second adhesive strip 202 between the second fiber layer 14 and the first fiber layer 12 corresponding to the position of the first adhesive strip 201, and a third adhesive strip 203 between the upper wrapping layer 10 and the first fiber layer 12 corresponding to the position of the second adhesive strip 202, wherein after the upper wrapping layer 10, the first fiber layer 12, the second fiber layer 14 and the lower wrapping layer 16 are bonded, the first adhesive strip 201, the second adhesive strip 202 and the third adhesive strip 203 are overlapped.
In this embodiment, diaper absorbs core still includes second viscose group, second viscose group includes along a plurality of groups second viscose 21 of the width direction interval arrangement of absorbing the core, the length of second viscose 21 and the length phase-match of absorbing the core, first viscose 20 and second viscose 21 are the field shape and arrange in the vertical and horizontal crossing. Wherein:
each group of second glue bodies 21 comprises a fourth glue strip 211 positioned between the lower wrapping layer 16 and the second fiber layer 14, a fifth glue strip 212 positioned between the second fiber layer 14 and the first fiber layer 12, and a sixth glue strip positioned between the first fiber layer 12 and the upper wrapping layer 10, wherein after the upper wrapping layer 10, the first fiber layer 12, the second fiber layer 14 and the lower wrapping layer 16 are bonded, the fourth glue strip 211, the fifth glue strip 212 and the sixth glue strip are overlapped.
Also, preferably or alternatively, the fourth adhesive strip 211, the fifth adhesive strip 212 and the sixth adhesive strip are in the form of a planar spiral strip. The fourth adhesive strip 211, the fifth adhesive strip 212 and the sixth adhesive strip 213 on each layer are vertically and horizontally distributed with the first adhesive strip 201, the second adhesive strip 202 and the third adhesive strip 203, so that the space between every two adjacent fiber layers (including the upper wrapping layer 16 and the lower wrapping layer 16) is divided into a plurality of independent subspaces for separating the absorption core layers of the corresponding layers, the absorption core layer in a large area is separated into a plurality of absorption core layers in small areas, and the stability of the absorption core layer is improved. By adopting the structure, each layer of absorption core layer at each section is isolated into a plurality of independent accommodating spaces, the problems that each absorption core layer in the section of space is easy to move and unfixed and the like caused by the large space at each section are avoided, and a good foundation is made for providing an absorption core body with better stability and better water absorption effect and diffusion effect.
In this embodiment, each of the absorption core layers is a high molecular water absorbent resin layer, that is, each of the absorption core layers is composed of a plurality of high molecular water absorbent resin particles.
In this embodiment, the first adhesive bodies 20 are two groups of first adhesive bodies 20 that divide the space between the upper wrapping layer 10 and the lower wrapping layer 16 into three sections, namely, a front section, a middle section and a rear section in the length direction. Wherein the length of the middle section accounts for 1/3-2/3 of the total length of the absorbent core. The weight of the absorption core layer positioned in the middle section accounts for 55-75% of the total weight of the whole absorption core layer. So design, then can just in time design the middle section on absorbing the core and be corresponding to the position department of urine point, because the middle section have three-layer polymer absorbent resin layer, polymer absorbent resin content is higher than the polymer absorbent resin who is located anterior segment and back end, because the urine of urine point position department is more, the trend is more rapid, consequently, adopt this kind of design, the middle section that is located urine point position department can absorb the urine more fast, and absorb the viscose layer that the sandwich layer does not adopt the full spray mode like prior art, consequently, permeability and diffusivity are better, the viscose volume has been reduced widely, more environmental protection.
In this embodiment, the edges of the upper wrapping layer 10 and the lower wrapping layer 16 are sealed by hot pressing or gluing. Therefore, the macromolecular water-absorbent resin particles in the space close to the edge can be prevented from being scattered from the two sides of the absorption core body, the absorption core body is easy to expose, and the absorption articles can be exposed, so that uncomfortable feeling is brought to users, and the experience and satisfaction of the users are reduced.
Preferably or alternatively, the first fiber layer 12 and/or the second fiber layer 14 may be a nonwoven fabric.
Compared with the prior structure, the paper diaper absorbing core body increases the number of the macromolecule absorbent resin layers positioned at the middle section, a fiber layer is clamped between every two adjacent macromolecule absorbent resin layers, the diversion and diffusion effects are further increased, the absorption, diffusion and diversion of urine at the urine point position are increased, the number of the macromolecule absorbent resin layers positioned at the front section and the rear section is slightly less than that of the macromolecule absorbent resin layer positioned at the middle section, a fiber layer is also clamped between two adjacent macromolecule absorbent resin layers, the front section and the rear section are positioned at the front and the rear of the urine point, the urine diffused to the front section and the rear section from the middle section is absorbed, guided and locked, the surface dryness and smoothness of an absorbent article adopting the absorbing core body are increased, better experience effect is brought to users, the adhesive body is sprayed at intervals, the adhesive body cannot occupy the whole absorbing core body, and the absorption performance of the absorbing core layer is further increased, meanwhile, the glue spraying amount is reduced, through statistics, the traditional one-way glue spraying amount is 4-6 g/square, and the glue spraying amount adopted in the structure is 1-3 g/square, so that the glue spraying amount is reduced by 50-70%. Simultaneously, the absorption sandwich layer is fluffy non-woven fabrics with current intermediate level, mainly uses fluffy non-woven fabrics, and the surface spills a small amount of polymer absorbent resin on fluffy non-woven fabrics and compares, and this absorption sandwich layer very big reduction the thickness of absorbing the core, make the absorption core more frivolous, polymer absorbent resin can improve absorption rate, and the dry and comfortable nature of product obtains guaranteeing.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a process diagram of manufacturing the absorbent core of the disposable diaper of the present invention. In this embodiment, the processing procedure of the diaper absorbent core includes the following steps:
the first step, a lower wrapping layer 16 uncoiling and conveying process, which is used for uncoiling a finished roll of the lower wrapping layer 16 and then enabling the lower wrapping layer 16 to continuously move forwards in the direction of the first longitudinal glue spraying device by using a conveying device;
in this process, install parcel layer 16 under the finished product on first installation axle, drive the first vertical glue-spraying device who spouts forward of the free end of parcel layer 16 down through conveyor and remove.
Step two, a longitudinal continuous glue spraying procedure of the upper surface of the lower wrapping layer 16;
in the process of continuously moving the lower wrapping layer 16 forward, a plurality of first nozzles of a first glue spraying device, which are arranged in parallel along the width direction of the lower wrapping layer 16, are used for spraying glue to the upper surface of the lower wrapping layer 16. The first glue nozzles are spaced from each other, in this embodiment, the number of the first glue nozzles is three, and every two adjacent first glue nozzles are spaced by a certain width, so as to spray three groups of second glue bodies 21 on the lower wrapping layer 16, and separate the lower wrapping layer 16 into four sections in the width direction, thereby forming a plurality of groups of second glue bodies 21, so as to adhere the lower wrapping layer 16 to the upper wrapping layer 10. The first nozzles face the upper surface of the lower wrapping layer 16, and when the lower wrapping layer 16 is moved to the upper surface, the first nozzles spray glue in a rotary motion manner, so that the lower glue layer is in a shape of a plurality of groups of plane spiral strips to form the fourth glue strips 211; in this embodiment, the width of the planar spiral band-shaped adhesive body ranges from 10mm to 20 mm. It will be understood that the first nozzle can also spray the second glue 21 in the form of a strip, as in the prior art, which will not be described in any more restrictive way here. Fig. 5 is a side view of the product following the process flow diagram of fig. 4, and it can be seen from fig. 5 that the longitudinal glue-spraying process is performed as the product moves with the conveyor to the second step.
In this step, the first glue spraying device continuously sprays glue along with the continuous movement of the lower wrapping layer 16 until the whole lower wrapping layer 16 is conveyed or the lower wrapping layer 16 is not detected.
And thirdly, discontinuously and transversely spraying glue on the upper surface of the lower wrapping layer 16:
after the lower wrapping layer 16 finishes longitudinally spraying glue, the lower wrapping layer 16 is continuously conveyed to continuously move to the position of the second glue spraying device, and the second glue spraying device is used for discontinuously and transversely spraying glue to the lower wrapping layer 16 (namely, a first transverse glue parallel to the width direction of the lower wrapping layer 16 is sprayed at intervals, and a first transverse glue is sprayed at intervals by setting the time of a driving part of the second glue spraying device). Specifically, the second glue spraying device is provided with a plurality of second nozzles which are arranged in parallel, each second nozzle sprays strip-shaped glue with a certain length and parallel to the width direction of the lower wrapping layer 16, and the strip-shaped glue sprayed by the second nozzles is connected in a first layer to form the first transverse glue. Therefore, in a specific control process, the interval time for driving the second glue spraying device can be controlled according to the moving speed of the lower wrapping layer 16, and the first transverse glue, that is, the first glue strip 201, can be formed by spraying the glue once by the second glue spraying device at a certain interval. The lower casing 16 after the glue spraying is completed is shown in figure 12.
And step four, compounding the second fiber layer 14 with the lower wrapping layer 16, wherein the compounding process comprises the following sub-processes:
1) second fiber layer 14 unwinding and conveying sub-process: the second fiber layer 14 is continuously moved forwards towards the first compounding device by using the conveying device after the second fiber layer 14 finished roll is uncoiled; in the process, the finished second fiber layer 14 is mounted on the second mounting shaft, and the free end of the second fiber layer 14 is driven by the conveying device to move continuously to the front first composite device;
2) a second fiber layer 14 composite surface high molecular water absorbent resin spraying step (i.e., a second absorbent core layer 15 spraying step or a second high molecular water absorbent resin layer spraying step):
the second absorbent core layer 15 in the structure of the above embodiment is formed by spraying the composite surface of the second fiber layer 14, which is continuously moving forward and horizontally (after being combined on the lower wrapping layer 16, the composite surface faces the direction of the lower wrapping layer 16, and may also be referred to as the lower surface of the lower second fiber layer 14), with the first polymeric water-absorbent resin spraying device. The high molecular water absorbent resin device sprays high molecular water absorbent resin (SAP) particles on the composite surface of the second fiber layer 14 in a full-spray mode. Wherein, second fibre layer 14 is being carried to the position of first set composite by conveyor level to after the first polymer water absorbent resin sprinkler sprays the polymer water absorbent resin granule, second fibre layer 14 can not be carried in order to guarantee that the polymer water absorbent resin granule can not drop or can not remove easily on lower parcel layer 16 from second fibre layer 14 by the slope. As can be seen from fig. 5, the SAP is sprayed while the lower fiber layer moves with the conveyor to the first compounding device.
3) And a second fiber layer 14 compounding sub-process:
after the SAP spraying process of step 2), the conveying device continues to drive the second fiber layer 14 sprayed with the SAP to move to the first composite device, and the first composite device is located between the positions of the finished product roll of the lower wrapping layer 16 and the finished product roll of the upper fiber layer, so that the conveying device drives the lower wrapping layer 16 to continue to move to the position of the first composite device while conveying the second fiber layer 14, so that the second fiber layer 14 with the second SAP layer is composited on the lower wrapping layer 16.
A fifth step of compounding the first fiber layer 12, which is to compound the first fiber layer 12 on the second fiber layer 14 by a second compounding device, includes the following sub-steps:
1) first fiber layer 12 unwinding and conveying sub-process: the device is used for unwinding the finished rolls of the first fiber layer 12 and then enabling the first fiber layer 12 to continuously move forwards in the direction of the second compounding device by using the conveying device; in the process, the finished first fiber layer 12 is mounted on the third mounting shaft, and the free end of the first fiber layer 12 is driven by the conveying device to move continuously to the second composite device in the front direction; similarly, the second composite device is located between the second fiber layer 14 and the first fiber layer 12, so that the first fiber layer 12 is driven by the conveyor to continuously move to the second composite device, and the first composite layer composed of the first fiber layer 12, the second SAP layer and the lower wrapping layer 16 is driven by the conveyor to move to the second composite device, so as to composite the first composite layer and the first fiber layer 12 to form the second composite layer.
2) And a longitudinal continuous glue spraying sub-process of the composite surface of the first fiber layer 12: and (3) longitudinally spraying glue on the composite surface of the first fiber layer 12 in the same longitudinal continuous glue spraying manner as the lower wrapping layer 16 (after the first fiber layer 12 is composited on the first composite layer, the composite surface is the surface facing the first composite layer, namely the lower surface of the first composite layer), so that the arrangement manner and the position of the longitudinal glue bodies on the lower surface of the first fiber layer 12 are the same as those on the upper surface of the lower wrapping layer 16, and a fifth glue strip 212 is formed. The first fiber layer 12 after the glue spraying is completed is shown in fig. 8.
3) And (3) a sub-process of discontinuously and transversely spraying glue on the composite surface of the first fiber layer 12: the composite side of the first fiber layer 12 is intermittently and transversely sprayed with glue so that the longitudinal and transverse glue bodies on the lower surface of the first fiber layer 12 are arranged and positioned in the same way as the upper surface of the lower wrapping layer 16, and a second glue strip 202 is formed. The first fiber layer 12 after the glue spraying is completed is shown in fig. 8.
4) The composite intermittent SAP layer spraying sub-process (i.e., the third absorbent core layer 13 spraying process) of the first fiber layer 12: the intermittent SAP spraying sub-process is controlled in a manner similar to the intermittent transverse glue spraying sub-process. After the sub-process of the 3) is completed, and the second SAP granule spraying device is located between the second composite device and the glue spraying device for intermittently spraying glue transversely, the second SAP granule spraying device is started to spray the SAP to the composite surface of the first fiber layer 12 at predetermined time intervals during the process that the first fiber layer 12 is continuously conveyed to the second composite device, so as to form the third absorbent core layer 13 or the third SAP layer (see fig. 5 and 9).
5) A compounding sub-procedure: the first fiber layer 12 sprayed with glue and sprayed with the second SAP layer is compounded on the first composite layer to form a second composite layer, and then the second composite layer is continuously conveyed forwards to be conveyed to the upper wrapping layer 10 for compounding.
And sixthly, performing a composite process of coating the layer 10, wherein the process comprises the following sub-processes:
1) a longitudinal continuous glue spraying sub-process of the composite surface of the upper wrapping layer 10;
in this step, the same longitudinal continuous spraying glue as that of the upper surface of the lower wrapping layer 16 or the composite surface of the first fiber layer 12 is used to longitudinally continuously spray glue to the composite surface (the lower surface after being composited on the second composite layer) of the upper wrapping layer 10 to form the sixth glue stripe 213, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted here.
2) The discontinuous transverse glue spraying sub-process of the composite surface of the upper wrapping layer 10;
in this step, the composite surface of the upper wrapping layer 10 is intermittently and transversely sprayed with glue in the same manner as the composite surface of the lower wrapping layer 16 and the upper surface or the first fiber layer 12 to form third glue stripes 203, so that the arrangement and positions of the longitudinal and transverse glue bodies on the lower surface of the upper wrapping layer 10 are the same as those on the upper surface of the lower wrapping layer 16 and the upper surface of the first fiber layer 12 (see fig. 5 and 6 for details). So for the viscose position on each layer that has the viscose is the same, makes the SAP of whole absorption core all be located the same position department on corresponding layer, makes arranging of absorption core more normal, can not appear phenomenons such as mixed and disorderly, more can improve the effect and the effect of absorbing the core.
3) A first SAP layer continuous spraying sub-process of the composite surface of the upper wrapping layer 10;
in this step, SAP is sprayed on the composite side of the upper wrapping layer 10 to form a first SAP layer (first absorbent core layer 11) in the same manner as the second SAP layer is continuously and fully sprayed on the above-described lower wrapping layer 16. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first SAP layer continuous spraying process may also be sprayed on the first fiber layer 12 after the 5) th compounding sub-process in the fifth step.
4) And a compounding sub-process, namely compounding the upper wrapping layer 10 sprayed with the first SAP layer and the longitudinal and transverse viscose bodies on a second composite layer, and gradually compounding the upper wrapping layer 10 on the second composite layer from the free end of the upper wrapping layer 10 to form the absorption core body.
And seventhly, performing hot-pressing and cutting on the product, namely performing hot-pressing edge sealing on the edge of the absorption core body, and then cutting, namely longitudinally cutting the product into the absorption core body meeting the specified width.
And eighth, rolling the product.
