Description

Absorber for disposable sanitary article and forming device thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of disposable sanitary products, in particular to an absorber for the disposable sanitary products and a forming device thereof.
Background
In the existing disposable sanitary product industry, the more common products mainly include baby diapers, baby pull-ups, adult diapers, adult pull-ups, feminine sanitary napkins, panty liners, and the like, and the main structures of the absorbent bodies of these products mainly include the following two types:
(1) the absorption layer is formed by mixing wood pulp and SAP (high liquid absorption capacity resin), the absorber with the structure has the advantages of strong liquid absorption capacity and good flexibility in actual use, but also has the defect that the absorber is easy to generate the phenomena of fault, lump and the like after absorbing liquid, and the user experience effect is poor if the absorber is not replaced in time and the phenomena of liquid leakage and the like are easy to generate;
(2) the absorbent layer is formed by using fluffy cloth and SAP (high liquid absorption capacity resin), the absorbent body of the structure obviously has the advantages of thin thickness, difficult deformation or lumping after absorbing liquid and the like in practical use, but in the absorbent body of the structure, the distribution of the SAP is often too concentrated and lacks of fiber diversion, when liquid enters, the SAP on the surface quickly absorbs the liquid and then forms gelatinous polymer, and after the polymer forms a layer of barrier, the polymer can prevent the liquid from continuously permeating downwards and absorbing, so the liquid absorption capacity of the absorbent body is poor; meanwhile, the raw material cost of the fluffy cloth is high, the material flexibility is poor, so that the absorber also has the defects of poor flexibility and high production cost, and when the fluffy cloth is used, the use experience effect of a user also has a large improvement space.
