As shown in fig. 1-3, in one embodiment, the first mounting frame 1 and the second mounting frame 2 are fixedly mounted with mounting mechanisms 6 at upper and lower ends of their sides, the mounting mechanisms 6 are provided with mounting plates 61 inside, and the surfaces of the mounting plates 61 are provided with two through holes 62.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in one embodiment, a masonry mechanism 7 is installed at the bottom of each of the first installation frame 1 and the second installation frame 2, a support plate 71 is fixedly installed inside the masonry mechanism 7, and a leveling strip 72 is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the support plate 71.
In one embodiment, the first sliding fan 4 and the second sliding fan 5 are both provided with handles, and non-slip pads are fixedly mounted on the surfaces of the handles and made of rubber.
The mounting process of the aluminum alloy door and window with the sound insulation and noise reduction functions comprises the following steps that firstly, a user mounts the product to a required mounting place according to the matching of internal devices of the mounting mechanism 6; secondly, building the product after the initial installation by using a user according to the matching of the internal devices of the building mechanism 7, so as to avoid unstable shaking when the product is used at the later stage; and step three, when certain noise is generated around the product, controlling the first sliding fan 4 and the second sliding fan 5 to be closed, so that the first sound insulating strip 41 and the second sound insulating strip 51 are tightly attached to eliminate the noise.
In one embodiment, in the first step, a user can penetrate bolts into the through holes 62 and the reserved holes according to the matching between the reserved holes of the required mounting surface and the through holes 62 in advance, and tighten the bolts to achieve the purpose of primary fixing and mounting of the product, wherein the angle reinforcing components are respectively mounted at the positions of the four mounting mechanisms 6 and are arranged in an L shape; the outside of angle reinforcing component is provided with the strengthening rib, and the strengthening rib is directly pour in the wall body.

An aluminum alloy door and window with sound insulation and noise reduction functions comprises a door frame assembly and a door leaf assembly, and is characterized in that the door frame assembly comprises a first mounting frame, a second mounting frame and a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is connected between the first mounting frame and the second mounting frame; the door leaf assembly comprises a first sliding fan and a second sliding fan, the first sliding fan is in sliding connection with the first installation frame, the second sliding fan is in sliding connection with the second installation frame, a first sound insulation strip is arranged on the first sliding fan, a second sound insulation strip is arranged on the second sliding fan, the first sound insulation strip is attached to the second sound insulation strip, and the driving mechanism is used for respectively controlling the first sliding fan and the second sliding fan to slide in opposite directions.
2. The aluminum alloy door and window with the sound insulation and noise reduction functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a connecting frame body, a first driving piece, a second driving piece, a first sliding block and a second sliding block, the connecting frame body is erected between the first mounting frame and the second mounting frame, a guide rail is arranged inside the connecting frame body, the first sliding block and the second sliding block are both in sliding connection with the guide rail, the first driving piece and the second driving piece are both installed inside the connecting frame body, one end of the first sliding block is connected with the output end of the first driving piece, the other end of the first sliding block is detachably connected with the first sliding sash, one end of the second sliding block is connected with the output end of the second driving piece, and the other end of the second sliding block is detachably connected with the second sliding sash.

The aluminum alloy door and window with sound insulation and noise reduction functions as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner side of the edge of the first sliding sash close to the second sliding sash is stepped and comprises a first step and a second step, the first sound insulation strip is mounted on the second step, the height of the second step is larger than the thickness of the second sliding sash, and the outer contours of the first sound insulation strip and the second sound insulation strip are triangular prisms.

The aluminum alloy door and window with sound insulation and noise reduction functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first sliding sash and the second sliding sash are both provided with toughened glass on the inner walls, the toughened glass comprises first glass, sound insulation damping glue, second glass, a PVB film and third glass, the sound insulation damping glue is positioned between the first glass and the second glass, and the PVB film is positioned between the second glass and the third glass.

The aluminum alloy door and window with sound insulation and noise reduction functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first mounting frame and the second mounting frame are fixedly provided with mounting mechanisms at both the upper end and the lower end of the side edge, a mounting plate is arranged in the mounting mechanism, and two through holes are formed in the surface of the mounting plate.

The aluminum alloy door and window with the sound insulation and noise reduction functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein a masonry mechanism is installed at the bottom of each of the first installation frame and the second installation frame, a support plate is fixedly installed inside the masonry mechanism, and a plain finding plate is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the support plate.

The aluminum alloy door and window with the sound insulation and noise reduction functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein handles are arranged on the first sliding sash and the second sliding sash, non-slip mats are fixedly mounted on the surfaces of the handles, and the non-slip mats are made of rubber.

A mounting process of an aluminum alloy door and window with sound insulation and noise reduction functions is characterized by comprising a first step of mounting a product at a required mounting place by a user according to the matching of internal devices of a mounting mechanism; secondly, building the product after the initial installation by using a user according to the matching between the internal devices of the building mechanism, so that the unstable shaking condition when the product is used at the later stage is avoided; and step three, when certain noise is generated around the product, the first sliding fan and the second sliding fan are controlled to be closed, so that the first sound insulation strip and the second sound insulation strip are tightly attached to eliminate the noise.

The aluminum alloy door and window mounting process of claim 8, wherein in the first step, a user can penetrate bolts into the through holes and the reserved holes according to the matching between the reserved holes and the through holes of the required mounting surface in advance, and tighten the bolts to achieve the purpose of primary fixed mounting of the product, angle reinforcing components are respectively mounted at the positions of the four mounting mechanisms and are arranged in an L shape; the outside of angle reinforcing component is provided with the strengthening rib, and the strengthening rib is directly pour in the wall body.

The aluminum alloy door and window mounting process of claim 8, wherein when a user primarily mounts the product in a desired mounting location, the leveling lines utilize the rugged physical structure of the product, so that the user can masonry the product with materials such as cement, thereby achieving the purpose of fixedly mounting the product and avoiding affecting subsequent use of the product by the user.
