Abstract
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,特别是涉及一种覆土上梁板支模施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:入户大堂楼板施工,楼板预埋螺栓,车库顶板上柱结构钢筋绑扎及柱模板安装,柱预留螺栓孔;在主槽钢上开孔,将主槽钢通过高强螺栓固定在柱一侧;在悬挑槽钢上根据支架立杆位置焊接栓钉;悬挑槽钢一端通过大堂楼板的预埋螺栓固定,另一端则置于主槽钢上;搭设梁板模板安装支架,其中,支架立杆下端套接于悬挑槽钢的栓钉上;通过栓钉增加了安装支架的稳定性;通过主槽钢、悬挑槽钢的设置,车库顶层结构无需等待柱、梁板结构浇筑、拆模后施工,提前了回填土等后续施工工序,极大地提高了施工效率,缩短了施工周期。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,特别是涉及一种覆土上梁板支模施工方法。
背景技术
在房屋建筑领域,尤其是住宅类房屋通常会设置比较宽敞明亮的入户大堂,而为了保持首层的户型,一般入户大堂会选择外扩处理,外扩部分通常位于车库回填土上侧;施工过程中,由于无法直接在车库顶部回填土上进行模板架体搭设,故常规施工方法为,先在地下车库顶板及外扩大堂楼板上搭设脚手架,然后再绑扎柱结构钢筋模板、梁板结构钢筋模板,浇筑柱结构、梁板结构,待混凝土强度满足拆模要求后拆除模板,拆模后再进行车库顶板上防水层及回填土施工,回填土完成后才能进行小市政、热力管线、给水排水管线、园林等施工;由于拆模之前混凝土凝结和硬化时间较长,且易受施工环境温度影响,施工至拆模完成之前无法进行防水施工、回填土等后续施工内容,从而将影响各工序施工的连续性及工期,因此,现有的施工方法已经无法满足日趋紧张的施工工期要求。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,从而提供一种能够降低施工工序间的时间间隔,提高施工效率,加快施工进度的覆土上梁板支模施工方法。
发明解决所述问题,采用的技术方案是:
一种覆土上梁板支模施工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:入户大堂楼板施工,大堂楼板中预埋螺栓,车库顶板施工,车库顶板上放线、凿毛、柱结构钢筋绑扎及模板安装,柱结构钢筋、模板上预留出螺栓孔;柱结构下部浇筑,浇筑高度高于悬挑槽钢设计安装高度;
S2,在主槽钢上开孔,将主槽钢通过高强螺栓贯穿开孔与柱结构预留螺栓孔固定在柱结构一侧;
S3,在悬挑槽钢上,根据安装梁板模板预搭设的支架立杆位置焊接栓钉;将悬挑槽钢一端通过大堂楼板的预埋螺栓固定,另一端则置于主槽钢上;
S4,搭设梁板模板安装支架,其中,支架立杆下端套接于悬挑槽钢的栓钉上。
优选的,步骤S1中,柱结构预留螺栓孔时,需在柱结构主体上按照主槽钢设计安装高度,采用塑料套管贯穿柱结构钢筋与模板,预留出固定主槽钢的螺栓孔;大堂楼板中预埋螺栓时,需在楼板浇筑混凝土前按照悬挑槽钢设计安装高度预埋螺栓。
优选的,步骤S2中,主槽钢固定在柱结构远离入户大堂的一侧,柱结构靠近入户大堂一侧对应预留螺栓孔设置垫板,固定时,将高强螺栓依次贯穿主槽钢上的开孔、柱结构上的预留螺栓孔和垫板并通过螺帽进行固定。
优选的,步骤S1后即可进行车库顶层结构施工,施工步骤包括:先在车库顶板和柱结构模板上铺装防水卷材,再在车库顶板的防水卷材上浇筑防水保护层,然后在柱结构模板外侧依次设置保温层、砌筑保护砖墙,接着在防水保护层上铺设排水层,最后进行回填土施工。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点是:
支架立杆能够通过悬挑槽钢上的栓钉,与柱结构上的悬挑槽钢连接,增加安装支架的稳定性;通过主槽钢、悬挑槽钢的设置,车库顶层结构无需等待柱结构、梁板结构浇筑、拆模后施工,提前了回填土等后续施工工序,极大地提高了施工效率,缩短了施工周期。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,目的仅在于更好地理解本发明内容,因此,所举之例并不限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,入户大堂11外扩处理时,为夹块施工效率,本方法提供了一种覆土上梁板支模施工方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1:车库结构梁1施工、车库顶板2施工、入户大堂楼板10施工,在大堂楼板10浇筑混凝土前按照悬挑槽钢6设计安装高度预埋螺栓101,预埋螺栓101采用U型螺栓即可,车库顶板2上定位放线出柱结构3安装位置,凿毛露出钢筋,柱结构3的钢筋绑扎及模板安装,在柱结构3主体上按照主槽钢4设计安装高度,采用塑料套管贯穿柱结构钢筋与模板,预留出固定主槽钢4的螺栓孔;柱结构3下部混凝土浇筑,浇筑高度高于悬挑槽钢6设计安装高度。
S2,待混凝土初凝后,拆除柱结构3已浇筑部分的模板;同时,在主槽钢4上开孔,将主槽钢4通过高强螺栓5贯穿开孔与柱预留螺栓孔固定在柱结构3一侧;具体的,主槽钢4固定在柱远离入户大堂的一侧,柱结构3靠近入户大堂一侧对应预留螺栓孔设置垫板8,固定时,将高强螺栓5依次贯穿主槽钢4上的开孔、柱上的预留螺栓孔和垫板8并通过螺帽9进行固定。
S3,在悬挑槽钢6上,根据安装梁板模板预搭设的支架立杆7位置焊接栓钉601;栓钉601外径小于支架立杆7内径;将悬挑槽钢6一端通过大堂楼板10的预埋螺栓101、垫板8和螺帽9进行固定,另一端则置于主槽钢4上;为便于拆卸,悬挑槽钢6与主槽钢4可采用扣件固定;为加强支架稳定性,悬挑槽钢6与主槽钢4选择点焊固定。
S4,搭设梁板模板安装支架,安装梁板模板;其中,支架立杆7下端套接于悬挑槽钢6的栓钉601上;支架立杆7能够通过悬挑槽钢6上的栓钉601,与柱上的悬挑槽钢6连接,增加安装支架的稳定性。
S5:剩余部分柱结构3及梁板结构12混凝土浇筑,待混凝土强度满足拆模要求后拆除相应模板。
进一步的,本方法中,步骤S1后即可进行车库顶层结构施工,施工步骤包括:先在车库顶板2和柱模板上铺装防水卷材13,再在车库顶板2的防水卷材13上浇筑防水保护层14,然后在柱模板外侧依次设置保温层16、砌筑保护砖墙17,接着在防水保护层14上铺设排水层15,排水层15为疏水板,最后进行回填土18施工。其中,为保证回填土18回填密实,车库顶层结构施工步骤应在悬挑槽钢6安装之前进行。
通过主槽钢、悬挑槽钢的设置,车库顶层结构无需等待柱、梁板结构浇筑、拆模后施工,柱结构施工和车库顶部结构能够同步进行施工,提前了回填土等后续施工工序,极大地提高了施工效率,缩短了施工周期。

1.一种覆土上梁板支模施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:入户大堂楼板施工,大堂楼板中预埋螺栓,车库顶板施工,车库顶板上放线、凿毛、柱结构钢筋绑扎及模板安装,柱结构上预留出螺栓孔;柱结构下部浇筑,浇筑高度高于悬挑槽钢设计安装高度;柱结构预留螺栓孔时,需在柱结构主体上按照主槽钢设计安装高度,采用塑料套管贯穿柱结构钢筋与模板,预留出固定主槽钢的螺栓孔;大堂楼板中预埋螺栓时,需在大堂楼板浇筑混凝土前按照悬挑槽钢设计安装高度预埋螺栓;
S2,在主槽钢上开孔,将主槽钢通过高强螺栓贯穿开孔与柱结构预留螺栓孔固定在柱结构一侧;主槽钢固定在柱结构远离入户大堂的一侧,柱结构靠近入户大堂一侧对应预留螺栓孔设置垫板,固定时,将高强螺栓依次贯穿主槽钢上的开孔、柱结构上的预留螺栓孔和垫板并通过螺帽进行固定;
S3,在悬挑槽钢上,根据安装梁板模板预搭设的支架立杆位置焊接栓钉;将悬挑槽钢一端通过大堂楼板的预埋螺栓固定,另一端则置于主槽钢上;
S4,搭设梁板模板安装支架,其中,支架立杆下端套接于悬挑槽钢的栓钉上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的覆土上梁板支模施工方法,其特征在于:步骤S1后即可进行车库顶层结构施工,施工步骤包括:先在车库顶板和柱结构模板上铺装防水卷材,再在车库顶板的防水卷材上浇筑防水保护层,然后在柱结构模板外侧依次设置保温层、砌筑保护砖墙,接着在防水保护层上铺设排水层,最后进行回填土施工。
