the swing part (33) comprises a supporting rod (331), a ball head (332) arranged at one end of the supporting rod (331), a V-shaped rod (333) fixedly connected with the other end of the supporting rod (331) at a bent position, and two second switching cylinders (334) which are arranged at two ends of the V-shaped rod (333) and have collinear axes; the ball head (332) is matched with the ball head at the output end of the crank (32), and the outer end of the second adapter cylinder (334) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the screen cylinder (35);
the powder cartridge (34) comprises a cartridge body (341) with an overflow hole formed at the upper end part of the side wall, a feeding hole (344) formed on the top surface of the cartridge body (341), and four adapter columns (343) which are arranged at the top of the side wall of the cartridge body (341) and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction; the first screen (342) is covered on the overflow hole;
the first adapter cylinder (313) is in rotating fit with two opposite adapter columns (343), and the second adapter cylinder (334) is in rotating fit with the other two opposite adapter columns (343).

The flocculation powder adding device for the water treatment sedimentation tank according to claim 6, wherein the rotation driving means comprises a first gear (375) having a rotation axis coaxial with the threaded rod (371), a second gear (376) engaged with the first gear (375), a third gear (377) having a rotation axis coaxial with the second gear (376), and a fourth gear (378) having a rotation axis coaxial with the rotation axis of the second connecting cylinder (3741) and engaged with the third gear (377).

The flocculation powder adding device for the water treatment sedimentation tank according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the L-shaped plate (21) is rotatably fitted with the mechanism box (22), and the telescopic unit (2) further comprises a rotating member for controlling the rotation of the L-shaped plate (21).
