0-20 parts of herbal extract, 2-50 parts of tobacco essence, 0-6 parts of nicotine, 0.2-15 parts of surfactant and 50-80 parts of solvent;
the surfactant includes a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group.
The embodiment of the application provides an electronic cigarette liquid, the electronic cigarette liquid includes the surfactant component who has hydrophilic group and hydrophobic group, the surfactant can form the interface film when being located between oily component and the waterborne composition, makes incompatible oily component and waterborne component emulsification form stable emulsion, has avoided the layering between oily component and the waterborne component on the one hand, and on the other hand has reduced the volatilization of oily component and waterborne component, has guaranteed the stability and the security of electronic cigarette liquid.
Specifically, the herbal extract can promote the freshness in the electronic cigarette liquid, and the tobacco essence has certain fragrance type and can be directly used for a mixture for flavoring tobacco to promote the fragrance in the electronic cigarette liquid. In order to effectively control the freshness of the electronic cigarette liquid and avoid over-thick fragrance of the electronic cigarette liquid, the mass parts of the herbal extract in the electronic cigarette liquid can be controlled to be 3-10 parts, the mass parts of the tobacco essence can be controlled to be 2-30 parts, the mass parts of nicotine can be kept to be 0-6 parts, the mass parts of the surfactant can be 0.2-15 parts, and the mass parts of the solvent can be 50-80 parts.
Specifically, the hydrophilic group of the surfactant may be-OH, -CHO, -COOH and-NH 2 The hydrophobic group of the surfactant may be-C n H 2n+1 、-CH=H 2 、-C 6 H 5 -X (X represents halogen) and-NO 4 And as the number of hydrophilic groups in the surfactant increases, the more hydrophilic the surfactant is; likewise, as the number of hydrophobic groups in the surfactant increases, the more hydrophobic the surfactant becomes.
Because the electronic cigarette liquid contains both an oily component, such as tobacco essence or nicotine, and an aqueous component, such as herbal extract or solvent, the electronic cigarette liquid may have the problem of layering of the oily component and the aqueous component during mixing. The surfactant comprises a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group, and can reduce the interfacial tension between the two phases of the oily component and the aqueous component; when the surfactant is positioned between the oily component and the aqueous component, an interface film can be formed, so that the electronic cigarette liquid forms stable emulsion, and the safety of the electronic cigarette liquid is improved. The aqueous component may be water, such as deionized water, purified water, or the like.
This application the electronic cigarette tobacco juice is including the surfactant component that has hydrophilic group and hydrophobic group, the surfactant active is lieing in can form the interfacial film when between oily component and the waterborne composition, make incompatible oily component and waterborne composition emulsification form stable emulsion, avoided the layering between oily component and the waterborne composition on the one hand, on the other hand has reduced the volatilization of oily component and waterborne composition, has guaranteed the stability and the security of electronic cigarette tobacco juice.
And the stable emulsion formed by the electronic cigarette liquid can reduce the atomization temperature of the electronic cigarette liquid, so that the atomization temperature of the electronic cigarette liquid is less than or equal to 200 ℃, the atomization effect and smoking safety of the electronic cigarette liquid are improved, the improvement of the fragrance intensity of the electronic cigarette liquid is facilitated, and the fragrance of the electronic cigarette liquid is more intense and full. In addition, the interface film formed by the surfactant between the oily component and the aqueous component can also play a role in blocking space and static electricity, prevent the aggregation of oily components and/or aqueous component particles and enable the emulsion formed by the electronic cigarette liquid to be more stable.
In order to further improve the using effect of the tobacco juice, preferably, the electronic cigarette tobacco juice comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5-8 parts of herbal extract, 10-25 parts of tobacco essence, 3-5 parts of nicotine, 3-10 parts of surfactant and 57-72 parts of solvent.
Specifically, the herbal extract is an extract of a plant, for example, the herbal extract may be a water extract of a flower plant such as safflower, lily or peony, or a water extract of a grass plant such as purslane, black nightshade or nidus vespae, or a water extract of tobacco such as tobacco leaf, so as to improve freshness in the electronic cigarette liquid, but the herbal extract is limited to the extract of the plant. The tobacco essence comprises one or more of sweet orange oil, lemon oil, peanut oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, natural oil, synthetic oil and olive oil, has a certain fragrance type, and can be directly used for perfuming tobacco to improve the fragrance in the cigarette liquid of the electronic cigarette. The nicotine is alkaloid existing in solanaceae plants (solanum), is an important component of the electronic cigarette liquid, can ensure the nerve stimulation effect in the electronic cigarette liquid, and brings the smoking pleasure to users.
Optionally, the e-liquid is a heterogeneous system comprising a continuous phase and a plurality of dispersed phases, the continuous phase being wrapped around the dispersed phases.
Specifically, when the electronic cigarette liquid contains both an oily component and an aqueous component, the oily component and the aqueous component are in different phases due to the incompatibility of the oily component and the aqueous component. For example, when the volume of the oily component is larger than that of the aqueous component, the oily component may serve as a continuous phase, the aqueous component may serve as a dispersed phase, and the oily component may be coated around the aqueous components; when the volume of the oily component is smaller than that of the aqueous component, the aqueous component may be used as a continuous phase, the oily component may be used as a dispersed phase, and the aqueous component may be coated around a plurality of oily components.
Optionally, the continuous phase is an oily component 1 and the dispersed phase is an aqueous component 2.
Specifically, because the oily component 1 and the aqueous component 2 are immiscible, the oily component 1 and the aqueous component 2 in the electronic cigarette liquid can present two phases. When the volume of the oily component 1 is significantly larger than that of the aqueous component 2, because the volume of the aqueous component 2 is smaller, under the emulsification action of the surfactant, the aqueous component 2 includes a plurality of dispersed phases, and the oily component 1 can be coated on the plurality of dispersed phases, at this time, the oily component 1 is a continuous phase, and the aqueous component 2 is a dispersed phase, so that a water-in-oil stable mixed state is presented, as shown in fig. 1.
Specifically, when the oily component 1 and the aqueous component 2 are in a water-in-oil stable mixed state, and the electronic cigarette liquid is heated, the aqueous component 2 rapidly expands when vaporized due to a large difference between boiling points of the oily component 1 and the aqueous component 2, the volume of the electronic cigarette liquid is increased by about 1000 times, and the oily component 1 wrapped outside the aqueous component 2 can be split into oil drops with smaller particle size at the instant of rapid expansion of the aqueous component 2, so that 'micro-explosion' is generated. Under the secondary atomization effect of "microexplosion", can make oil drip fragmentation become more tiny vaporific oil drip, the particle diameter that this vaporific oil drip is little a lot than the atomizing aerosol of traditional electron cigarette tobacco juice, has improved the fragrant smell plumpness of essence for cigarette, can also reduce the atomizing temperature of electron cigarette tobacco juice makes the atomizing temperature of electron cigarette tobacco juice is less than or equal to 200 ℃, has also reduced the entry temperature of atomizing aerosol, improves user's suction experience promptly.
Optionally, the oily component 1 comprises at least part of the tobacco flavor, and the aqueous component 2 comprises at least part of the solvent.
Specifically, the oily component 1 in the electronic cigarette liquid may include ingredients in multiple components, such as oil or vegetable oil in the tobacco essence, and may further include oily alkaloid in the nicotine; the aqueous component 2 of the e-vaping liquid may also include components of a plurality of components, such as propylene glycol, glycerol, or water in the solvent, and may also include an aqueous extraction solvent in the herbal extract.
Optionally, the solvent includes a lower alcohol and/or water, the lower alcohol may include at least one of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and glycerol, and the electronic cigarette liquid includes 20 to 30 parts by mass of water, preferably 15 to 25 parts by mass of water.
Specifically, the propylene glycol in the solvent can be replaced by propylene glycol instead of the solvent, and the glycerol in the solvent can be replaced by glycerol instead of the solution. Solvent in the electron cigarette tobacco juice can be with herbaceous extract, tobacco flavor and nicotine misce bene, guarantees stability during the suction of electron cigarette tobacco juice.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, the surfactant is located between the continuous phase and the dispersed phase.
Specifically, when the oily component 1 coats the aqueous component 2 to assume a stable mixed state of water-in-oil, the surfactant may form an interfacial film 3 between the oily component 1 and the aqueous component 2, as shown in fig. 1. The aqueous component 2 may include bound water 21, interfacial water 22 and free water 23, and when the oily component 1 and the aqueous component 2 are in a water-in-oil stable mixed state, the aqueous component 2 forms a uniform emulsion with the oily component 1, and most of the aqueous component 2 forms an oil-water emulsion with the oily component 1 of the continuous phase in the form of interfacial water 22, as shown in fig. 2. As the content of the aqueous component 2 increases, the aqueous component 2 of the dispersed phase increases, and the free water 21 contained in the interfacial water 22 around the interfacial film 3 increases, and eventually an oil-in-water emulsion state may be formed.
The interfacial film 3 can stably separate the oily component 1 and the aqueous component 2, whether in the oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsion state. Further, for example, when the aqueous component 2 in the emulsion is increased, the oily component 1 may act on the interface with the interfacial film 3 to form a denser interfacial composite film, thereby increasing the stability of the emulsion. The emulsifier in the surfactant described herein may be a single or mixed emulsifier as desired.
Optionally, the diameter of the dispersed phase is in the range of 10 to 100nm.
Specifically, when the oily component 1 coats the aqueous component 2 to exhibit a stable mixed state of water in oil, the aqueous component 2 is dispersed in the oily component 1, the aqueous component 2 may exhibit a spherical structure due to the surface tension, and the diameter of the aqueous component 2 is directly related to the stability level and the atomization effect of the electronic cigarette liquid. When the diameter of the water-based component 2 is too small, the electronic cigarette liquid is difficult to form obvious micro-explosion during atomization, and a good atomization effect cannot be achieved; when the diameter of the aqueous component 2 is too large, the weight of the aqueous component 2 becomes large, which is disadvantageous for stable dispersion of the aqueous component 2 in the oil component 1. In addition, when the aqueous component 2 coats the oily component 1 to exhibit a stable mixed state of oil-in-water, the oily component 1 is a dispersed phase, and the diameter range of the oily component 1 also needs to be controlled to 10 to 100nm.
Optionally, the surfactant comprises one or more of medium chain triglycerides, lactitol, sucrose fatty acid esters, mono-di-glycerol fatty acid esters, citric acid fatty acid glycerides, lactic acid fatty acid glycerides, acetylated mono-di-glycerol fatty acid esters, phospholipids, modified soy phospholipids, enzymatically hydrolyzed soy phospholipids, polysorbates, hydroxypropyl starch, sodium starch octenyl succinate, glycerol, sodium caseinate, and quillaia bark extract.
Specifically, since the surfactant can reduce the interfacial tension between the two phases of the oily component 1 and the aqueous component 2, the interfacial film 3 formed by the surfactant can ensure the stability of the emulsion formed by the oily component 1 and the aqueous component 2. For example, the surfactant may comprise a medium carbon alcohol such as lactitol, which is a 12 carbon sugar alcohol, and which is prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of lactose, and which is sweet and refreshing, has no aftertaste, and has high solubility.
The embodiment of the application also provides an electronic cigarette, which comprises a liquid storage bin and the electronic cigarette liquid;
the electronic cigarette liquid is stored in the liquid storage bin.
This application the electron cigarette tobacco juice of electron cigarette includes surfactant has avoided the layering between oily component 1 and the waterborne component 2 on the one hand, and on the other hand has reduced the volatilization of oily component 1 and waterborne component 2, has guaranteed stability and security that the electron cigarette used.
Optionally, the atomization temperature of the electronic cigarette liquid is less than or equal to 200 ℃.
Specifically, after the stable emulsion is formed in the electronic cigarette liquid of the electronic cigarette, the atomization temperature of the electronic cigarette liquid can be reduced, so that the atomization temperature of the electronic cigarette liquid is less than or equal to 200 ℃, the atomization effect and smoking safety of the electronic cigarette liquid are improved, meanwhile, the improvement of the fragrance intensity of the electronic cigarette liquid is facilitated, and the fragrance of the electronic cigarette liquid is more intense and full.
