Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological pesticides, and particularly relates to a composition containing brown algae oligosaccharide and chitosan oligosaccharide, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Alginate oligosaccharides (Alginate oligosaccharides), also called Alginate oligosaccharides and algin oligosaccharides, are prepared from cold water brown algae as a raw material by using a low-temperature directional biological cracking technology, are linear long-chain molecules irregularly linked by 1,4-mannuronic acid (M) and 1,4-guluronic acid (G), are the highest active fragments in the brown algae raw material, can promote the synthesis of endogenous growth hormone in plants in a short time, promote rooting and growth, and improve the nutrient absorption efficiency of crops. Further research shows that the brown algae oligosaccharide can reduce the harm of high salt, heavy metal and other abiotic stress, and the brown algae oligosaccharide degraded by streptomyces alginate has been used as effective promoter for plant growth. The structural formula and the specific parameters are as follows:

Chitosan oligosaccharide (Chitosan oligosaccharide), also known as amino-oligosaccharide and Chitosan oligosaccharide, is an oligosaccharide product with the polymerization degree of 2-20, which is obtained by degrading Chitosan through a special biological enzyme technology. The chitosan oligosaccharide is polysaccharide formed by combining N-acetyl-D-glucosamine with beta-1,4 glycosidic bonds, is the only oligosaccharide with positive charge cation basic amino in nature, has high solubility which chitosan does not have, is completely dissolved in water, is easy to be absorbed and utilized by organisms and has a plurality of unique functions which are 14 times of the functions of the chitosan. It is registered and classified as a plant resistance inducer in the Ministry of agriculture, and chitosan oligosaccharide is now widely used in the fields of agriculture, food, chemical industry, energy, environmental protection, medicine, and the like. The structural formula and specific parameters are as follows:
name (R) | Chitosan oligosaccharide |
Detecting items | Actual measurement item |
Appearance of the product | Pale yellow solid powder |

The brown algae oligosaccharide and the chitosan oligosaccharide belong to the same oligomeric saccharide product, the action mechanism of the brown algae oligosaccharide is that the brown algae oligosaccharide is used as an environmental signal and is induced by 'converter cells', so that the up-regulation expression of a gene of nitrate reductase is promoted, the rapid accumulation of NO signal molecules is further induced, auxin in a plant body is rapidly accumulated under the regulation and control of the NO signal molecules, and 'regenerative potential cells' form adventitious roots under the guidance of the auxin, so that the growth and development of crops are accelerated. The action mechanism of the chitosan oligosaccharide is that the chitosan oligosaccharide acts on a plant as a signal molecule, can regulate and control defense genes in the plant body by activating a plant innate immune system, induces the plant to secrete a large amount of secondary metabolites and defense proteins, improves the disease resistance of the plant, and prevents diseases.
Because the two kinds of oligosaccharide are nontoxic, harmless and pollution-free, and the acting objects are plants, the two kinds of oligosaccharide can be mixed for use to combine the respective advantages. At present, no combination product of the brown alginate oligosaccharide and the chitosan oligosaccharide is reported, which is probably because the brown alginate oligosaccharide has anions and the chitosan oligosaccharide has cations, and the combination of the brown alginate oligosaccharide and the chitosan oligosaccharide can cause serious flocculation.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described below with reference to specific examples. The starting materials and reagents used in the present invention are commercially available.
Brown algae oligosaccharides were purchased from zhongke glory (suzhou) biotechnology limited, CAS:9005-38-3, molecular weight of 400-1500, polymerization degree of 2-20, and oligosaccharide content of 3-7 above 80%.
Chitosan oligosaccharides were purchased from zhongke glory (suzhou) biotechnology limited, CAS:148411-57-8, molecular weight 350-1000, polymerization degree 2-20, wherein oligosaccharide content of polymerization degree 3-7 is greater than or equal to 80%.
EXAMPLE 1 selection of adjuvants for the compositions
In order to solve the problem that flocculation is caused when brown alga oligosaccharide and chitosan oligosaccharide are mixed for use, eleven amphoteric surfactants, namely cocamidopropyl betaine, lauryl betaine, imidazoline, alkyl glycoside, lauryl glucose, isotridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, lauramidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine, cocamidopropyl amine oxide and alkyl dimethyl amine oxide, are selected in the experimental process to carry out an auxiliary agent experiment, and experiments prove that only one auxiliary agent, namely imidazoline, can prevent the brown alga oligosaccharide and the chitosan oligosaccharide from flocculating after being dissolved in water, so that ions of the two oligosaccharides can maintain a balanced state in the solution, and the flocculation phenomenon can still be caused when the content of the other auxiliary agents is increased to 20%. The content of imidazoline in the mixed solution is 5wt% -10wt%, so that the alginate oligosaccharide and the chitosan oligosaccharide can be well dissolved mutually, and flocculation is not generated. Sodium diacetate is a preservative with 0.1% -1% being a commonly used addition range.
