step three: the rotary tillage cutter body 5 is ploughed at the front side, the ground cone 21 positioned below the frame 1 is vertically inserted into the ground by the lifting cylinder 20, the hooked teeth 2102 can be contracted inwards towards the connecting seat 2101 by the aid of the connecting shaft 2103 and the folding carbon steel frame 2104 matched with the inner side for movable connection in the inserting process, so that the ground cone 21 is better detached into the ground, then the ground cone 21 is pulled out of the ground by the aid of the lifting cylinder 20 again, the hooked teeth 2102 are reset outwards and open under the action of resistance force in the pulling process, so that soil in the deep underground is brought out by the aid of the opened hooked teeth 2102, then new soil in the ground is scattered by the aid of another group of rotary tillage cutters arranged at the rear side of the frame 1, the old soil in the ground is ploughed together with old soil originally, the old soil is ploughed to the lower side of the new soil by the plough shovel 14 arranged on the pipe column 11, and the old soil can be restored to the ground by the aid of the plough;
step four: four groups of functional boxes 2 are mounted on the front side of the frame 1, two sides of the functional box 2 located on the outermost side are connected with spray heads 201, the spray heads 201 can spray fertilizer, fertilizer application is completed while farmland is being cultivated, water is filled in the functional box 2 located on the inner side, and water is sprayed by utilizing the spray heads 203, so that the ground is kept moist.
