在重要的经济作物,如稻、辣椒、大豆、鹰嘴豆、木豆、棉花、茶叶、马铃薯、番茄,和其它农业、园艺和旱地作物的生产中,植物可能受到多种病原体或细菌以及其他疾病的侵扰,为此,种植者通过单独或桶混各种杀真菌剂的措施来控制各种不期望的致病微生物。这种混合几种杀真菌剂的做法可能会由于相容性问题而导致药效差和作物损害。因此,具有不同作用模式的杀真菌剂组合的最佳配方的预混合物将有助于种植者更有效地对抗这些致病微生物。

在具体实施方式中,本发明提供一种丙森锌和苯氧菌胺的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)在混合器中加入丙森锌和苯氧菌胺或其可接受的盐,
b)均匀地加入农业化学上可接受的添加剂,所述添加剂选自表面活性剂、载体和其它添加剂;以及
c)可选地通过研磨机进行研磨。

在一个实施方式中,本发明提供了一种制备水分散性颗粒(WDG)制剂的通用方法,包括以下步骤:
a)将十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)和木质素磺酸钠(SLS)与活性成分丙森锌和苯氧菌胺充分混合;
b)在低速(10~15rpm)持续搅拌下,将高岭土和二氧化硅缓慢加入上述混合物中;
c)将乳糖溶解在水中,2%,w/w,并在不断搅拌下添加到步骤1和2中的材料中;
d)在不断混合下缓慢加入硫酸钠粉末,得到均匀湿润的粉状物料;
e)将上述物料通过挤出机挤出,得到所需形状和尺寸的颗粒;
f)将颗粒在流化床干燥器中干燥至最终水分含量为0.2%,w/w。
在另一个实施方式中,本发明的组合物可以通过选自雾化、铺展(spreading)、撒粉、喷雾、扩散、浸泡、灌溉、注射、混合、喷洒(水浸)、发泡、拌种、包衣、喷射、熏蒸、烟熏、烟雾和喷涂的任何一种方法来施用。
在另一个实施方式中,本发明提供一种控制多种不期望的致病微生物的方法,其使用有效剂量的丙森锌和苯氧菌胺的组合物。在另一个优选实施方式中,本发明提供一种由丙森锌和苯氧菌胺组成的杀真菌组合或组合物用于控制经济上重要的作物(如稻、辣椒、大豆、棉花、鹰嘴豆、木豆、茶、马铃薯和番茄)上的致病微生物。

实施例4Corynespora cassiicola(CORYCA)
将化合物(A和B,A+B)溶解于0.3%二甲基亚砜中,然后添加到马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基中,之后马上将其分配到培养皿中。将5ml含有所需浓度化合物的培养基分配到60mm无菌培养皿中。凝固后,每个培养皿接种从活跃生长的毒力培养板外围取下的5mm大小的菌丝盘。培养皿在温度为25℃、相对湿度为70%的生长室中培养7天,然后测量径向生长,并与各自的单个对照进行比较。当组合的活性高于单一化合物的加和活性时,即为有协同效应。
实施例5致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)(马铃薯和番茄晚疫病)
将化合物(A和B,A+B)溶解于0.3%二甲基亚砜中,然后添加到马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基中,之后马上将其分配到培养皿中。将5ml含有所需浓度化合物的培养基分配到60mm无菌培养皿中。凝固后,每个培养皿接种从活跃生长的毒力培养板外围取下的5mm大小的菌丝盘。培养皿在温度为18℃、相对湿度为95%的生长室中培养7天,然后测量径向生长,并与各自的单个对照进行比较。当组合的功效高于单一化合物的加和活性时,即为有协同效应。
温室试验:
实施例1水稻中Pyricularia oryzae试验
将化合物(A和B以及A+B)溶解于2%二甲基亚砜/丙酮中,然后与含乳化剂的水混合至50ml的校准喷雾体积。将该50ml喷雾液倒入喷雾瓶中以供进一步应用。
为了测试化合物的预防活性,在第3代喷雾柜内,使用空心锥形喷嘴以规定的施用率向温室中培育的健康水稻幼苗/幼小植株喷洒活性化合物制剂。处理后一天,用含有1.4x106Pyricularia oryzae接种物的孢子悬浮液(2%麦芽溶液)接种植株,然后加入等量/等数量的含有病原体的感染高粱粉。将接种后的植株置于温度为28℃,相对湿度为95%的温室内,用于病害表达。
通过在施用后3天、7天和10天对处理过的植株的病害严重程度进行评级(0-100%等级),对化合物的性能进行目视评估。通过比较处理组和未处理对照组的病害等级,计算化合物的功效(%对照)。还通过记录坏死、黄化和发育迟缓等症状,对处理过的植株进行了植株毒性效应评估。计算化合物A、化合物B及其混合物对Pyricularia oryzae的药效百分比。结果列表如下:

实施例2:番茄中Alternaria solani和Phytopthora infestans试验
将化合物(A和B,A+B)溶解于2%二甲基亚砜/丙酮中,然后与含乳化剂的水混合至50ml的校准喷雾体积。将该50ml喷雾液倒入喷雾瓶中以进一步应用。
为了测试化合物的预防活性,使用空心锥形喷嘴在喷雾柜内以规定的施用率对在温室中培育的健康幼小番茄植株喷洒活性化合物制剂。处理后一天,用含有0.24x106Alternariasolani接种物的孢子悬浮液(2%麦芽)接种植株,另外用含有2.6x106Corynespora cassiicola接种物的孢子悬浮液(吐温20水溶液)和含有0.24x106Phytopthora接种物的胞囊悬浮液(无菌水)接种植株。接种后,将植株置于20℃的黑暗中24小时。然后将其转移到温度为22℃、相对湿度为95-100%的温室中进行病害表达。
通过在施用后3天、7天和10天对处理过的植株的病害严重程度进行评级(0-100%等级),对化合物的性能进行目视评估。通过比较处理组和未处理对照组的病害等级,计算化合物的功效(%对照)。通过记录坏死、黄化和发育迟缓等症状,还对处理过的植株进行植物相容性评估。计算了化合物A、化合物B及其混合物对Alternaria solani和Phytopthorainfestans的药效百分比。

实施例3水稻中Rhizoctonia solani试验
将化合物(A&B组合比)溶解于2%DMSO/丙酮中,然后与水混合至50ml的校准喷雾体积。将该50ml喷雾液倒入喷雾瓶中以供进一步应用。
为了测试化合物的预防活性,在喷雾柜内使用空心锥形喷嘴以规定的施用率对在温室内培育的健康水稻幼苗/幼小植株喷洒活性化合物制剂。处理后一天,用等量的含Rhizoctonia solani的感染米糠接种植株。然后将接种的植株保存在温度为24-25℃、相对湿度为90-95%的温室内,用于病害表达。
通过在施用后3、7、10和15天对处理过的植株的病害严重程度进行评级(0-100%等级),对化合物的性能进行目视评估。通过比较处理组和未处理对照组的病害等级,计算化合物的功效(%对照)。通过记录坏死、黄化和发育迟缓等症状,还评估了喷洒的植株对该化合物的植物毒性作用。计算了化合物A、化合物B及其混合物对Rhizoctonia solani的药效百分比。结果列表如下:

本发明的新型农药组合物也表现出作物有活力的生长。活力这里指的是作物的早期叶面积发育和生长速度,活力通常与竞争能力的提高有关。快速郁闭使作物能够快速遮蔽地面和竞争植物。有活力的早期生长可以促进更大的根系生长,提高WUE(Siddique等人,1990;Richards等人,2007;Richard,2008),这可以有助于在水分和养分有限的环境中提高产量,总体上可以观察到植物的强大强化作用。因此,它们可以用来调动植物抵御不期望的微生物的攻击。提高的植物活力,包括植物健康/植物质量和种子活力,减少倒伏(standfailure),改善外观,增加胁迫期后的恢复,改善色素沉着(例如叶绿素含量,保持绿色效果等)和改善光合作用效率。

结论
上述结果表明,丙森锌和苯氧菌胺的组合对水稻中Pyricularia oryzae,Rhizoctonia solani和番茄中Phytopthora infestans,Alternaria solani具有协同作用。
因此,根据上述描述,本领域技术人员可以清楚地看到,可以在不偏离说明书中阐述的本发明的精神或范围的情况下对其进行一些变化和修改。因此,前述描述的范围不应局限于上述描述,而是应将此描述理解为包含本发明中存在的此类特征,包括将会被相关领域技术人员视为等同的所有特征和实施方式。
Claims (11)
1.一种协同增效组合,包括:
a)丙森锌,或其可接受的盐;
b)苯氧菌胺,或其可接受的盐,以及任选地包括一种或多种杀虫剂、杀菌剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、安全剂、除草剂或其任意组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的协同增效组合,其特征在于,丙森锌和苯氧菌胺的比例为20∶1~1∶20,优选为12∶1~4∶1,更优选为10∶1~7∶1。
3.一种协同增效组合物,包括:
a)丙森锌,或其可接受的盐;
b)苯氧菌胺,或其可接受的盐;以及任选地包括一种或多种杀虫剂、杀真菌剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、安全剂、除草剂或其任何组合;和
c)农业化学上可接受的添加剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的协同增效组合物,其中,丙森锌和苯氧菌胺的比例为20∶1~1∶20,优选为12∶1~4∶1,更优选为10∶1~7∶1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的协同增效组合或根据权利要求3所述的协同增效组合物,其中,所述丙森锌和苯氧菌胺的粒径为2~80μm,更优选为5~30μm,最优选为5~10μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的协同增效组合或根据权利要求3所述的协同增效组合物,其中,所述丙森锌和苯氧菌胺的粒径(d50,在水相中分散后通过激光衍射测定)为2~80μm,更优选为5~30μm,最优选为5~10μm。
7.根据权利要求3所述的协同增效组合物,其特征在于,所述农业化学上可接受的添加剂选自固体载体、液体载体、气体载体、表面活性剂、粘合剂、崩解剂、pH值调节剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、抗结块剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、填充剂、稳定剂和/或着色剂或其组合。
8.根据权利要求3所述的协同增效组合物,其中,所述组合物选自悬浮液(SC)、可湿性粉末(WP)、水分散颗粒(WDG)、水分散片(WT)、超低容量(ULV)液体(UL)、超低容量(ULV)悬浮液(SU)、水溶性粉末(SP)、可溶性浓缩物(SL)、水溶性颗粒(SG)、悬乳液(SE),颗粒(GR),乳化颗粒(EG),水包油或油包水乳液(EW),乳化浓缩物(EC),微乳液(ME),油分散体(OD),胶囊悬浮液(CS),气雾剂(AE)或胶囊悬浮液(CS)和悬浮液(SC)的混合制剂(ZC)。
9.根据权利要求3所述的协同增效组合物,其中,所述组合物优选为悬浮液(SC)、水分散颗粒(WDG)、可湿性粉末(WP)或油分散体(OD)。
10.根据权利要求8-9所述的协同增效组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)在混合器中加入丙森锌或其可接受的盐,和苯氧菌胺或其可接受的盐;
b)均匀地加入农业化学上可接受的添加剂,所述添加剂选自表面活性剂、载体和其它添加剂;以及
c)可选地通过研磨机进行研磨。
11.一种用于管理不期望的植物病原性真菌和/或微生物的方法,所述方法包括将如权利要求1所述组合或如权利要求3所述组合物应用于所述植物病原性真菌和/或微生物。
