The first preset condition is used for judging whether the content of the first service information to be created or updated meets the preset requirement or not. Illustratively, the first preset condition includes that the content of the first service information should be complete, for example, should include one or more preset types of information, and if the first service information to be created or updated includes the one or more preset types of information, the first preset condition is considered to be satisfied.
For example, the third prompt message may be "request failed", "first service information is not eligible", or "first service information is incomplete", and the second prompt message may be "request failed" or "first service information already exists", and the like, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, if the content of the first service information to be created or updated satisfies the first preset condition, a subsequent synchronization operation may be further performed.
In some embodiments, step S160 further comprises:
step C11: and if the first service synchronization request comprises a request for creating or updating the first service information, creating a reminding time based on the first service information to be created or updated, so that the first service information service module sends preset reminding information to a target user at the reminding time.
Step C11 may include, among other things, creating a new reminder time or updating (deleting and creating) an existing reminder time. In one embodiment, the reminder time may be determined based on the first service information to be created or updated, and the reminder time may be created based on a preset interface for creating the reminder time, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, step S160 further comprises:
step D11: and after the first service information is synchronized, updating a record of the synchronization state of the first service synchronization request in the target online document.
In some embodiments, the target online document has a preset field for indicating the synchronization status of the first service synchronization request, and after the synchronization of the first service information is completed, the record of the synchronization status of the first service synchronization request may be updated in the preset field. Illustratively, the record of the updated synchronization status may be "synchronization successful," but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, after the first service information is synchronized, the record of the synchronization status of the first service synchronization request in the target online document is updated, so that a user of the target online document can know the synchronization status of the first service synchronization request conveniently, and the user can manage the first service information subsequently based on the target online form conveniently.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an architecture of an information synchronization processing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 5, the information synchronization processing system includes an online form service module 400, a traffic synchronization service module 500, and a task service module 600. The service synchronization module 500 may be configured to perform an information synchronization processing method provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
In step S410, the online form service module 400 may trigger a task synchronization request in response to a first preset operation of the user in the target online form.
In some embodiments, the task synchronization request may include a unique identification of the target online table (app _ token), an identification of a sub-table in the target online table (table _ ID), a record identification (recordiid), type information (type) of the task synchronization request, task parameter information, and a field name of the task.
In step S610, the task service module 600 may trigger a task synchronization request in response to monitoring a task information change event.
In step S510, the service synchronization module 500 receives a task synchronization request.
In step S520, the service synchronization service module 500 determines whether the task synchronization request is from the task service module 600, and if it is determined that the task synchronization request is from the task service module 600, executes the corresponding branch scheme of step S530; if it is determined that the task service module 600 does not come from the task service module, the corresponding branch scheme of step S571 is executed.
In step S530, the service synchronization service module 500 may determine the type of the task synchronization request according to the task type information carried in the task synchronization request, and if it is determined that the type is used for deleting the task, execute the branch scheme corresponding to step S541; if the type is determined to be used for updating the task, executing the branch scheme corresponding to the step S551; if the type is determined to be for creating the task, the branch scheme corresponding to step S561 is executed.
In step S541, the business synchronization service module 500 determines whether a task to be synchronized exists, if so, performs step S542, and if not, performs corresponding feedback to the online form service module 400, so that the online form service module 400 performs step S420: and displaying prompt information about task deletion failure.
In step S542, the service synchronization service module 500 may call a preset interface to delete corresponding task information in the task service module 600. Thereafter, the service synchronization service module 500 performs corresponding feedback, so that the online form service module 430 performs step S430: and displaying prompt information about successful task deletion.
In step S543, the service synchronization service module 500 calls a preset interface to update the record of the synchronization status of the task synchronization request in the target online table as synchronization success.
In step S551, the service synchronization service module 500 determines whether the task information to be updated is complete. If complete, go to step S552; if not, corresponding feedback is performed to the online form service module 400, so that the online form service module 400 performs step S440: and displaying prompt information about incomplete task information to prompt a user to complete the task information to be updated.
In step S552, the service synchronization module 500 determines whether the updated task exists, and if so, performs step S553; if not, corresponding feedback is performed to the online form service module 400, so that the online form service module 400 performs step S460: and displaying prompt information about task update failure so as to prompt the user not to update the task which does not exist.
In step S553, the service synchronization module 500 parses the task information to be synchronized. In some embodiments, records to be synchronized corresponding to respective fields may be retrieved and determined based on the fields in the target online document to determine to which field the record to be synchronized should be updated, preventing record update confusion (e.g., updates under the wrong field).
In step S554, the service synchronization service module 500 updates the corresponding task by calling a preset interface based on the parsed information.
In step S555, the service synchronization module 500 calls a preset interface to update the record of the synchronization status of the task synchronization request in the target online table to be synchronization successful.
In step S561, the service synchronization module 500 determines whether the task information to be created is complete. If complete, go to step S562; if not, corresponding feedback is performed to the online form service module 400, so that the online form service module 400 performs step S440: and displaying prompt information about task incompleteness to prompt a user to complete task information of the task to be created.
In step S562, the service synchronization module 500 determines whether the created task exists (i.e., determines whether it belongs to the duplicate creation), and if not, performs step S563; if so, corresponding feedback is performed to the online form service module 400, so that the online form service module 400 performs the step S440: prompt information about the existing tasks is displayed to prompt the user not to create the existing tasks.
