Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a notification method 100 of an online document provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method 100 includes steps S120 to S160.
Step S120: displaying a first page of an online document, the first page including content of the online document and an editing control.
In some embodiments, the online document may be a document for a user to edit online, collaborate among multiple users, and store in the cloud in real time, and may be displayed in a document through, for example, a hypertext Markup Language (HTML) page, and may synchronize the content edited by the user depending on communication between the client and the server, and the type of the online document may be an online Word document, an online Excel document, an online PPT document, and an online drawing document.
In some embodiments, the editing controls are used to edit the online document, including but not limited to controls for content editing, formatting, object insertion, etc. in the online document.
In some embodiments, the execution subject of the method 100 may be a client, for example, an Instant Messaging (IM) client, where the client integrates functions of an online document, and based on a click operation of a user, the client invokes a browser kernel to load a page of the online document through an interface provided by a browser, and based on the loaded page, the user may create and edit the online document, and of course, the user may share the online document through the client; in other embodiments, a browser kernel is integrated in the client, and the page of the online document is displayed in the client by calling the browser kernel; in other embodiments, the client is an online document client, and page loading and displaying of the online document are realized by operating the online document client; in other embodiments, an applet corresponding to the functions of the online document exists, and the client loads and displays the page of the online document by downloading and running the source code of the applet of the online document.
In some embodiments, a user may perform an editing operation on an online document displayed by a client. The editing operation triggers the client to send an editing instruction for the online document to the server. The server may edit, save, and perform subsequent processing on the online document according to the editing instruction, for example, send a notification of online document update to other clients. Step S140: and responding to the preset operation of the user in the first page, and subscribing the content change prompt of the online document.
The preset operation is used for enabling a user to subscribe to the content change reminder of the online document, so that the user can receive the content change reminder about the online document. For example, once other users have modified the online document, a content change reminder may be sent to the client corresponding to the user.
In some embodiments, the preset operation includes, but is not limited to, a somatosensory control operation, a gesture control operation, an eye shaking operation, a touch operation, a voice control instruction, or an operation on an external control device.
In some embodiments, the content change reminder for the online document may be subscribed to in response to a user's trigger operation with respect to a first control displayed or associated in the first page.
In some embodiments, a functional introduction description about a first control can be displayed at a preset position of the first control to make a user understand the function of the first control.
Referring to fig. 2, a control 12 is displayed on a first page 10 of an online document, the control 12 may pop up a function list 11 after being triggered by a user, a first control "focus on document update" is displayed on the function list 11, and the first control is used to enable the user to subscribe to a content change reminder of the online document after being triggered.
In some embodiments, the display position of the first control may be set according to the association relationship of the user with the online document. For example, if the user has all rights or editing rights to the thread document, the first control may be directly displayed in the function list 11; if the user only has reading right to the online document, the first control may be located at a preset position of the second control (e.g., below the second control), where the second control is used for enabling the user to apply for editing right of the online document.
In some embodiments, after a user subscribes to a content change reminder of an online document, displaying first prompt information for prompting that the user will receive the content change reminder of the online document; and after the user cancels the content change prompt of the subscribed online document, displaying second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting that the user does not receive the content change prompt of the online document any more.
Step S160: and sending a content change reminding message associated with the editing operation to the user in response to the online document meeting a preset condition after the editing operation is performed.
In some embodiments, the preset condition may include that no version change event is detected within a first preset duration after the online document is subjected to the editing operation. For example, the first preset time period may be set to 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, or the like.
In some embodiments, the editing operations may include one or more editing operations including, but not limited to, additions, modifications, deletions, etc. to the title, content, structure, format, attributes of the document.
In some embodiments, the editing operation is configured to cause a version change event to occur in the online document, and in response to that a preset condition is met after the version change event occurs in the online document, a content change reminder associated with the editing operation may be sent to the user.
In some embodiments, the undetected version change event includes: a first version change event and a second version change event are not detected, wherein the first version change event is a document change triggered by a preset editing operation, and the second version change event is a document change triggered by an editing operation except the preset editing operation.
For example, after the online document is subjected to the first editing operation, a version change may occur, and new version content (e.g., first version content) is generated, and if the online document is not subjected to the editing operation again within a first preset time period (e.g., 30 minutes) after the online document is subjected to the first editing operation, and new version content is generated, it may be considered that a preset condition is met, at this time, the server may send a content change reminding message to the client subscribing to the online document, where the content change reminding message relates to the first version content; if the online document is subjected to the second editing operation within 30 minutes after the first editing operation is performed, and a new version content is generated, the server may restart the first preset duration (for example, 30 minutes) until the online document does not detect a version change event within the first preset duration after the restart, and may determine that the preset condition is finally satisfied, the server may send a content change reminder message to the client subscribing to the online document, where the content of the content change reminder message may relate to a plurality of version contents, that is, from the first version content to a last version content of the online document before the preset condition is satisfied.
To prevent that the online document is continuously edited and thus the content change reminder cannot be pushed to the user all the time, in some embodiments, the preset condition may further include: and within a second preset time length after the online document is edited, not sending an online document content change reminding message. For example, the second preset time period may be set to 12 hours or 24 hours, etc. For example, if the online document is continuously edited by the same user or different users after the first version change (for example, each editing interval does not exceed the first preset time), so that the user always receives a corresponding content change reminding message, the content change reminding message may be sent to the client subscribing to the online document after the online document is changed for the second preset time (for example, 24 hours) after the first version change, and the content of the content change reminding message may relate to all versions of content generated in the online document during the first version change and the second time.
In some embodiments, the content change reminder message may be notified in one or more of the following manners: IM notification mode, system notification mode, short message notification mode, or mail notification mode. Illustratively, the content change reminder message may be sent to the user in the form of an instant messenger message received and displayed at the user terminal by an instant messenger application associated with the online document.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a user subscribes to content change reminding of an online document through a preset operation, and sends a content change reminding message associated with an editing operation to the user in response to the online document meeting a preset condition after the editing operation is performed, so that the user can still timely pay attention to and grasp latest document update content after leaving a relevant page of the online document, and excessive high-frequency reminding of the user can be avoided, thereby improving the cooperation efficiency of the online document and the user experience.
In some embodiments, the display content of the content change reminder message includes one or more of: the editing system comprises user information of an editor executing the editing operation, the type of the online document, name information of the online document, type information of the editing operation, execution time information of the editing operation and a control used for viewing content change details.
Referring to fig. 3, the content change reminding message 20 displays user information "li yi" for performing an editing operation, a type "table" of an edited document, a name "test result" of the edited document, and a control 21 "view change details", and the control 21 may display content change details of an online document after being triggered.
In some embodiments, the method 100 further comprises:
step S170: and responding to the preset operation of the user on the content change reminding message, and displaying a second page, wherein the second page comprises the content of the online document subjected to the editing operation and content change detail information.
In some embodiments, the preset operation includes, but is not limited to, a somatosensory control operation, a gesture control operation, an eye shaking operation, a touch operation, a voice control instruction, or an operation on an external control device. For example, the online document and/or the content change detail information may be displayed in response to a user's trigger operation of a control for viewing content change details displayed in the content change reminder message.
In some embodiments, if the user does not have the right to view the content change details, a preset prompt interface may be displayed in response to a preset operation of the user on the content change reminding message. The prompting interface is used for prompting the user that the user does not have the right to view the corresponding content change detail information.
In some embodiments, the reminder interface may display the last update time of the online document before the content change reminder message was sent.
In some embodiments, step S170 includes: and displaying the content of the online document after the editing operation is performed in the first area of the second page, and displaying content change detail information in the second area of the second page. In this embodiment, by displaying the content of the online document in the first area of the second page and displaying the content change detail information in the second area of the second page, the user can conveniently know the modified content of the document more sufficiently and efficiently by comparing the online document with the content change detail information.
In some embodiments, the online document after the editing operation is performed comprises at least one version of the online document; if at least one editing operation which is executed continuously in sequence and is included in the editing operation associated with the content change reminding message meets a preset merging condition, the at least one editing operation corresponds to a merged version of the online document together, or if the editing operation associated with the content change reminding message includes a target type of editing operation, the target type of editing operation corresponds to an independent version of the online document.
In the at least one editing operation executed successively in sequence, no other additional editing operation is executed between two adjacent editing operations, but the editing operations executed successively in sequence are not required to be closely connected in time, and the disclosure is not limited herein. For example, if the online document is subjected to the editing operations a, B, and C in sequence 3 times within a period of time, the editing operations a and B, B and C, a, B, and C may each be considered as at least one editing operation that is continuously performed in sequence.
Illustratively, if at least one version change event that occurs sequentially and continuously meets a preset merging condition, the at least one version change event corresponds to one merged version of the online document together, or if a target type of version change event exists, the target type of version change event corresponds to a separate version of the online document.
In some embodiments, the editing result corresponding to the at least one editing operation that satisfies the merging condition can be embodied in the online document of the merged version.
In this embodiment, if the editing result generated by each editing operation in the at least one editing operation can be simultaneously embodied by the same online document, it may be considered that the at least one editing operation satisfies the merge condition.
In some embodiments, two editing operations may be considered to satisfy the merge condition if the editing result produced by one editing operation is not modified or cancelled, in whole or in part, by the editing result produced by the other editing operation.
In some embodiments, the at least one editing operation is determined to satisfy the merge condition if the at least one editing operation has the same operation property. For example, if the editing operation a is used to delete the nth row of the online table and the editing operation B is used to delete the mth column of the online document table, the merged online table may not have the nth row and the mth column at the same time; or, if the editing operation a is used to delete the record a of the online form and the editing operation is used to delete the field b of the online form, the combined online form may not have the record a and the field b at the same time; alternatively, if the online table has the sub-table "a" and the sub-table "c" in sequence, and the editing operation a renames the sub-table "a" of the online table to "d", and the editing operation B moves the renamed sub-table "B" to the atomic table "c", then the merged online table may display the sub-table "c" and the renamed and moved sub-table "d" in sequence.
It may be understood that, based on one or more embodiments of the present disclosure and specific actual requirements, a person skilled in the art may set a specific merging condition, where the more stringent the merging condition is, the more difficult it is for the online documents corresponding to the editing operation to be merged, and the more relaxed the merging condition is, the more easy it is for the online documents corresponding to the editing operation to be merged, which is not described in detail herein.
According to one or more embodiments of the disclosure, by combining the online document versions corresponding to the multiple editing operations, the overall viewing efficiency of the user for content change can be improved when the online documents of different versions are displayed to the user by using the second page.
In some embodiments, the target type of editing operation comprises one or more of: an operation for changing the document structure of the online document, an operation for returning the online document to a previous version.
In some embodiments, the operation for changing the document structure of an online document comprises an operation for adding or deleting a subdocument of the online document. Illustratively, if the online document is a table, the operation for changing the document structure of the online document includes an operation for adding or deleting a sub-table (Sheet).
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a separate version of an online document is generated independently (i.e., not merged with any other editing operation) based on a target type of editing operation, thereby helping a user notice a critical editing operation of the online document when viewing content changes.
In some embodiments, the content alteration detail information displayed by the second region includes one or more of: the online document version change description comprises a version change description of a combined version of the online document, version change descriptions of online documents forming each sub-version of the combined version of the online document, and version change descriptions of online documents of individual versions.
In some embodiments, the method 100 further comprises:
step S171: in response to the version change specification of the merged version of the online document being selected, displaying the contents of the merged version of the online document in the first area; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
step S172: in response to the version change description of the sub-version of the online document being selected, displaying the content of the sub-version of the online document in the first area;
step S173: displaying the content of the separate version of the online document in the first area in response to the version alteration specification of the separate version of the online document being selected.
Furthermore, while the content of the online document of the relevant version is displayed in the first area, the edited content corresponding to the selected version change instruction can be highlighted in the first area.
In some embodiments, the version alteration specification of the merged version of the online document is used to generally describe the editing operations performed on the version of the online document, which may include, for example and without limitation, user information and last edit time information of the editor performing all editing operations.
In some embodiments, the version alteration specification of the sub-version or the individual version of the online document is used to describe the individual editing operations individually, which may include, but is not limited to, the user identification of the editor, the specific type of editing operation, and the time of editing, for example.
In some embodiments, the content change detail information includes content change summary information and description information corresponding to each editing operation.
The content change summary information is used to generally describe editing operations performed on the online document, and may include, for example and without limitation, user information and last editing time information of an editor who performed the editing operations.
The description information corresponding to each editing operation is used for describing each editing operation individually, and may include, but is not limited to, a user identifier of an editor, a type of the editing operation, an edited content, and an editing time, for example.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, by displaying the content change summary information and the explanatory information corresponding to each editing operation, it is possible for a user to grasp the entire modification situation and modification details of a document in time.
In some embodiments, the method 100 further comprises:
step S181: in response to the content change summary information being selected, highlighting all edited content in the online document displayed in the first region; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

Illustratively, the second page 30 has a "return" flag at a predetermined position, and when triggered, the second page can jump to the display page 10 of the online document for the user to browse and edit the online document.
In some embodiments, if the client currently displaying the second page is a client adapted to the mobile terminal, the second page only displays the second area, that is, only displays the content change detail information, and displays a third control at a preset position in the second area, where the third control is used to display the first page of the online document after being triggered.
In some embodiments, if the user has the editing right to the online document, the second page is displayed in response to a second preset operation of the user in the first page.
In some embodiments, the second preset operation includes, but is not limited to, a somatosensory control operation, a gesture control operation, an eye shaking operation, a touch control operation, a voice control instruction, or an operation on an external control device.
In some embodiments, the second page may be displayed in response to a user with document editing rights operating against a trigger of a preset control displayed or associated in the first page.
In some embodiments, if the user does not belong to a preset set of users and only has the reading right of the online document, the user does not have the right to subscribe to a content change reminder of the online document; or if the user does not belong to a preset user set but has the editing right of the online document, the user has the right of subscribing the content change reminder of the online document.
The preset user set may be a preset group (for example, an enterprise, a group, or the like), and for a user who does not belong to the group, a user who only has reading rights cannot subscribe to the content change reminder of the online document, for example, the first control may not be displayed in the first page to the user, or the first control cannot be triggered by the user, or no corresponding instruction is sent after the first control is triggered. In this way, it is possible to prevent an external user who has only reading authority from knowing and grasping the specific modification process of the document, thereby preventing a disclosure.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a flowchart of a method 200 for notifying an online document provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method 200 includes steps S220 to S260.
Step S220: receiving an editing instruction aiming at an online document sent by a client, and editing the online document based on the editing instruction;
step S240: determining whether the online document meets a preset condition after the editing instruction is executed;
step S260: and if the online document is determined to meet the preset condition, sending a content change reminding message associated with the editing instruction to a target client.
In some embodiments, the target clients include clients that subscribe to content change reminders for the online document. The method for subscribing the content change reminder for the user only needs to be referred to the embodiment of the client, and details are not repeated here.
