技术领域
本发明涉及纺织加工技术领域,具体为一种透气性好弹性间隔织物。
背景技术
间隔织物的应用领域非常广泛,如应用于医用纺织品、家用纺织品、军用纺织品、汽车用纺织品、航空用纺织品及运动用纺织品,其由若干组纱线形成两层或两层以上的织物,并由另一组纱线将各层织物连接起来而形成的织物,而其连接各层织物的纱线一般比较稀疏,同时连接的浮线较长,相邻两层织物之间的间距比较大,可以较多地注入基体和填料。
现有中国专利(公告号:CN108437595A)及一种纬编间隔织物及其制备方法,以及包含该织物的聚氨酯泡沫复合材料,此专利的间隔织物的厚度变化与鞋底厚度变化相一致,在不同厚度部位都起到增强作用,此外能够根据鞋底不同部位的承载状况来改变间隔丝的排列密度,承受载荷大的部位增加间隔丝的排列密度,反之则减少间隔丝的密度,从而充分发挥纬编间隔织物在鞋底不同部位的不同增强效果,然而其应用于床垫以及沙发背垫以及座椅坐垫时,其弹性较低,且所能提供的支撑以及填充效果较低;
现有中国专利(公告号:CN206970818U)及双面贾卡间隔经编织物,此专利整个双面贾卡间隔经编织物通过贾卡经编机一次成型,效率高,无需再将花型通过缝制拼接,节约成本,并且双面贾卡间隔经编织物能够产生双色、三色或者多色效果,使得提花更加美观,当双面的提花镂空结构较多、较大或者镂空结构上下相通时,面料的透气性良好,尤其在双面的镂空结构正好相对时,透气性最佳,而且中间层具有良好的弹性和保温性,可以根据需要织造中间层的厚度,能够满足双面贾卡间隔经编织物整体的厚度变化需求,其所述面料的透气性良好,尤其在双面的镂空结构正好相对时,透气性最佳,然而纬编间隔织物使用过程中,其外部均需要包裹布料,对其进行装饰包覆,其中通过材料本身的透气性,对于床垫、沙发类进行透气其效果明显较低,且受到外部包覆的影响使得其弹性较低不够柔软。
因此,我们透气性好弹性间隔织物,有利于通过工艺方式使得间隔织物中空具有弹性,形成很好的填充效果,同时保证其结构性具有透气的效果,使得其在受压包覆的情况下,其仍然保持良好的透气性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透气性好弹性间隔织物,解决了背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种透气性好弹性间隔织物,所述间隔织物由上经编层、弹性纱线层和下经编层,上经编层和下经编层均采用粗纱的六根纱线,通过编织机进行上针道两道,下针道四道交叉编织,经编层和下经编层之间通过弹性纱线层完成上下的连接,同时其安装规律形成往复连接,经编层和下经编层之间通过间隔层完成填充,其通过超大隔距的上经编层和下经编层之间由2个系统的表层纱线和1个系统的间隔纱线编织而成。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,上经编层和下经编之间形成超大隔距经在200~500mm,其织物表层的厚度约1~2mm。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,上经编层和下经编层的间隔丝排列较为稀疏,且采用高强度长丝,间隔层的组织工艺中适当加入缺垫经编组织。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,上经编层和下经编层采用带有4把梳栉和E32的双针床经编机上编织的,其门幅为425CM,机器速度为900rpm。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,上经编层16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光;68%,22dtex/1f涤纶长丝,单丝;16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,间隔层原料采用混纺纤维,其中包含有聚酯、阻燃纤维、100%芳纶加捻纱以及尼龙材料。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,下经编层料采用16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光;58%,22dtex/1f涤纶长丝,单丝;16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光;以及10%的莱卡纤维。

间隔织物的间隙为10-15mm,具有很高的抗压性;
间隔织物通过上述设置使其具有特殊的网孔结构,使其干燥速度较快,从而防止了霉菌和细菌的生长,同时其重量更为轻便。
本实施例中,上经编层1和下经编之间形成超大隔距经在200~500mm,其织物表层的厚度约1~2mm;
超大隔距经编间隔织物的间隔距离很大,通常在100~300mm左右,最高达到650mm,其距离也可以根据不同结构性能的要求进行生产,而本间隔织物的在200~500mm,织物表面层的厚度约1~2mm。
本实施例中,上经编层1和下经编层3的间隔丝排列较为稀疏,且采用高强度长丝,间隔层的组织工艺中适当加入缺垫经编组织;
间隔丝密度太大则会导致产品的压缩厚度变大而不易收纳存放,并且也会造成多余间隔丝的浪费,若间隔丝密度过小则不能保证间隔层的强度,所以要根据织物的具体应用设计间隔丝密度,缺垫经编组织为部分梳栉按组织结构要求在某些横列垫纱成圈,在另一些横列不垫纱成圈,在织物反面相应横列产生缺垫纱段的经编针织物花色组织,通过增加缺垫经编组织以达到符合要求的间隔丝密度的目的。
本实施例中,上经编层1和下经编层3采用带有4把梳栉和E32的双针床经编机上编织的,其门幅为425CM,机器速度为900rpm;
采用在双针床拉舍尔经编机上生产,其带有四把梳栉和EL型电子梳栉横移机构,使得织物的一面带有花纹,借助于花梳的编织,间隔织物工艺反面的外观得到了改进,目前采用白色纱线,使得编织的花型柔和美观,可以更换纱线颜色,使得花型效果将更为突出;

本实施例中,上经编层116%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光;68%,22dtex/1f涤纶长丝,单丝;16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光。
本实施例中,间隔层原料采用混纺纤维,其中包含有聚酯、阻燃纤维、100%芳纶加捻纱以及尼龙材料;
间隔层原料在编制完成后,使得内部填充更高,其复位弹性更佳,同时增加了透气效果,同时隔热效果更好。
本实施例中,下经编层3料采用16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光;58%,22dtex/1f涤纶长丝,单丝;16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光;以及10%的莱卡纤维;
下经编层3料相较于上经编层1其降低22dtex/1f涤纶长丝,并增加了10%的莱卡纤维,由于下编制层靠近人体皮肤,其需要更好的柔软度和舒适度。
需要注意上经编层1和下经编层3料均需要经过开松机对布料进行松弛,通过撕扯使大块的纤维开松变成小块或束状小块纤维,同时在开松过程中进行混合、除杂,材料成型有需要通过洗布机进行水洗、通过高压水流对布料进行冲洗及浸泡处理后达到去污的效果,通过布料预缩机对布料完成预定型,在一定的温度条件下,利用机械物理方法预先调整织带的缩率并进行整烫定型,使织带的密度预先收缩从而减小或避免织带在浸水或使用过程中发生收,气候不再引起径向长度缩短,明显降低成品缩水率的效果,布料经过漂白剂完成漂白,通过漂白剂使得布料本身的颜色进行漂白,在通过荧光剂增白,最后将布料送入拉幅机中,通过加热和向两边绷紧张力的作用,将布料伸展平挺、并使其纬向的门幅尺寸宽窄一致。

Claims (7)
1.一种透气性好弹性间隔织物,所述间隔织物由上经编层(1)、弹性纱线层(2)和下经编层(3),其特征在于:上经编层(1)和下经编层(3)均采用粗纱的六根纱线,通过编织机进行上针道两道,下针道四道交叉编织,经编层和下经编层(3)之间通过弹性纱线层完成上下的连接,同时其安装规律形成往复连接,经编层和下经编层(3)之间通过间隔层完成填充,其通过超大隔距的上经编层(1)和下经编层(3)之间由2个系统的表层纱线和1个系统的间隔纱线编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好弹性间隔织物,其特征在于:上经编层(1)和下经编之间形成超大隔距经在200~500mm,其织物表层的厚度约1~2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好弹性间隔织物,其特征在于:上经编层(1)和下经编层(3)的间隔丝排列较为稀疏,且采用高强度长丝,间隔层的组织工艺中适当加入缺垫经编组织。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好弹性间隔织物,其特征在于:上经编层(1)和下经编层(3)采用带有4把梳栉和E32的双针床经编机上编织的,其门幅为425CM,机器速度为900rpm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好弹性间隔织物,其特征在于:上经编层(1)16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光;68%,22dtex/1f涤纶长丝,单丝;16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好弹性间隔织物,其特征在于:间隔层原料采用混纺纤维,其中包含有聚酯、阻燃纤维、100%芳纶加捻纱以及尼龙材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性好弹性间隔织物,其特征在于:下经编层(3)料采用16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光;58%,22dtex/1f涤纶长丝,单丝;16%,45dtex/32f涤纶长丝,消光;以及10%的莱卡纤维。
