The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, mixed materials are added into a mixing barrel 2 through a feed hopper 3, then, a plugging plate 19 is closed, a first motor is started, the first motor drives a rotating rod 25 to rotate, the rotating rod 25 drives a stirring fan 16 and a material turning plate 26 to work, meanwhile, the first bevel gear 23 and the second bevel gear 24 are meshed, the rotating rod 25 drives the spiral feeding rod 22 to rotate and feed materials while driving and stirring, in the feeding process, a heating wire 34 heats and melts the mixed materials in the feeding process, the mixed materials are heated uniformly and stably and are extruded out through an extrusion joint 18, then, under the driving action of a second motor, a first guide fan 28 rotates along with a cutter 27 at a high speed, after the mixed materials are cut by the cutter 27 in a rotating mode, plastic particles can firstly do parabola-like movement along the inner wall of an arc-shaped first guide plate 6 and roll continuously in the movement process, and when the particles fall onto a second guide plate 7, rolling on the second guide plate 7 in a parabola-like manner again to roll the cut particles with heat, enabling the oblique cuts and the plastic elongation parts of the plastic particles to be self-rounded, arranging a discharge hole at the lowest oblique position of the second guide plate 7 to accurately collect the rolled plastic particles, enabling batches of plastic particles to orderly enter the cooling channel 12, arranging baffle plates 35 in the cooling channel 12 in a staggered manner to slow down the speed of the plastic particles led out along the cooling channel 12, enabling water treated by the condenser 9 to enter the cooling channel 12 along liquid holes 36 on the baffle plates 35 to fully clamp each batch of plastic particles led out, rapidly cooling and shaping the rounded plastic particles, wherein under the cooperation effect of the first booster pump 10 and the second booster pump 32, the condenser 9 is combined, water used for cooling can be recycled, and meanwhile, water can be automatically filtered on the material receiving filter plate through the plastic particles guided out, and finally, the water is collected uniformly through the guide outlet 14.
