The number of the first and second positioning grooves 830 and 850 may be determined according to the number of the battery end caps on each positioning member 90. In the present embodiment, the number of the first positioning grooves 830 in the spot welding positioning portion 83 and the second positioning grooves 850 in the full welding positioning portion 85 is two.
In addition, spot welding holes 832 on spot welding positioning part 83 are distributed along the circumferential direction and are matched with the shape of the explosion-proof sheet, and spot welding holes 832 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer contour of the explosion-proof sheet. In the process of the implementation, in the preset time when the turntable 10 stops after rotating for each preset angle, the battery cover plate feeding mechanism 30, the explosion-proof sheet feeding mechanism 40, the spot welding mechanism 50, the full welding mechanism 60 and the discharging mechanism 70 can all correspond to one of the positioning pieces 90 on the turntable, and thus, the battery cover plate feeding mechanism 30, the explosion-proof sheet feeding mechanism 40, the welding mechanism and the discharging mechanism 70 can all perform corresponding actions, so that the work among the mechanisms is not interfered with each other, and the work can be performed simultaneously in the preset time when the turntable 10 stops, thereby improving the production efficiency of the explosion-proof sheet. And each mechanism is at the circumferencial direction annular distribution of carousel, and each mechanism integrates the degree higher between each, but setting element 90 cycle work on the carousel, and the spatial layout of each mechanism is more reasonable, has practiced thrift the arrangement space, avoids appearing longer production line and leads to the problem of overall arrangement difficulty.

the spot welding positioning part is configured to enable the spot welding mechanism to approach from the upper part and position the spot welding mechanism so that the spot welding mechanism can be aligned with the explosion-proof sheet on the positioning part and the spot welding area of the battery cover plate; the full-welding positioning part is configured to enable the full-welding mechanism to approach from the upper part and position the full-welding mechanism, so that the full-welding mechanism can be aligned with the explosion-proof sheet on the positioning part and the full-welding area of the battery cover plate;
when the turntable stops intermittently for a preset time, the spot welding mechanism and the full-welding mechanism can simultaneously perform corresponding actions within the preset time.

the spot welding mechanism comprises a first rack, a spot welder and a first driving piece, wherein the first driving piece is installed on the first rack, a driving end is connected with the spot welder, and the first driving piece is configured to drive the spot welder to move along a first direction so as to be close to or far away from the positioning piece on the turntable;
the full-welding mechanism comprises a second rack, a full-welding machine and a second driving piece, the second driving piece is installed on the second rack, a driving end is connected with the full-welding machine and is configured to drive the full-welding machine to move along the first direction so as to be close to or far away from the positioning piece on the turntable.
3. The explosion-proof sheet connection mechanism for a battery cover plate according to claim 2,
the spot welding positioning part is provided with a first positioning groove, the first positioning groove is configured to position a spot welding head of the spot welding machine, and a plurality of spot welding holes are correspondingly formed in the first positioning groove;
the full-welding positioning part is provided with a second positioning groove, the second positioning groove is configured to position a full-welding head of the full-welding machine, and a full-welding hole is correspondingly formed in the second positioning groove.

the first positioning groove is provided with a first guide inclined plane for guiding the spot welding head to be in contact with the first positioning groove;

(3) When the positioning piece with the battery cover plate and the explosion-proof piece rotates to the full-welding mechanism, the full-welding mechanism stops, the full-welding mechanism is close to the full-welding positioning part of the other positioning arm on the positioning disc from the upper part, so that the full-welding mechanism is aligned with the full-welding area of the explosion-proof piece on the positioning piece and the full-welding area of the battery cover plate, and the full-welding mechanism is operated to perform full-welding fixing on the explosion-proof piece and the battery cover plate;
