In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 16, an aluminum-can battery cover plate assembly machine includes: the welding device comprises a frame 100, an explosion-proof valve welding device 400, a first pole assembling machine 20, a second pole assembling machine 21, a first transfer mechanism 300 and a second transfer mechanism 500. The explosion-proof valve welding device 400, the first pole assembling machine 20 and the second pole assembling machine 21 are sequentially arranged on the rack 100. The explosion-proof valve welding device 400 is used for assembling and welding the explosion-proof valve of the battery cover plate. The first pole assembling machine 20 and the second pole assembling machine 21 are respectively used for positive electrode welding and negative electrode welding of a battery cover plate. The first transfer mechanism 300 is disposed between the explosion-proof valve welding apparatus 400 and the first pole assembling machine 20, and the second transfer mechanism 500 is disposed between the first pole assembling machine 20 and the second pole assembling machine 21. The first transfer mechanism 300 is used for transferring the battery cover plate welded by the explosion-proof valve welding device 400 to the first pole assembling machine 300, and the second transfer mechanism 500 is used for transferring the battery cover plate welded with the positive pole by the first pole assembling machine 20 to the second pole assembling machine 21; the positioning dies 220 in the first pole assembling machine 20 and the second pole assembling machine 21 are both provided with positioning bosses 221 for positioning through holes of poles to be welded of battery cover plates. After the explosion-proof valve is welded on the battery cover plate by the explosion-proof valve welding device 400, the battery cover plate is conveyed to the first pole assembling machine 20 by the first conveying mechanism 300 to complete welding of a positive pole of the battery cover plate, and then the battery cover plate is conveyed to the second pole assembling machine 21 by the second conveying mechanism 500 to complete welding of a negative pole, so that automatic welding is realized, and efficiency is improved. When the terminal is welded, and the battery cover plate is positioned in the positioning die 220 of the first terminal assembling machine 21, the positioning boss 221 of the positioning die 220 only positions the through holes of the battery cover plate where the terminal is required to be welded, so that the accuracy of assembling the sealing ring and the terminal on the battery cover plate is ensured, and the problem of poor assembling and welding accuracy caused by errors of the center distance of the two through holes of the battery cover plate is solved in the assembling and welding process, so that the accuracy of the assembled and welded battery is ensured, and the yield of the battery is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the explosion-proof valve welding device 400 includes an index rotary table 410 disposed on the machine frame 100, a plurality of sets of positioning jigs 420 uniformly disposed on the edge of the index rotary table 410, and a plurality of positioning jigs sequentially disposed on the machine frame 100 around the index rotary table 410: the positioning charging mechanism 430, the explosion-proof valve assembling mechanism 440, the explosion-proof valve welding mechanism 450 and the detection discharging mechanism 460. and the positioning loading mechanism 430 is used for picking up the battery cover plate to be welded and positioning the battery cover plate on the positioning jig 420. Specifically, the positioning and loading mechanism 430 includes a belt conveyor and a feeding manipulator, and the battery cover plate on the feeding manipulator suction belt conveyor is positioned on the positioning fixture 420.
And the explosion-proof valve assembling mechanism 440 is used for picking up the explosion-proof valve positioned at the explosion-proof welding position of the battery cover plate. Specifically, the explosion-proof valve assembly mechanism 440 comprises a belt conveyor, a negative pressure suction manipulator, a switching manipulator and a material storage frame, wherein a positioning groove is formed in a belt of the belt conveyor; the switching manipulator absorbs the explosion-proof valve in the storage frame and places in the constant head tank on band conveyer, absorbs the position of manipulator through band conveyer conveying explosion-proof valve to the negative pressure, absorbs on the manipulator absorbs explosion-proof valve location to the battery apron by the negative pressure, realizes explosion-proof valve material loading. An explosion-proof valve welding mechanism 450 for welding the explosion-proof valve hermetically on the battery cover plate; and a detecting and discharging mechanism 460 for detecting the airtightness of the welded battery cover plate and transferring the battery cover plate to the first transfer mechanism 300. Specifically, the positioning and charging mechanism 430 positions the battery cover plate into the positioning jig 420, and the explosion-proof valve is positioned and assembled to the explosion-proof valve assembly position of the battery cover plate through the explosion-proof valve assembly mechanism 440; the explosion-proof valve welding mechanism 450 welds the explosion-proof valve on the battery cover plate, and the battery cover plate is transferred to the first transfer mechanism 300 after the detection is performed by the detection unloading mechanism 460.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the explosion-proof valve welding apparatus 400 further includes a laser coding mechanism 480 and a turnover mechanism 470. The laser coding mechanism 480 and the turnover mechanism 470 are positioned between the positioning charging mechanism 430 and the explosion-proof valve assembly mechanism 440. The laser coding mechanism 480 is used for coding the outer surface of the battery cover plate, and the turnover mechanism 470 is used for overturning the battery cover plate so that the reverse side of the battery cover plate faces upwards and is positioned in the positioning fixture 420. In this embodiment, after the battery cover plate is positioned in the positioning jig 420 by the positioning and loading mechanism 430, the indexing turntable 410 is driven to rotate to the position of the laser coding mechanism 480, and the upper surface of the battery cover plate is marked by the laser coding mechanism 480; when the battery cover plate rotates to the position of the turnover mechanism 470, the turnover mechanism 470 turns over the battery cover plate by 180 degrees, so that the back of the battery cover plate faces upwards, and the explosion-proof valve can be positioned on the inner side surface of the battery cover plate.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the turnover mechanism 470 includes a support base 471, a lift cylinder 472, and a rotary pneumatic clamp 473. The supporting seat 471 is disposed on the machine frame 100, the lifting cylinder 472 is disposed on the supporting seat 471, the rotary pneumatic clamp 473 is disposed at the lifting end of the lifting cylinder 472, and the clamping jaw of the rotary pneumatic clamp 473 faces the index dial 410. In this embodiment, the battery cover plate is clamped by rotating the pneumatic clamp 473, lifted by the lifting cylinder 472, and rotated by rotating the pneumatic clamp 473 to turn the battery cover plate 180 °, so as to reposition the battery cover plate in the positioning fixture 410.
Further, the number of the explosion-proof valve welding mechanisms 440 is two, one set of the explosion-proof valve welding mechanisms 440 is used for spot welding of the explosion-proof valve and the battery cover plate, and the other set of the explosion-proof valve welding mechanisms 440 is used for seal welding of the explosion-proof valve and the battery cover plate. In this embodiment, an explosion-proof valve is fixed on the battery cover plate by spot welding through an explosion-proof valve welding mechanism 440, the indexing turntable 410 drives the battery cover plate to have another welding position of the explosion-proof valve welding mechanism 440, and the explosion-proof valve is welded with the battery cover plate in a whole circle through another explosion-proof valve welding mechanism 440, so as to realize sealing welding.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the explosion-proof valve welding mechanism 440 includes a first laser welding machine 441, a lifting mechanism 442, and a protective pressing plate 443, the first laser welding machine 441 is disposed on one side of the machine frame 100, the lifting mechanism 442 is disposed on the machine frame 100, and the protective pressing plate 443 is disposed at a lifting end of the lifting mechanism 440 and above the index dial 410. The lifting mechanism 442 drives the protective pressing plate 443 to be pressed on the upper surface of the battery cover plate, and the protective pressing plate 443 is provided with a clearance hole 444 for clearance of the laser beam of the first laser welding machine 441. In the welding process, the lifting mechanism 442 drives the protective pressing plate 443 to press down on the battery cover plate, so that welding slag can be prevented from splashing on the surface of the battery cover plate during welding, and the battery cover plate is protected.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the positioning fixture 420 includes a fixture body 421, two positioning pins 422, and a positioning block 423. The two positioning pins 422 are oppositely disposed on the fixture body 421 and extend upward. The jig body 421 is provided with a positioning mounting hole 424, and the positioning block 423 is arranged in the positioning mounting hole 424 and used for positioning the to-be-welded explosion-proof valve. An air pipe joint 425 communicated with the positioning mounting hole 424 is arranged on one side of the jig body 421 and is used for being connected with a negative pressure system, an adsorption groove is formed in the positioning block 423, and the negative pressure system enables the top of the positioning block 423 to form negative pressure. In this embodiment, when the battery cover plate is positioned on the positioning jig 420, the through holes of the two pole pieces of the battery cover plate are positioned through the two positioning pins 422, and then the battery cover plate is positioned, and then when the explosion-proof valve is assembled, the explosion-proof valve is positioned on the positioning block 423 by being sucked through the explosion-proof valve assembling mechanism 440, and the upper end of the positioning block 423 is made to generate negative pressure through a negative system, so that the explosion-proof valve is fixed, the explosion-proof valve is not misplaced in the welding process, and the welding precision is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 7 and 10, the detection discharging mechanism 460 includes a second index dial 461, and a first transfer robot 462, a gas leakage detecting mechanism 463, a shaping mechanism 464, and a second transfer robot 465 which are sequentially disposed around the second index dial 461. Four groups of lower dies 466 are uniformly arranged on the second indexing rotary disc 461, positioning grooves are arranged on the lower dies 466, clearance through holes 467 are arranged at the bottoms of the positioning grooves, and sealing rings 468 are arranged at the edges of the clearance through holes; specifically, when the battery cover plate welded with the explosion-proof valve is positioned in the positioning groove through the first transfer mechanical arm 462, the explosion-proof valve extends into the clearance through hole 467.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the air leakage detecting mechanism 463 includes a second lifting mechanism 4630, a first lifting mechanism 4631, an upper detecting mold 4632 and a lower pressing block 4633. The second lifting mechanism 4630 is arranged on the rack 100, the upper detection mould 4632 is arranged at the lifting end of the second lifting mechanism 4630, a detection hole is arranged in the upper helium detection mould 4632, the edge of the detection hole is arranged on a sealing ring protruding downwards, and the detection hole is connected with a helium mass spectrometer leak detector. First lifting mechanism 4631 is located on frame 100, and is located the bottom of second graduation carousel 461, briquetting 4633 is located down the upper end of first lifting mechanism 4631, briquetting 4633 is equipped with the gas pocket of being connected with helium mass spectrometer leak detector down. The second indexing rotary table 461 is provided with a clearance position for avoiding the contact between the lower pressing block 4633 and the lower die 466. Specifically, when detecting the air tightness, the second lifting mechanism 4630 pushes the upper detection mold 4632 to press down, so that the edge of the detection hole is arranged on the edge of the downward convex sealing ring and pressed on the edge of the explosion-proof valve. The first lifting mechanism 4631 pushes the lower pressing block 4633 to be ejected upwards to be attached to the corresponding lower die 466, and the airtightness of the explosion-proof valve is detected through a helium mass spectrometer leak detector.
The shaping mechanism 464 comprises a pressing mechanism 4641 and an upper shaping mould 4642; the shaping upper die 4642 is arranged at the lifting end of the pressing mechanism 4641. The shaping upper die 4642 is pushed by the pushing mechanism 4641 to be pushed down and the lower die 466 is pushed down to shape the battery cover plate.
The rack 100 is further provided with a plurality of support rods 101, and the upper ends of the support rods 101 are provided with sliding wheels 102 contacting with the bottom of the second indexing turntable 461. And further, the second indexing wheel 461 is supported during the detection and shaping processes.
Embodiments of the first pole assembling machine 20 and the second pole assembling machine 21, specifically, both are a turntable assembling machine 200, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 11; the turntable assembling machine 200 includes: the device comprises an indexing turntable mechanism 210, a positioning die 220, a sealing ring assembling mechanism 230, a pole assembling mechanism 240, a protective cover picking mechanism 250, a laser welding device 260, a protective cover taking manipulator 270, a blanking manipulator 280 and a feeding mechanism 290. Wherein:
the indexing turntable mechanism 210 is disposed on the machine frame 100, and is configured to drive the turntable 211 on the indexing turntable mechanism 210 to rotate in an indexing manner.
A plurality of positioning molds 220 are equidistantly distributed on the edge of the rotary table 211 of the indexing rotary table mechanism 210, please refer to fig. 11 to 13. The positioning mold 220 is provided with a positioning boss 221 and at least one limiting edge 222, the positioning boss 221 is used for positioning a through hole of a pole to be welded of the battery cover plate, and the limiting edge 222 is used for positioning a side edge of the battery cover plate. The feeding mechanism 290, the sealing ring assembling mechanism 230, the pole assembling mechanism 240, the protective cover picking mechanism 250, the laser welding device 260, the protective cover taking manipulator 240 and the blanking manipulator 280 are sequentially arranged along the rotating direction of the indexing turntable mechanism 210. When welding the positive pole of the battery cover plate, the feeding mechanism 290 clamps the battery cover plate and positions the battery cover plate on the positioning mold 220, the positioning boss 221 on the positioning mold 220 is positioned in the through hole of the pole assembling position, the limit edge 222 limits the side edge of the battery cover plate, and the positioning mold 220 with the battery cover plate positioned is driven by the indexing turntable mechanism 210 to sequentially pass through the sealing ring assembling mechanism 230, the pole assembling mechanism 240, the protective cover picking mechanism 250, the laser welding device 260, the protective cover taking manipulator 270 and the blanking manipulator 280. By sealing washer equipment mechanism 230 with the sealing washer location on battery cover plate, utmost point post equipment mechanism 240 is with utmost point post location on the sealing washer, the protective cover picks up mechanism 250 and covers the protective cover in the upper end of utmost point post, laser welding device 260 is with utmost point post welding on battery cover plate, it takes out the protective cover to get protective cover manipulator 270, unloading manipulator 280 places the battery cover plate that has a utmost point post with the welding on the second forwards mechanism 500, and the welding of battery negative pole utmost point post is accomplished to second utmost point post kludge 21 of transferring, consequently, automatic weld has been realized, the efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced. When the battery cover plate is positioned in the positioning die 220, the positioning die 220 positions the through hole of the battery cover plate where the pole needs to be welded, so that the accuracy of assembling the sealing ring and the pole on the battery cover plate is ensured, the problem of poor assembling accuracy caused by the error of the center distance of the two through holes of the battery cover plate in the assembling and welding process is solved, the accuracy of the battery after assembling and welding is ensured, and the yield of the battery is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the turntable assembling machine 200 further includes a first CCD detecting mechanism 201 and a second CCD detecting mechanism 202, wherein the first CCD detecting mechanism 201 is disposed between the sealing ring assembling mechanism 230 and the post assembling mechanism 230, and is used for detecting whether the position of the sealing ring assembled on the battery cover plate is accurate. Second CCD detection mechanism 202 sets up the protective cover picks up mechanism 250 with between the laser welding device 260, through the position of second CCD detection mechanism 202 detection protective cover, and then guarantee when the welding, welded quality improves the welding yields.
Further, referring to fig. 13, the positioning mold 220 is longitudinally disposed on the turntable 211, and a center line of the positioning mold 220 in a length direction is disposed along a radial direction of the turntable 211. An embodiment of the sealing ring assembling mechanism 230, specifically referring to fig. 14, includes a vibration feeding tray 231, a conveying rail 232, a first robot 233, and a suction mechanism 234. The vibration feeding tray 231, the conveying rail 232 and the first manipulator 233 are all arranged on the rack 100, the conveying rail 232 is connected with the output end of the vibration feeding tray 231, a conveying rail groove 235 is arranged in the conveying rail 232, a positioning cavity 236 is arranged at the end part of the conveying rail 232, and the suction mechanism 234 is arranged at the lifting end of the first manipulator 233; the first manipulator 233 drives the suction mechanism 234 to extend into the positioning cavity 236 and suck the positioning sealing ring onto the battery cover plate. Specifically, the sealing rings are conveyed into the conveying track groove 235 one by one through the vibration feeding disc 231, the sealing ring positioned at the front end is pushed to be positioned in the positioning cavity 236, the suction mechanism 234 is driven by the first mechanical arm 233 to move to suck the sealing ring, and the sealing ring is positioned at the sealing ring assembling position of the battery cover plate.
Further, referring to fig. 15, the sucking means 234 includes a connecting rod 2341, a lower pressing sleeve 2342, a compression spring 2344 and a lower pressing power member 2345. The upper end of the connecting rod 2341 is connected to the lifting end of the first manipulator 233. The lower pressing sleeve 2342 is sleeved on the connecting rod 2341 in a clearance fit mode. The lower extreme of pressing down cover 2342 is equipped with step hole 2346, and the upper end is equipped with cavity 2347, one side of cavity 2347 is equipped with gas pocket 2348, is connected with negative pressure system, the bottom of cavity 2347 is equipped with and link up to the absorption hole of pressing down the cover bottom. The lower end of the connecting rod 2341 is provided with a positioning part 2349 in clearance fit with the stepped hole 2346, and the compression spring 2344 is arranged in the stepped hole 2346 and used for extruding the lower pressing sleeve 2342, so that the end part of the positioning part 2349 extends out of the stepped hole 2346; the lower pressing power piece 2345 is connected with the lower pressing sleeve 2342 and used for pushing the lower pressing sleeve 2342 to press downwards; the negative pressure system enables the bottom of the lower pressure sleeve 2342 to produce negative pressure for sucking the sealing ring. In this embodiment, when absorbing the sealing washer in the location chamber 236, first manipulator 233 drive suction means 234 wholly descends, and location portion 2349 stretches into the inner circle of sealing washer, reach the sealing washer guiding orientation, make the absorption hole produce the negative pressure through negative pressure system, thereby adsorb the sealing washer in the bottom of pushing down cover 2342, drive global movement through first manipulator 233, make the sealing washer be located the sealing washer equipment position of battery apron, push down cover 2342 through pushing down power part 2345, and then will seal and push out downwards, and assemble at sealing washer equipment position. Furthermore, the external diameter of location portion 2349 is little less than the aperture of sealing washer, consequently, when the sealing washer cover was established on location portion 2349, can prevent that the sealing washer warp, when pushing down the sealing washer through push sleeve 2342, avoids the fish tail sealing washer to and prevent that the sealing washer warp, and then effectively prevented that the sealing washer when assembling in the case position, received the effect of deformation elasticity and misplaced.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 16 to 18, a positioning boss 221 is further provided with a blind hole 223 recessed downward, and a positioning table 224 protruding upward is provided at the bottom of the blind hole 223. The positioning table 224 and the blind hole 223 directly form a fixed groove. An extension 2340 extends downwards from the bottom of the positioning portion 2349, the diameter of the extension 2340 is smaller than that of the positioning portion 2349, and a positioning hole is formed in the bottom of the extension 2340 and used for being matched with the positioning table 224 in a positioning mode. In this embodiment, when the sealing ring is assembled on the battery cover plate, the positioning hole is positioned on the positioning table 224, and the extending portion 2340 is positioned in the positioning groove; and then reach the sealing washer location, improved the precision of sealing washer equipment.
Still further, a groove which is recessed downwards is formed in the top of the positioning table 224, a suction nozzle 225 is arranged in the groove, the suction nozzle 225 is connected with a negative pressure mechanism, and the suction nozzle 225 is not lower than the groove; in this embodiment, when assembling utmost point post and battery cover plate through utmost point post equipment mechanism 240, adsorb utmost point post through suction nozzle 225, avoid utmost point post and sealing washer contact before the welding, and then prevented utmost point post along with the carousel 211 when rotatory, utmost point post rocks and leads to the sealing washer dislocation.
Furthermore, the suction nozzle 225 is connected with the elastic floating piece, and in the pole welding process, when the pole is pressed downwards, the suction nozzle 225 can move downwards, so that the pole can be tightly attached to the sealing ring.
Referring to fig. 19 to 21, another embodiment of the positioning mold 220 includes a connecting seat 2200, a bottom plate 2201, a guiding support pillar 2202, a positioning body 2203, a guide pillar 2204, and a return spring 2205. The connecting seat 2200 is arranged on the turntable 211, two guide holes are arranged on the connecting seat 2200, the two guide support columns 2202 slide through the corresponding guide holes, the positioning body 2203 is connected with the upper ends of the two guide support columns 2202, and the positioning boss 221 and the limiting edge 222 are arranged on the positioning body 2203; the bottom plate 2201 is connected to the lower ends of the two guiding support columns 2202, the two guide pillars 2204 are arranged at the bottom end of the connecting seat 2200, the lower ends of the guide pillars 2204 slide through the bottom plate 2201, and the return spring 2205 is sleeved on each guide pillar 2204.
Referring to fig. 22 to 24, the laser welding apparatus 260 includes a second laser welder 261, a mount 262, a mounting plate 263, a rotary gear 264, a cylinder 265, a rack 266, a ram 267, and a second lifting mechanism 268. The second laser welding machine 261 is arranged on one side of the rack 100, the mounting base 262 is arranged on the rack 100, the mounting plate 263 is arranged at the upper end of the mounting base 262, and the mounting plate 263 is provided with a bearing hole, a counter bore and a sliding groove, wherein the sliding groove enables one side of the counter bore to form a notch. A connecting part is arranged at the lower end of the rotating gear 264, the connecting part is rotatably connected with the bearing hole, the rotating gear 264 is positioned in the counter bore, the rotating gear 264 is arranged in the hole, a downward pressing connecting part 269 extends towards the center in the inner side of the hole, and the pressing head 267 is arranged at the bottom of the downward pressing connecting part 269; the rack 266 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove and engaged with the rotating gear 264, and the cylinder 265 is disposed on one side of the mounting plate 263 and connected to the rack 266. The second lifting mechanism 268 is disposed at the lower end of the mounting seat 262, and is configured to lift the corresponding bottom plate 2201 upward; the mounting plate 263 and the second lifting mechanism 268 are located at upper and lower sides of the turntable 211. Specifically, in this embodiment, when the turntable 211 drives the battery cover plate to rotate between the second lifting mechanism 268 and the mounting plate 263, when an electrode post is welded, the second lifting mechanism 268 lifts the bottom plate 2201 upwards, the bottom plate 2201 upwards ejects the guide support column 2202, and further lifts the positioning body 2203 and the battery cover plate upwards, so that the pressure head 267 contacts with the electrode post, and compresses the electrode post, so that the sealing ring is compressed, and the electrode post contacts with the battery cover plate, and then the electrode post is welded by the second laser welding machine 261, and the edge of the electrode post is welded on the battery cover plate, in the re-welding process, the rack 266 is pushed by the air cylinder 265, and further the rotating gear 264 and the downward-pressing connecting part 269 rotate, so that the downward-pressing connecting part 269 rotates and is dislocated with the laser, and further the second laser welding machine 261 can complete the welding of.
Further, referring to fig. 23, the second lifting mechanism 268 includes a slide rail 2680, a lifting seat 2681, an elastic pressing member 2682, and an electric cam mechanism 2683. The two slide rails 2680 are disposed on one side of the mounting seat 262, the lifting seat 2681 is slidably connected to the two slide rails 2680, the elastic pressing element 2682 is disposed on the lifting seat 2681, and the electric cam mechanism 2683 is disposed at the lower end of the mounting seat 262 for pushing the lifting seat 2681 to ascend. In this embodiment, when welding is required, the electric cam mechanism 2683 pushes the lifting seat 2681, so that the elastic pressing member 2682 contacts the bottom plate 2201, and further pushes the positioning body 2203 to ascend, and the elastic pressing member 2682 pushes the positioning mold, so as to buffer and protect the battery cover plate and the pole.

and the detection discharging mechanism is used for detecting the air tightness of the welded battery cover plate and transferring the battery cover plate to the first transfer mechanism.

The aluminum-can battery cover plate assembly all-in-one machine of claim 2, wherein: the explosion-proof valve welding device also comprises a laser coding mechanism and a turnover mechanism; the laser coding mechanism and the turnover mechanism are positioned between the positioning charging mechanism and the explosion-proof valve assembly mechanism; the laser coding mechanism is used for coding the outer surface of the battery cover plate, and the turnover mechanism is used for turning over the battery cover plate to enable the reverse side of the battery cover plate to be upwards positioned in the positioning jig.

The aluminum-shell battery cover plate assembly all-in-one machine as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein: the positioning jig comprises a jig body, two positioning pins and a positioning block; the two positioning pins are oppositely arranged on the jig body and extend upwards; the jig body is provided with a positioning mounting hole, and the positioning block is arranged in the positioning mounting hole and used for positioning the explosion-proof valve to be welded; and one side of the jig body is provided with an air pipe joint communicated with the positioning mounting hole and used for being connected with a negative pressure system, the positioning block is provided with an adsorption groove, and the negative pressure system enables the top of the positioning block to form negative pressure.

the air leakage detection mechanism comprises a second lifting mechanism, a first lifting mechanism, a detection upper die and a lower pressing block; the second lifting mechanism is arranged on the rack, the upper detection die is arranged at the lifting end of the second lifting mechanism, a detection hole is formed in the upper helium detection die, the edge of the detection hole is arranged on a downward-protruding sealing ring, and the detection hole is connected with a helium mass spectrometer leak detector; the first lifting mechanism is arranged on the rack and is positioned at the bottom end of the second indexing turntable, the lower pressing block is arranged at the upper end of the first lifting mechanism, and the lower pressing block is provided with an air hole connected with the helium mass spectrometer leak detector; the second indexing turntable is provided with a space avoiding position for avoiding the contact between the lower pressing block and the lower die;
the shaping mechanism comprises a pressing mechanism and a shaping upper die; the shaping upper die is arranged at the lifting end of the pressing mechanism;

the protective cover taking manipulator is used for clamping a protective cover on the battery cover plate; and
and the blanking manipulator is used for transferring the battery cover plate welded with one polar column onto the transfer mechanism.

The aluminum-can battery cover plate assembly all-in-one machine of claim 9, wherein: the turntable assembling machine further comprises a first CCD detection mechanism and a second CCD detection mechanism, wherein the first CCD detection mechanism is arranged between the sealing ring assembling mechanism and the pole column assembling mechanism and is used for detecting a sealing ring assembled on the battery cover plate; the second CCD detection mechanism is arranged between the protective cover picking mechanism and the laser welding device.
11. The aluminum-can battery cover plate assembly all-in-one machine of claim 9, wherein: the positioning mould is longitudinally arranged on the turntable, and the center line of the positioning mould in the length direction is arranged along the radial direction of the turntable.

The aluminum-can battery cover plate assembly all-in-one machine of claim 12, wherein: the suction mechanism comprises a connecting rod, a lower pressing sleeve, a limiting sleeve, a compression spring and a lower pressing power piece; the upper end of the connecting rod is connected with the lifting end of the first manipulator; the lower pressing sleeve is sleeved on the connecting rod in a sliding manner; the lower end of the lower pressing sleeve is provided with a step hole, the upper end of the lower pressing sleeve is provided with a cavity, one side of the cavity is provided with an air hole and is connected with a negative pressure system, and the bottom of the cavity is provided with an adsorption hole which penetrates to the bottom of the lower pressing sleeve; the lower end of the connecting rod is provided with a positioning part in clearance fit with the step hole, and the compression spring is arranged in the step hole and used for extruding the lower pressing sleeve to enable the end part of the positioning part to extend out of the step hole; the pressing power part is connected with the pressing sleeve and is used for pushing the pressing sleeve to press downwards; the negative pressure system enables the bottom of the lower pressing sleeve to generate negative pressure for sucking the sealing ring; the diameter of the positioning part is smaller than the inner diameter of the sealing ring.
