As shown in fig. 1, the fire extinguishing apparatus 1 for an outer wall of a high-rise building according to the present invention comprises: the support and power control part 3, the quick-connection support fixing rod 4 (capable of rotating by 360 degrees and drawing and shrinking), the quick connector part 5, the electric spraying part 6 and the stable water bag 7; the electric spraying device 43 of the electric spraying component 6 is selected from an electric fire water monitor, an electric fire foam monitor, an electric fire water foam monitor or other adaptable general electric water monitor; the embodiment selects an electric fire water monitor.
As shown in fig. 5, the supporting and power control component 3 is composed of an upper supporting power control component 8 and a lower supporting component 9 which can be folded and unfolded rapidly, the upper supporting power control component 8 is composed of an upper supporting frame 10, a supporting leg 11 of the upper supporting power control component, a joint 12 of the upper supporting power control component, a male plug 13, a male plug fixing bolt 14, a locking buckle 15, a lithium battery power supply module 16, a rocker controller 17, a power control component bracket assembly 18 and a display terminal 19, wherein the lithium battery power supply module 16, the rocker controller 17 and the display terminal 19 are connected and fixed with the upper supporting frame 10 through the power control component bracket assembly 18.
The lower support member 9 shown in fig. 5 is composed of a lower support frame 20, a foldable lower support member leg 41, a foldable lower support member joint 42, a concave slot 21, a locking hook 22, and a telescopic stable bracket 23.
Folding and unfolding of the upper support power control part 8 can be completed quickly by operating the foldable upper support power control part support leg 11 and the foldable upper support power control part joint 12, and folding and unfolding of the lower support part 9 can be completed quickly by operating the foldable lower support part support leg 41, the foldable lower support part joint 42 and the telescopic stable support 23.
The 4 convex plugs 13 of the unfolded upper support power control part 8 are synchronously inserted into the 4 concave slots 21 of the unfolded lower support part 9, then the locking buckle 15 is quickly connected with the locking hook 22 and locked, so that the upper support power control part 8 and the lower support part 9 are quickly connected firmly, namely the full unfolding action of the support and power control part 3 is completed, wherein after the locking buckle 15 and the locking hook 22 are quickly opened, the 4 convex plugs 13 of the upper support power control part 3 are synchronously pulled out from the 4 concave slots 21 of the unfolded lower support part 9, and the separation of the upper support power control part 8 and the lower support part 9 is completed.
As shown in fig. 4-10, the electric spraying unit 6 may be provided with a wireless/wired camera, and in this embodiment, a wired camera 34 is selected. The electric spraying component 6 is optionally or additionally provided with an LED illuminating lamp and a thermal imaging invisible light camera for enhancing temperature measurement and all-weather observation capability, the fire extinguishing device for the outer wall of the high-rise building is powered by a lithium battery power supply module 16 in a direct current mode, the condition of a fire part is observed through the wired camera 34 and a display terminal 19, the fire extinguishing agent jet flow direction is accurately guided for the electric spraying component 6, the fire spot is ensured to be directly hit by the fire extinguishing agent jet flow, the rocker controller 17 controls the horizontal rotation spraying angle and the vertical pitching spraying angle of the electric spraying component 6, the direct current or flowering spraying jet flow state is switched, the actions such as on-off are completed, and the like, the electric spraying component 6 can also be controlled by an optional handheld remote controller, wherein the lithium battery power supply module 16 can be optionally provided with a wireless charging component and an intelligent charging management component for improving the charging management efficiency, and an optional field illuminating lamp for improving the field illumination condition.
As shown in fig. 4-10, the quick-connection support fixing rod 4 is composed of a sleeve 24, a telescopic rod 25, a nested rotary fixing pipe clamp 26 and a rotary fixing locking pin 27, wherein the rear end of the sleeve 24 is provided with a positioning handle 28 capable of rotating 360 degrees, and the telescopic rod 25 is provided with a nested threaded locking ring 29 and an anti-rotation rod head 30 at the front end of the telescopic rod;
As shown in fig. 4-10, after the quick-connect support fixing rod 4 is rotated by the positioning handle 28, the injection angle range of the electric injection component 6 can be enlarged, so that the electric injection component has an injection angle range of 360 degrees up and down, left and right, the quick-connect support fixing rod 4 and the upper support power control component 8 of the support and power control component 3 are connected and fixed together by the nested rotary fixing pipe clamp 26, each rotary fixing locking pin 27 is rotated and screwed in a counterclockwise direction, then the telescopic rod 25 of the quick-connect support fixing rod 4 is pulled out to the head, the full unfolding action of the quick-connect support fixing rod 4 can be completed, the telescopic rod 25 of the quick-connect support fixing rod 4 is pushed in the head, and the shrinking action of the quick-connect support fixing rod 4 can be completed, wherein the telescopic rod spanner 40 on the telescopic rod is grasped and pulled, the telescopic rod telescopic motion is more rapid, smooth and labor-saving, and after the unfolding or shrinking action is completed, each rotary fixing locking pin 27 is rotated and screwed in a clockwise direction, so that the quick-connect support fixing rod 4 is firmly locked.
As shown in fig. 4-10, the quick connector part 5 is provided with an external thread anti-rotation rod type plug 31, a water cannon fixing bolt joint 32 and a water cannon quick water supply plug 33, the external thread anti-rotation rod type plug 31 of the quick connector part 5 is inserted into the front end anti-rotation rod head 30 of the telescopic rod 25 of the quick connection support fixing rod 4, and the quick connection and fixation of the quick connector part 5 and the quick connection support fixing rod 4 can be completed by screwing the nested thread locking ring 29 clockwise; after the fire hose connector is quickly inserted into the water cannon quick water supply plug 33, the laying of a liquid supply pipeline for supplying fire hose (fire foam) to the electric spraying component 6 is completed, wherein the electric spraying component 6 and the quick connector component 5 are fixedly connected together in advance through the water cannon fixing bolt connector 32 by bolts.
The water cannon fixing bolt joint 32 and the water cannon quick water supply plug 33 can be all universal standard size interfaces, so that the water cannon fixing bolt joint is convenient to be connected with various electric spraying components 6 and fire fighting water belts in an adapting mode.
The stable water bag 7 is preferably a fire-fighting water bag which is firm and durable, can be unfolded quickly, can be folded quickly and is provided with a water outlet, and the fire-fighting water bag made of PVC materials is selected in the embodiment. The fire-fighting lance is used for taking materials locally after being unfolded, and after water is filled up fast, the fire-fighting lance can stabilize the fire-fighting device 1 of the outer wall of the high-rise building, so that the reactive force generated by the fire-fighting device 1 of the outer wall of the high-rise building on the self can be counteracted, the fire-fighting device 1 of the outer wall of the high-rise building is ensured to be always stable by the key effect of stabilizing the water bag 7, the whole weight and the volume of the fire-fighting device 1 of the outer wall of the high-rise building are greatly reduced when the overturning is prevented, the burden of the load climbing and rescue of a high-rise building of a firefighter is lightened, the physical strength is saved, the firefighter can rescue in the first time to the scene, and the fire-fighting efficiency is improved.
The material of the high-rise building outer wall fire extinguishing device 1 is preferably aviation aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, stainless steel or carbon steel, more preferably aviation aluminum alloy, titanium alloy or stainless steel, and even more preferably aviation aluminum alloy or titanium alloy. The embodiment selects aviation aluminum alloy and titanium alloy materials to manufacture at the same time.
When the electric spraying device 43 of the electric spraying component 6 is selected, the type with the flow rate of about 20-40L/s is optimally selected, the electric spraying device can be optimally matched with the actual capability of continuous and stable water supply of high-rise fire fighting with high firefighting rescue force in various places, the range of the electric spraying device 43 of the electric spraying component 6 is up to 30-50m and is enough to meet the fire extinguishing requirement, and the electric spraying device 43 of the electric spraying component 6 in the embodiment adopts an electric firefighting water monitor with the flow rate of 30L/s.
The high-rise building outer wall fire extinguishing device has the advantages of small volume, light weight, foldability, portability, easy operation, no restriction of building height in use and the like, can promote firefighting rescue teams to accelerate the construction of a novel high-rise firefighting extinguishing equipment system, improves the scientific rescue winning capacity, has huge market demand potential in industry, has wide future development space prospect, can promote the development of emergency industry, and has important significance to public benefits.
