In a specific design, as shown in fig. 1, the integrated multifunctional automatic disinfection and cleaning system further comprises a cold water tank 7 filled with cold water, wherein the cold water tank is filled with water with a temperature lower than normal temperature. The lower part of the floor 52 of the clean room 5 is provided with a heat exchange water pipe 53, two ends of the heat exchange water pipe 53 are respectively connected with a water inlet and a water outlet of the cold water tank 7 through electromagnetic valves 54, a water pump 55 is arranged between the heat exchange water pipe 53 and the water outlet of the cold water tank 7, and the heat exchange water pipe 53 and water bodies in the cold water tank 7 respectively form an independent water heat exchange circulation system through the water pump 55. I.e. the water pump 55 keeps the temperature of the floor 52 of the clean room 5 at a low temperature by pumping out the water in the cold water tank 7 and filling it into the heat exchange water pipe 53. When the clean room 5 needs to be disinfected, the air exchanging water pipe 53 and the cold water tank 7 are opened when the air exchanging tank 51 blows out alcohol steam downwards. At this time, the alcohol vapor blown downwards from the air-exchanging box 51 meets the floor 52 of the clean room 5 with lower temperature, and can be rapidly released and condensed, so that the alcohol condensation speed on the floor 52 is improved, the alcohol content on the floor 52 is ensured, and the disinfection and sterilization effect of the system on the floor 52 of the clean room 5 is improved.
In a specific design, the electromagnetic valve 54 connected to the water inlet and the water outlet of the cold water tank 7 is a reversing valve, and the water inlet and the water outlet of the cold water tank 7 are respectively connected with the water inlet and the water outlet of the heating tank 1 through the electromagnetic valve 54. The two ends of the heat exchange water pipe 53 are respectively communicated with the water inlet and the water outlet of the heating box 1 through the reversing of the electromagnetic valve 54, so that the heat exchange water pipe 53 and the water body in the heating box 1 form an independent water heat exchange circulation system through the water pump 55. Thus, when the clean room 5 is completely sterilized and air and alcohol on the floor 52 are exhausted, the air-exchanging box 51 blows clean air downward and the clean room is exchanged. The heat exchange water pipe 53 and the hot water circulation system in the heating box 1 are started, the floor 52 is heated, so that alcohol on the surface of the floor 52 can be quickly evaporated, and the alcohol discharge process of the clean room is greatly improved. And the heating process does not need to use an extra heat source, so that the energy is saved.
As shown in fig. 1, the side of the distilled water tank 4 is provided with a clean water tank 8, and a tap of the clean water tank 8 is communicated with the distilled water tank 4. Specifically, the clean tank 8 is communicated with the lower water tank 42, and a water pump is arranged between the lower water tank 42 and the tap of the clean water tank 8, so that the cooled distilled water can be pumped into the tap through the water pump, and clean condensed water can be provided for users in the clean room. If the position of the distilled water tank 4 of the system is higher than the tap position of the clean water tank 8 in the specific design, the water pump is not required to directly utilize the dead weight of the water to realize the flow.
As also shown in fig. 1, an alcohol tank 33 connected by a valve is installed beside the alcohol steaming box 3, and the alcohol tank 33 is communicated with the tap of the clean water tank 8. Thus, the alcohol barrel can provide alcohol for disinfection into the clean water tank 8, so that people can directly release the alcohol through the clean water tank for use, and the disinfection is convenient for the working of clean room staff.
