Also, the bottom surface of the lower water layer of the high temperature sterilization tank 2 is inclined toward the side tube 22. Therefore, distilled water generated by the high-temperature disinfection box 2 can flow into the water-gas heating pipe 31 through the side pipe 22, clean water in the heating box 1 is boiled due to heating of the heating element 11 in the heating box 1, steam is output to the high-temperature disinfection box 2 through a pipeline under high pressure, the high-temperature disinfection box 2 is in a high-pressure state during operation, and both condensed water and high-pressure steam in the high-temperature disinfection box 2 can flow into the water-gas heating pipe 31 downwards from the side pipe 22, so that additional power is not needed, and the whole system is more energy-saving.
In specific design, as shown in fig. 1, the integrated multifunctional automatic disinfection and cleaning system further comprises a cold water tank 7 filled with cold water, and water with a temperature lower than normal temperature is filled in the cold water tank. A heat exchange water pipe 53 is designed on the lower portion of a floor 52 of the clean room 5, two ends of the heat exchange water pipe 53 are respectively connected to a water inlet and a water outlet of the cold water tank 7 through electromagnetic valves 54, a water pump 55 is assembled between the heat exchange water pipe 53 and the water outlet of the cold water tank 7, and the heat exchange water pipe 53 and water in the cold water tank 7 respectively form an independent water heat exchange circulation system through the water pump 55. That is, the water pump 55 pumps the water in the cold water tank 7 and fills the water into the heat exchange water pipe 53, so that the temperature of the floor 52 of the clean room 5 is maintained at a relatively low temperature. When the clean room 5 needs to be disinfected and the air exchange tank 51 blows the alcohol vapor downwards, the circulation system of the heat exchange water pipe 53 and the cold water tank 7 is opened. At this time, the alcohol vapor is blown downwards from the ventilating box 51 and meets the floor 52 of the clean room 5 with a low temperature base, so that the heat can be quickly released and condensed, the condensation speed of the alcohol on the floor 52 is increased, the content of the alcohol on the floor 52 is ensured, and the disinfection and sterilization effect of the system on the floor 52 of the clean room 5 is improved.
During specific design, the electromagnetic valve 54 connected to the water inlet and the water outlet of the cold water tank 7 is a reversing valve, and the water inlet and the water outlet of the cold water tank 7 are respectively connected with the water inlet and the water outlet of the heating tank 1 through the electromagnetic valve 54. Two ends of the heat exchange water pipe 53 are respectively communicated with the water inlet and the water outlet of the heating box 1 through the reversing of the electromagnetic valve 54, so that the heat exchange water pipe 53 and the water in the heating box 1 respectively form an independent water heat exchange circulating system through the water pump 55. When the air and the alcohol on the floor 52 are required to be exhausted after the sterilization of the clean room 5 is completed, the air exchange box 51 blows clean air downward to exchange air in the clean room. The heat exchange water pipe 53 and the hot water circulating system in the heating box 1 are started, and the floor 52 is heated, so that the alcohol on the surface of the floor 52 can be quickly evaporated, and the alcohol discharging process of the clean room is greatly improved. And the heating process does not need to use an additional heat source, so that more energy is saved.
As shown in fig. 1, a clean water reservoir 8 is installed at a side of the distilled water tank 4, and a tap of the clean water reservoir 8 is communicated with the distilled water tank 4. Specifically, the clean tank 8 is communicated with the lower water tank 42, and a water pump is arranged between the lower water tank 42 and a faucet of the clean tank 8, so that the cooled distilled water can be pumped into the faucet through the water pump, and clean condensed water can be provided for a user of the clean room. If the distilled water tank 4 of the system is designed to be higher than the tap position of the clean water tank 8, the flow can be realized by the self weight of water without a water pump.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, an alcohol bucket 33 connected through a valve is installed beside the alcohol steaming box 3, and the alcohol bucket 33 is communicated with a tap of the clean water tank 8. Can pass through like this the alcohol bucket provides the alcohol of usefulness of disinfecting in to the clean pond 8, people can directly emit alcohol through the clean pond like this and use, make things convenient for the staff during operation disinfection of toilet to use.

An integrated multifunctional automatic disinfection and cleaning system is used in a clean room (5) and comprises a heating box (1), wherein a heating structure (11) is designed in the heating box (1), clear water is placed in the heating box (1), a high-temperature disinfection box (2) is designed at the upper part of the heating box (1), a placing disc (21) is designed in the high-temperature disinfection box (2), and instruments to be disinfected are placed on the placing disc (21); the method is characterized in that: an alcohol steam box (3) is arranged between the high-temperature disinfection box (2) and the heating box (1), high-concentration alcohol is filled in the alcohol steam box (3), a water vapor heating pipe (31) is designed at the lower part of the alcohol liquid level of the alcohol steam box (3), the placing disc (21) is designed in a hollow manner, a water accumulation layer is designed at the lower part of the placing disc (21), and a side pipe (22) communicated with one end of the water vapor heating pipe (31) is designed at the side edge of the water accumulation layer of the high-temperature disinfection box (2); the other end of the water-gas heating pipe (31) is communicated into the distilled water tank (4), an alcohol outlet pipe (32) is arranged above the alcohol liquid level in the cavity of the alcohol steaming box (3), the alcohol outlet pipe (32) is communicated with a ventilation box (51) above the clean room (5), and the ventilation box (51) is used for exhausting gas downwards.

The integrated multifunctional automatic sterilization and cleaning system according to claim 1, wherein: the high-temperature disinfection box (2) is characterized in that a heat exchange box (6) is designed on the upper portion, a heat exchange pipe (61) communicated with a distilled water tank is designed inside the heat exchange box (6), an alcohol outlet pipe (32) is communicated into the heat exchange box (6), an air pump (62) is designed on the side edge of the heat exchange box (6), a clean air pipe (63) for introducing clean air is designed on the heat exchange box (6), and air and alcohol gas entering the heat exchange box (6) through the clean air pipe (63) are blown out downwards from the ventilating box (51) through the air pump (62).
